Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  
This is not acceptable.  I have given proof that this is my name and they are using MY website.   And promoting things that go against my character and beliefs.   This can damage my name and reputation.  
I want it removed.    Twitter doesn't have a problem suspending accounts for a cuss word or other minor infractions.  And to me this is a big infraction.   Why not email this person and ASK them for proof this is who they are and get their information?   No, because Twitter doesn't protect their users.   They just deleted thousands of accounts and made them verify through phone number because they though they were "impersonating" someone but this is too much to ask?   Where is the consistency?  You are promoting a fake account but deleting people's accounts that are actually legitimate?
I don't think this is a request that is over the top.   It is pretty minor.  And I will not accept any request until the profile impersonating ME is off.
I have attached proof that my company name was attached to my twitter account and my business card that show it was on my [redacted].   Not [redacted] profile.  There is NOT another [redacted] that exists.

Complaint:...

[redacted]I am rejecting this response because I did not violate their terms and conditions. As you have read from the numerous complaints, they suspend people who are vocal about their disapproval of [redacted]'s crimes. Gee, is it violating terms and conditions to post [redacted] clips of a confession from an ex-[redacted] associate who confessed to being involved in the murder of [redacted] and [redacted], and named the [redacted]s as ordering the murders? This person is not the first witness to do so. There are others who are documented in government documentation available through FOIA requests, who have made similar statements. What a disgrace. Twitter should be shut down. This has absolutely nothing to do with disrespecting where people stand politically. This has to do with calling out corrupt politicians regardless of party.Sincerely,[redacted]

They're lying- plain and simple. And by the way- I just became aware of the lawsuit filed against them approximately two weeks ago regarding this same issue that I'm complaining about. I've also read most of the negative reviews for this company in this site, which most of them are also complaining about the same thing that I'm complaining about. So who's lying here? Who's not abiding by the contract?
Twitter is a disgrace.

Twitter makes it impossible to contact them through their site. The 'Contact Us' button redirects the user to their own timetable. This is just another glitch and oversite of their platform.
The constant glitches and data problems cannot be reported directly to them. Twitter is an unreliable service to promote any products or services. Perhaps they need to restructure their organization.
To secure my account and data I will need verification, the blue check mark, so that there will be no further issues.
