Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response for the second time for the same reason as the first, the link provided does not provide the opportunity to submit a verified request. Clicking on the recommended link:  [redacted] will take you to a page that simply states, "Check back soon"
Twitter has been avoiding the issue of verification for over four months and the only individuals/organizations who have managed to receive a verified checkmark during this time have not used the link provided. We are requesting verification at this time and do not appreciate Twitter's lack of transparency, timeliness of their responsiveness, or lack of action. The information which Twitter has submitted in the last two responses to our complaint should have been confirmed before submission. To reply by the deadline for a response indicated in the [redacted] submissions to Twitter on the behalf of the complaint we have submitted, Twitter is providing a response without result.
We do not believe that the process by which Twitter assigns verification are advertised honestly or that they embody integrity. If Twitter is unwilling to accept arbitration in our case to come to a successful resolution of our request, we request that the [redacted] report Twitter's violations of the [redacted] Code of Conduct to the Council of [redacted] General Counsel and that a review of Twitter's [redacted] rating be evaluated. [redacted] holds at it's discretion the ability to determine when challenges to a [redacted] rating should result in the reduction of a business's composite score as a result of monitoring media and examining national media and the information provided by consumers. We request that failure to resolve our complaint to satisfaction should be recorded and that Twitter's [redacted] rating be placed under enhanced scrutiny.
Twitter's [redacted] has also been in the news media lately in reference to issues beyond the scope of our complaint, but with admissions which point to a systematic failure on the part of Twitter as a business to value, encourage, and put into practice the ethical guidelines and to provide a product or service which would merit the assignment of an A rating with the [redacted]. We understand that Twitter is not an accredited business and has not volunteered to abide by [redacted] Code of Conduct in the manner in which an Accredited Business would operate, but the actions of Twitter should be examined to better determine an accurate rating to avoid the assignment of an undeserved rating which would negatively impact all of the businesses who have earned the [redacted] rating which they are assigned through effort and by putting the spirit of the [redacted] guidelines into practice.
Additional Researched Sources:        [redacted] [redacted]Overview of [redacted] Rating System:  [redacted]

Our opinion of the lack of validity of the rating assigned to Twitter in combination with the lack of transparency about the verification process or a valid response in reference to our request to receive a verified checkmark brings additional doubt as to the ethical nature of their practices. We have seen that they are in the news and dealing with additional issues which raise doubt as to Twitter's ability to embody the company which the [redacted] assigned rating would imply. We recommend a temporary NR rating at this time so that a review may be performed. Please forward our request and provide the name of the federal regulatory agency which we should address our concerns to if no action is taken by the bureau to resolve the public concern,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Yes, I would like to rebut Twitter's response as it does not address the issue. Twitter accepted the ad I paid for; ran the ad; then weeks later disabled my access to Twitter Ads and to Twitter Analytics (not sure what that has to do with an ad). Twitter claims my account is not compliant with their[redacted] but refuses to tell me specifically what I was not complying with although I have not made changes since running the ad.
[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I already filed a ticket via the Help? tab and kept getting auto-responses that didn't even attempt to answer my question. I am trying to prove that you charged me $35 for absolutely nothing. When I contacted Twitter support, I was told that my ad generated impressions and that is why I was charged. I never created any ads, so I want to see EXACTLY what ad copy or artwork generated impressions so I know what I paid for. What you'll find is that no ads ran, there were no impressions generated, and – so – you're charging me for nothing.
Please either show me the ad artwork or copy that generated impressions or refund my $35. Thank you.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Twitter always vaguely addresses business issues to see their policy and never is CLEAR on what grounds or foundation they base the negative disruption using Twitter Ads.
Revdex.com has been very helpful in trying to resolve. At this point I will consider filing a small claims court process against Twitter. Revdex.com can close this complaint as unresolved; however note that the business seedgal.com understand Revdex.com did everything possible to resolve. Thank you for the support in the matter.

Complaint:...

[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:

Based on my complaint, that is an extremely poor response in which the Twitter representative didn't fully read my concerns. I have been denied 2 times, waited 2 months now yet meet all of the criteria, I would like to know the reason in which I was denied and how I can ensure the next time I apply my application will be approved.

To clarify;
1) I have applied
2) I have also read the support page about being verified dozens of times to ensure that I meet the criteria and am still being denied.

Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/06) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their response to the Revdex.com and myself above is another robotic generated response. Their response doesn't address the issue that was presented and I doubt any human being even read the complaint. My complaint still stands as they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and this was my point of the complaint in the first place.
There never should be a business that doesn't have any customer service.
