I am in receipt of [redacted] response to my letter to the Revdex.comAgain, I apologize that [redacted] is unhappy with the outcomeI am not required nor did I feel it was necessary to view the damaged walls, as [redacted] seemed very reasonable over the phone and very pleasant to deal withAgain, he stated that the damage was something his builder could repair and he acted as if the repair was no big deal"I am not the kind of customer that is unfair and will try to get you" The bill I received after the repairs were completed included hours of laborI have spoken to several contractors since and they all agree that hours of labor is outrageous for damage to the walls related to movingI have never had a team of movers in my years in business create any wall damage that required hours [redacted] movers are still employed with my company and I have never had a complaint like this [redacted] has since cashed the $check, which is a very fair and reasonable amountPer my insurance carrier I did not have to reimburse him anything, but I felt it was the right thing to doMy apologies again that [redacted] is unhappy with the outcome

On 9/30/a third party vendor that we hired went onsite and made repairs to this customers furniture In regards to the time, we are providing the customer with a full hour reimbursement out of customer service Thank you

I've had both a sewer line and water line warranty with this company for the last yearsToday was the first time I had to file a claim as we had a small hole in the water line coming into the houseLuckily, the hole was in the exposed portion of the pipe just to the inside of the water meter which is why the city of Phoenix said that they could not fix it and it was our responsibility I contacted Service Line Warranty at 1:PM and there was a plumber at my front door literally within hour He finished the work, said it was all covered under the warranty and didn't even ask me to sign anything Can't say anything negative about my experience

To whom it may concern: This complaint was filed under the incorrect TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Franchise TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Chesterfield did not move Ms [redacted] 's furnitureBut - we've forwarded her complaints and been in touch with Ms [redacted] apologizing for the delay and offering to send her a check for the coverage she's requested ($per pound per item damaged during the move) We're waiting to hear from her as to which address to send the compensation for the damages that occurred during the move

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below RS Consutling pt pt / [redacted] Style Definitions */ Let us begin with rebutting Two Men & A Truck’s (TMAT) opening sentence If they truly have been trying to work with us since the day of the move then we wouldn’t be writing this message today The $offer that was made by TMAT is not an agreeable offer for all the damage and stress that they have caused for my wife and I The fact that they are still arguing that we gave permission to damage our tree is both ludicrous and ridicules In an email dated December 16, 2015, we explained our reason for requesting $ This amount was one half of our insurance deductible After further talks with our agent, it was determined that because the damage was caused by TMAT, the insurance company would not cover the replacement cost Therefore, we requested the total replacement cost from TMAT of $3, Once again, after weeks of no contact from them, they refused compensation During that time period, our real estate agent suggested not making any major changes to the yard and since we would not know what the new owners would prefer, we felt that to put this issue behind us, and to compensate us for six months of stress, we requested reimbursement of $ We have been more than patient with TMAT As you can see from reading TMAT’s last narrative, they are once again dodging their responsibility to compensate us with long, inaccurate statements as they have been doing these past six months We will not accept their excuse to consider this matter closed since we do not have an agreement at this point Our bottom line with TMAT is the reimbursement of $ Regards, Russell ***

I had the best experience with Two Men and a Truck The guys were very professional and niceThey handled my furniture as though it was their own I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

I filed an original complaint on Sept th concerning this company and their serviceI received a phone call from a Kendra G [redacted] on 10/concerning my complaint She offered to help pay for some of my out of pocket expense and send a check for dollars and was going to reply back to your service that this matter had been handled and all party's were satisfied I received the Check on 10/or 10/and deposited in my checking accountI noticed today when I was checking my bank statement that the check had been returned to my bank and I was charged additional fees I called the bank to find out that the check was returned for nonpayment I attempted to contact Kendra at the number I have for her but there was no answer

[redacted] I am rejecting Two Men and a Truck statement because it is an out right lieThe paperwork I have clearly shows the estimate of my whole house contents adding up to %The other attachment shows a payment to a dumpster companyIt was so hard to throw away some of my bellongingsIf the estimate had been right two man and a truck would have given me trucks, and I wish they had [redacted]

This customer was moved on March 29-30, We were not contracted to pack and homeowner chose to pack themselves We have certain terms and conditions that apply to items that are packed by owner They are stated as follows in the pre-move letter that the customer receives upon booking their move:When there is a damage that is the cause of our movers we do take responsibility This is stated in the Terms and Conditions that they receive with the pre-move as well as on the back of their sales order When items are packed by owner we have no control over how the items are packed or the materials/supplies that are used Our movers go through training for packing and use supplies/boxes etcthat are designed for specific itemsAll of this information was fully disclosed and discussed with this customer We did move his TV and though no damage was apparentIt appeared that the TV had later been moved from the location the mover had placed it, but we wanted to offer compensation to him out of customer service

When sending outside Contractors out to customer locations we do have them try and work with our customers to prevent anymore inconveniences to prevent any lost time from workOur Contractor agreed to come out as early as 7:00am to accommodate our customers work hours of 9:00am-5:00pm.We are unaware of any lost time from work as our Contractor stated that during his repair there were concerns regarding the odor of the materials he was using and a new born infantWe have not only repaired all customer concerns that we determined were moving related we agreed to and have repaired pre-existing damage not caused by our movers in the spirit of good customer serviceWe are unaware of any box missing as this is the first time this has been brought to our attentionThe trucks are checked every morning prior to them leaving the office and if an item was left on the truck it is removed and the customer is called and delivery arrangements are madeOur movers are not suboptimal employees however we do acknowledge that there are different experience levels within our work forceWe have agreed from the first contact with our customer that we would either replace the grill cover or issue a check for the dollar amount of a new cover and are still willing to do thatOur Contractor did do some spot cleaning on the couch and felt that this was acceptable as no concerns were made during his appointment regarding this matterWe are not agreeing to the cleaning issues being moving related but again in the spirit of good customer service we will have our cleaning Contractor contact our customer and make arrangements to clean the couch at their residence and convenience

Dear Mr [redacted] , We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience during your moveWe always try our best to exceed our customer’s expectations but it appears we fell short in this instanceWe are more than willing to address your concerns and damages regarding this move and we must have had a miscommunication because we were actually waiting on information from you before proceedingWe needed the invoices from your wall and desk repairs to reimburse you and needed the make and model information on your dryer to purchase the necessary replacement partsSince we did not receive that information, we decided to take your word on the $desk and wall repair and find the average cost of replacement panels for similar dryersWe have since cut you a check for $that should be with you shortly To my knowledge, we had not been informed of any concerns with our billing so no consideration was given for the travel charge at the time we closed this claim Once again and on behalf of all of us, we do apologize for your poor moving experience and assure you that we will continue to do our very best to provide both you and all of our customer quality service Thank you
