I submitted a claim for a clogged sewer line and it has been two full days and NO contact from either SLW or a plumber. I checked the status of the claim on the website and it said there were no claims pending. This is the second time I've submitted a claim in the last year, and this exact thing happened then as well. Might as well get used to having sewage either in your house or in your back yard if you decide to use this "warranty" service. Terrible!

No stars if I could!!!! The reason I am writing this review, is so that other folks don't have the same problems I had with Two Men and a Truck Pompano Beach, FL. First of all, the office called to say that the truck was going to be late because they had a flat tire. Ok, things happen. Then the truck called to say they were lost. They were supposed to be at my house at 8:00AM, they finally made it at 11:00AM. They came in and looked around and said oh my you have too many boxes. Well, I thought I was supposed to be putting things in boxes, that was the whole point. The company had quoted me $810.00 for 5 hours and 2 men. Well since they told me I had too many boxes and bags, I started to load the truck myself with as much as I could. I made two trips to every one trip they made. This move was in July and it was 89 degrees outside so it was no picnic, plus it rained. The guys did work, but were pretty slow. I finally told the two guys to concentrate on the big stuff which I could not move in a car. It was as if these two guys had never moved anyone before. I did have stairs, but they simply could not figure out how to get my furniture out of the door. Nothing was wrapped except for one of my television sets. The final straw came when they realized they did not have an alan wrench in their tool bag, that they knew they were going to need to take apart my bed. Someone from their office had to bring them one. They also ended up taking the legs off my table with it because they couldn't figure out how to get it out of the door. I was pretty upset, because all of this was taking more time than 5 hours and I knew I was going to get charged more. I called the office and was told that they could send me another guy at another $130.00 per hour. I refused saying I was doing as much work as another guy would do. Anyway after all of this they ended up moving only my furniture and the boxes and bags that I was able to put on the truck. Nearly every piece of my furniture was damaged. Cabinet door ripped off my chest of drawers, table scratched to pieces, headboard has a large hole in it, couch scratched really bad and extremely dirty, and the TV stand was in pieces. It took me another 5 days to move everything that they left in my condo. I had to end of moving most everything in my car to complete what they were supposed to do with their truck. Thank goodness I am able bodied and have good friends. If someone was depending solely on them they would have been out of luck. I was asked to complete a survey for the company and I did give them very low marks. The office actually called me because my survey was flagged for poor performance and I told them all these things. I did ask if this was this crew's first day, but they did not give me an answer. They just said that it should not have happened and they were going to have to punish these guys by not letting them work for a few days. I told them I did not think that this was a good idea or even the problem, these guys badly needed some training. The company did not offer to compensate me in any way for any of my losses. I understand that I had to sign a paper before they moved anything that said they are not liable for any damages that happened to my belongings, so I felt I had no recourse. However, I do think I should write this review so that other folks will think twice about hiring this company. I had two other folks who recommended them to me, however, one was in Orlando and one was in West Palm Beach, so maybe the location of the office makes a difference. I am not generally a complainer, but I do think that this performance was unacceptable. Please post this as a warning to other folks, so it will not happen to them. Thank you very much.

It is never our intention to have damages on a move but unfortunately it does happen from time to timeTwo Men And A Truck worked diligently with MrsM [redacted] in attempting to resolve her claimIn regards to her damages counter top, Two Men And A Truck went out and received three separate quotes to replace the damaged itemMrsM [redacted] denied the replacement which means we needed to settle for compensation in the amount of $1,MrsM [redacted] also rejected that amount due to wanting the entire counter top replaced instead of the single piece that was brokenAfter checking with the IMAWA and the [redacted] Two Men And A Truck confirmed that we were not liable in replacing the entire counter top, only the individual piece that was damagedIn response to the broken lamp MrsM [redacted] requested $in compensation in which we agreedMrsM [redacted] also mentioned that the move went longer than anticipatedIt was brought to her attention that Two Men And A Truck bills for actual time from the moment we leave our dispatch until the time we arrive back to our dispatchWe did not see any discrepancy with the bill as it was issued and therefore denied her billing disputeI am very sorry that this process to a resolution has not satisfied our customer but it is the offer that we stand by

I had homeserve usa contract out a contractor to my house to fix a light outsideThis contractor came out ttimes to fix the problem because the couldn't get it right the first timeThe second time they came out, the contractor entered my basement and opened a window that had been shut for about yearsIn the process of him opening the door, my window was broke and the foundation board cracked in serveral places because the window was sealed by rustI called homeserve and they conducted a month investigation only to tell me, that the contractor is only wanting to pay for the window, at $150, and not the foundationHomeserve said, they are giving me a check for $to fix the problem and no moreI was asked to get one estimateMy estimate was for $by a licensed construction contractorHomeserve doesn't want to pay for the repairs their contractor did to my foundation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The papers the they gave me with the terms also say that we could fill a claim on any damage property that happen during the moveThey should also should carry insurance as a moving company It should not matter who packed the items, they had put the items on the their truck and that makes them responsible for the itemsThe guitar case that is damage, there was something heavy on that to make the lock brake Every other moving company has insurance that pays for damage property that was on their truckThe moves unpacked one of he trucks in the garage and it is stacked as a hazardAlso the boxes were marked fragile, and the movers placed them upside down and things on top of themMy son's trophy is broken now because of the carelessness of the moversI have read some of the reviews from this company and it looks like they have a lot of damage reports that they have not paid forI would like the items to be replaced or payed for the items there were damage Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by some ,the manager passed the photo's off to when I called, told me the same thing as they told you I could not tell her how to reach my son who owns the house, I do not know since he moved I told her he has a tendency to dump everything in a dumpster when he sells a house He did this to his historical home that I took care of for five years until it sold That is how I knew what he would do She also said she would try to reach him and call me back in a couple of days Three days later she called and informed me she could not return my items nor fix the ones they destroyed She ask me what they could do to solve the problem and I told her they either needed to replace what was left and fix what they damaged or a equivalent of a reimbursement At that point she refused to say a word that was when I told her I was contacting Revdex.com, Attorney Generals Office and Division of Abuse to the Elderly, without receiving any answer even at this point and I admit I was and still am upset over this fiasco I hung up the phoneAt the same time I started having mass confusion with phone transfers due to [redacted] vsland lines it took me forever to get a phone Internet was installed due to [redacted] phone not until 8th of June As if that was not bad enough I end up with a phone bill totaling over It took the Cape Girardeau branch of [redacted] a couple of hours to untangle the confusion and returned my call I paid them at [redacted] what I owed them They assured me a new bill would be sent out Instead of a bill my phone was disconnectedI have yet to receive a bill or email through the internet Then last week my pc bit the dust Fortunately, I did meet a pc repair man who handled the problem for a small fee I may be yrsold but far from being senile People just assume elderly women do not have much intellect I'm sure you know, "never to assume and what it means if you do" Thank you for your help it is much appreciated.Sincerely, [redacted]

I HAVE SERVICE THROUGH SLWOFA FOR MORE THAN FIVE YEARS WITHOUT A SINGLE ISSUE, BUT IN THIS PAST YEAR I HAVE HAD TO PUT UP WITH ALL.STRESS DUE TO IF I COULD FIGURE OUT TO JUST GIVE A TIP OF ONE STAR THAT IS WHAT YOU WOULD GET. THEIR INABILITY TO HANDLE ACCOUNTS DUE SINCE THEIR CHANGE OVER. THIS IS GETTING OUTRAGEOUSLY RIDICULOUS. SINCE YOU ALL DID DO CHANGES WITHIN THE COMPANY OUR BILL HAS NEVER BEEN RIGHT. I HAD BEEN PAYING $10.75, THEN THEY SAID TAXES HAD TO BE PAID ON THAT, SO IN TURN IT WAS TO $11.48 WHICH I HAVE SENT FAITHFULLY EACH MONTH. I, HAVE CALLED EVERY MONTH THEY ALWAYS TELL ME IT IS IN OUR SYSTEM CHANGE OVER IT WILL BE CORRECTED SOON. HOW LONG IS SOON. EACH MONTH I AM TOLD THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER TO GO AHEAD AND MAKE THE PAYMENT LIKE I HAVE ALWAYS DONE, WHICH IS $11.48 EACH MONTH. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN PAST DUE ON ANY OF MY BILLS. AT THIS TIME, YOU ARE TELLING ME IF THE AMOUNT OF $25.93 IS NOT PAID BY NOVEMBER 3, 2018 MY PLAN WILL BE CANCELLED. Oh and I just found something else, the route you take to rate the company it will not let you leave your comments.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The organization was notified on December 15th about the damaged wall Jarred B [redacted] told me over the phone they would contact me in business days and advise when it will get repairedOn December 22nd, I had to email them because nobody was returning my phone callsThis was days after our move and they had more than enough time to fix the damaged wallBecause they forgot to schedule a vender to repair the wall is 100% on themWe had to repair the wall ourselves because the organization was not responding to my inquiresWe had a deadline to move out of our apartment and could afford waiting on the company any longer Please see attached emailI provided a lot of examples about the poor service and how our personal belongings got damagedThe company was selective in what they wanted to repair and stop communicating with us I provided very detailed notes about our experience and the company's responses were all weak with missing informationTo justify the the horrible experience, we need a full refundThe $credit was only for the crew taking way longer than quoted, so the company still came out ahead invoicing us the original quoteThank you,***

It is very hard to determine a cause to any concern regarding electronics as when we are in the process of the move itself usually all electronics have already been disassembled by the customer prior to our arrivalWe are unaware if the item in question actually worked prior to us moving it or not With the weight involved regarding the sub-woofer the movers did state that they did carry the sub-woofer into the basement at the drop off location but at no time did they actually drop itIn regards to good customer service we are willing to contact our customer and make arrangements to have the sub-woofer checked out professionallyIf it is determined that the concern to the sub-woofer was caused by our movers we of course are willing to accept the cost to repair it but after being checked out and the concern is not moving related we would not be willing to adhere to the cost to repair it

Movers were fast and very careful with my thingsWould recommend highly to anyone needing a move

Two men, were actually men to move me miles on 8/31/ The workers were very polite and of the were hard working HOWEVER, I moved into a BRAND new home they gouged walls and door facings, deep scratches and puncture holes in the walls and their wheel dolly marked red paint on of my doors I have spoken with them about this times and am being told "someone will call you"I was given a name of the "someone", however he has not been availableAs of today, 9/3/I do not have resolution on thisI didn't even get to the damage to my previous home, which I still own

I was quoted a move price and then charged an extra hour due to the movers incompetence and refusal to use any dollies or hand-trucks I was quoted a total price of $for the total move but then was charged a total of $due to the movers incompetenceThey did not use any dollies or equipment during the move that are standard practice according to the person that answers the phones and quotes the moving priceThey claim that it took an extra hour because they had to walk up stairs but most of the furniture was located downstairs where there were no stairsThere was only a love seat and boxes upstairs, everything else downstairsThe movers were extremely slow and had no motivation, moving one tiny item at at timeI even had a family member helping them during the moving process and they still took foreverThe manager had no concern for how slow the movers were and said that they could choose to use proper equipment if they wanted to and that they don't know that's why the
