This claim is unable to be honored due to time lapse We have a day period in which we honor claims The claims that were made right after the move were honored and the furniture was repaired back in The recent claims were made over days after the move date therefore we are unable to honor these claims

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had 27' of MATCHING quartz countertop before Two Men and a Truck were hired as professional moversI paid a lot of money to move the countertop and kitchen cabinets milesAt the start of the move, the countertop was carelessly placed on a dolly with the heavy section of the countertop hanging over the edge of the dolly and the 36" sink cutout in the center of the dollyThe weight of the heavy countertop with no support underneath, fell IMMEDIATELY from the dollyI was told by Thomas, the director of the movers, not to worry as I had purchased $25,worth of valuation coverageThomas and I spent almost an hour on the phone with his supervisor Tren, discussing whether the men would agree to move the rest of the countertopIt was finally settled that they would move the countertopAfter the truck was loaded, I drove the miles to the move destination and waited for the truckIt took OVER minutes for the truck to arrive (I drove the distance in less than minutes)The movers claimed they were stuck by a train and deducted minutes from the moveThat still left two hours of time spent with Tren on the phone at $per hourI am requesting a REFUND of $-the two hours spent discussing whether my move would be completed.After the move was completed and I diligently PAID IN FULL, I requested $2,to replace the section of countertop in the kitchen so that ALL PIECES OF QUARTZ MATCHTwo Men & Truck offered to replace only the 8' section with a QUARTZ REMNANT and knowingly admitted the countertop would not matchThis is unreasonable; the valuation coverage information that I received at the time of the move specifically states that the broken items would be REASONABLY repaired or compensatedIn order for my to purchase an additional 8' section of the SAME COLOR countertop, I would need to purchase an ENTIRE SLAB of quartzThis would be the $2,885.00.Two Men & a Truck are claiming that THEY are the valuation coverage- there is NO INSURANCE COMPANYI am requesting that Two Men & a Truck be responsible for their actions and honorably settle my claimI am requesting compensation of $3,to cover the wasted time during the move ($x 2hours=$374.00) and a matching quartz countertop ($2,885.00) of which I OWNED at the beginning of the move.Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.Sincerely,Carolyn M [redacted] [redacted]

On Monday, November 20th, Service Line Warranties dispatched [redacted] to address a sewer line backup in my basement They arrived, but were not able to clear the line and said they would return on Tuesday, November 21st to complete the job and would bring a high pressure jet water system to clear the lineWhen they left, they did not cap the line and therefore sewer gas escaped into the basement and the house They did not show up on Tuesday and did not call When I called in the late afternoon, they said they were not coming because it was too cold to run the high pressure water system It was degrees F They came on Wednesday, November When the technician left, he said the line was clear but that part of the hose and the nozzle from the high pressure water system was stuck in the line and he would have to come back that afternoon to retrieve it He never came back There were no restrictions placed on use of our water and toilets by the technician He said the

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move from my apartment to condo, which was located about mile away The movers moved me on June 10, When speaking with Austin, he gave me an estimate of hours over the phoneThe move took nearly hours I am not a professional mover, so I relied on their estimate Several pieces of my furniture are damaged I have books shelves that now wobble I have bed frames that are scractchedI have an amoire that was complelty broken (drawers are broken, chunks of wood were knocked off)Sofa that is banged up One of the movers filled out a damage report and said someone would get back to me No did I emailed this company on June 27, July 11, July and left a voicemail on approximately July No one has gotten back to me I paid nearly $for a move, to only have to replace, a sofa, a dresser, an amoire, two bed frames, and two book shelves

These guys worked their tails offBig timeI highly recommend this companyThey moved us in one day using two trucks with four guys during cold weather with snow on the groundThey were courteous and did their best to protect the floors of both houses as well as our possessionsThey were very professionalIt was worth every penny

I paid a monthly fee to Service Line Warranty (SLW) for a water/sewer line warranty programIt provides coverage for issues such as residential drainage backupOn November 12, 2017, an issue involving said event came up, rendering the bathroom unusable and creating an emergency situationI called the SLW to create a case and for them to send a contractor plumber out to troubleshoot the issue However, after hours of waiting, I learned that SLW's work order system had failed in creating the case and sending out a contractorBy the time the issue was realized by SLW, the contractor wasn't going to be able to come out until the next day, which was not an option given the situationSLW was not willing to contact a different contractor that might have had a more open schedule because of a seemingly arbitrary policy, so I was forced to contact and pay a different plumber on my ownWhen I tried to file a claim to refund the plumber's invoice I had to pay, they informed me that their
