This client was in the correct program for the last yearShe was in a $qualifying income based program that went from 9/11/2014-9/11/An employee by the name of [redacted] has left her a voicemail to assist her forwardEvery year you must turn in new income to re apply for another monthsAt this time we need her update income verification to re apply for another year At this time the client can send in her up to date pay stubs from the last days or tax returns and UAG can get them submitted to the servicer or we can cancel the account outPlease have the client contact [redacted] to make a decisionThank you for your time.Kind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In regards as to why it "took a very long time" to send my income verification, UAG has horrible customer serviceI would call day after day, only to get someone's "voicemail" and when I would leave a message no one would return my callAs you have read in other Revdex.com complaints regarding this company, you will see that as trueI refuse to accept this response from UAG because they failed to acknowledge that they didn't inform me that they had applied to [redacted] Department of Education Loan Servicing on my behalfThey also failed to provide [redacted] with MY home address of phone numberInstead, they listed my address as [redacted] AVE STE [redacted] I [redacted] CA ***- [redacted] with the phone number of 760- [redacted] .The address belongs to UAG and the phone number came up as the Federal Student Loan Debt Relief HotlineUAG filed for forbearance with [redacted] on November 27, They created an account and password with [redacted] which didn't contain my personal email account or phone number so I couldn’t get any correspondence [redacted] has been emailing the email account [redacted] @unitedadvisorsgroup.com since November concerning account changes, payment plans, past due statements, and delinquency notices; and UAG never forwarded that information to meWhen I tried to check my UAG email account, all emails had been deleted"***" from UAG stated the emails were there and I needed to allow them to load which could take up to five minutes; however, I sat for over ten minutes for the browser to load which leads me to believe that the emails were either deleted or could only be seen on UAG's endUAG eventually changed the address to my home address in May 2015, but quested all correspondence be done by email to the [redacted] @unitedadvisorsgroup.com accountI called UAG on November 17, and n***r got an answerI called the many numbers they have listed with no answerI ***n called the number and the extension to [redacted] who had assisted me in the past only to find that her extension now belonged to “ [redacted] ”I left a message only to have it go unansweredI also sent an email to Julia stating that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as my State Attorney General, only to receive a “Failure Notice” which means the email was invalid or no longer activeAs stated before, I paid this company to consolidate my loans in place them in forbearance, only for them to apply to switch my account to another Department of Education Loan Servicing companyI could have done all of this myselfMy personal Attorney along with my State Attorney General have been contacted regarding this matter Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for sending UAG this client complaintWhen a UAG representative spoke with this client she was extremely rude cursing and yelling she was never told she can do this for free on her own through the department of educationThis sis clearly written in the agreements signed by the clients as well stated in the compliance call two timesShe continued insulting UAG and its employees demanding a full refundShe was told no and she hung upShe then called in again cursing at another employee that she wants her refundA manager called her back and she continued with the insults stating that the manager called her a "dumb ***", which never happenedUAG emailed her a copy of her contract and told her to review it and give me a call if she has questions when she gets to a computerThe client said that she wasn't going "to read ***" and that she will continue to keep on calling until we give her a refund Finally UAG told her they will refund one payment of $and if she continues to insult me or our employees we will file a consumer complaint against herClient hung upUAG will no longer speak to this disrespectful human beingNothing was done incorrectly on the fileUAG held up their end of he agreements and will no longer assist or speak to this personFile is closedKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC

This client has one FFEL loan with Navient. To consolidate and get into a repayment program she must complete the PSLF (public service loan forgiveness) application. The application was was mailed to the client for her current employer to complete. The client called the... Department of Education and they told her she can do this on her own. So at this time the client mailed the application to the DOE on her own awaiting approval. UAG informs the client they can do this process on their own int he contract and compliance script read to them when they sign up. This is not new news she hired UAG for a service to assist her. UAG has a money back guarantee if they don't successfully get the consolidation done or it does not get approved. The client did not allow UAG to finish the process now demanding a refund as UAG was still waiting for the PLSF form from the client. Anyone can do the process on their own but this client hire UAG for the assistance it the service. That was her choice as she contacted UAG. That information is incorrect the contract clearly states the service fee does not go towards the balance of your student loansThe Revdex.com rating is low because UAG gets people complaining that have not read the agreements and complain about incorrect items likes thisThe agreements signed to begin services clearly state the process and breakdown the feesBy signing the agreements a client is acknowledging they haveread and understand the terms and conditions There is even a day full refund and cancellation policy to give clients plenty of time to review United Advisors Group LLC

Thank you for forwarding this 2nd response to UAGThis client is upset and says UAG did not do their work but this is not the caseThe consolidation was done as it was suppose to with income of $20,When the approval came back the clients income was higher than originally statedI have attached the income letter the client signed verifying his income is $20,If this income is incorrect he should never of signed the disclosureHis income caused his new student loan repayment plan monthly payment to increase still less then what he was paying beforeThese programs are income based through the Department of Education and UAG had not control over themUAG simplify follows the guidelines of the DOEHe has paid an initial payment of $and monthly payments of $This client does not fall into the money back guarantee or did he request a refund to cancel within the first daysAt this time I will send the initial payment back fro $since UAG did the work off the information provided by the clientWe wish the client the next moving forward as his account is cancelled with UAGPlease let UAG know if you need anything further at this timeKind Regards,United Advisors Group LLC
