My counselor screwed up my paperwork for financesWhen I finish all my classes then I found out my classes was not paid forHe told me the only way to get my degree is not only pay my students loans but had a huge bill to thousands of dollars to the school since he didn't turn my paperwork in on timeHis response was "oh well you have to pay it if you want your degree and have days to pay it or it will get turn over to a collection agency." I am in receipt of your Revdex.com complaint and would like to address the concerns mentioned in your grievance letter regarding the November 6, Student Code of Conduct charge and imposed sanctionsAs stated in your inquiry, you would like to be allowed to participate in commencement and return from suspension to complete your final course as soon as possible.
I have reviewed your record and have found that the University of Phoenix Ethics Committee upheld the Code of Conduct charge and imposed sanctions as a consequence of that violation on January 13, You acknowledged receipt of the decision and imposed sanctions on January 13, As stated in the Code of Conduct decision letter, you were allowed ten (10) days from your receipt of the Decision Letter to file an appeal o the determination with the Student Discipline Review Committee (SDRC)If no appeal was received within the ten (10) days from your receipt, the Ethics Committee's decision would be finalI do not have record of an appeal being submitted to the SDRCAt this time you are outside of the ten (10) day timeframeAs such, your grade of "F" in ***/*** and the campus imposed six month suspension sanctions are finalAdditionally, you may not resume coursework until you have successfully completed the sanctioned suspension period.

Wow, how do they have commercials on t.vOr how are they even allowed to take referrals and have someone bother calling you to attend this universityI have wasted precious time and money on attending this school only to find out that majority of the good repatible companies within my state don't even take education received from this universityI was lied to about how much my education would cost with them while enrolling only to find out differently once my funds hit my account and going over my account summary seeing how much I was actually charged and what is being taken away from my financial aidI completed all of my financial period except for days and now they are holding onto my financial aid that needs to be credited to me because of the amount of hours/days or credits receivedI stated multiple items because your never told the same thing when you call you reach a different person when your advisor isn't available and always receive a different storyWhen I withdrew from this university I spoke with a lady and was advised that it doesn't take them long at all to do the calculation and your funds should be refunded to you within days at the most well we are going on almost days now and nothing has come aboutMy advisor Jose G*** continues to give me the run around every time I call so I have called the people that he has involved in the information he is relaying to me only to find out from the department of education for instance that I'm being lied to and given incorrect informationThey have advised that they have no part in the R2Tcalculation as far as amount of time attended or anything concerning your student loans yet the advisor continues to tell me that they doThey also are very hesitant with giving you their superiors information to try and report them I've gone through this at least at good five times within my time attending their schoolYour better off getting an attorney to deal with these people everything is a joke to them and they will continue to either lie to you, not answer their phones or give you the run around as much as they canI really truly feel bad for our people that have served in our military and have had to endure serves such as these after all they've doneI'm just a everyday human being but what they are doing and performing is not rightThey've already chose to release dollars of FSEOG back to the payer last week as part of their calculation but still have yet to send me the rest of my funds for which I have attended schoolThis whole thing has been a scam, sham and a jokeThey have gotten me over the head for well over 10,dollars and I can't even use their education for any jobs here!! Amazing right! They go for lower income families and sale you this dream over the phone making everything sound so goodThey get you dedicated and excited to reach the finish line for their over priced courses and prices they didn't quote you in the beginningOnly to be disappointed in the end and not being able to find a job to pay back everything you've receivedIt's time to stand up people against businesses that operate such as these and get something doneYou have other options you can help yourself against people like this and the time is nowIf we don't let things like this known to the correct authorities within our states we only allow more individuals to become victims to this messThe professors omg are a whole nother story as wellThey have to be students from university of Phoenix that are teaching us and that is why they have jobsThey don't require much to receive the grade and the assignments, work and quizzes are a jokeI now understand why so many people in American make good funny jokes about this school! I've wasted my life, time, energy and money with this university and this has forever changed me and what I will now do and go through before I ever commit to something such as this ONLINE againThank you

This is simply a typed statement of what I am being "told" I oweI would like to see my attendance hours showing insufficient hours of log in time for the attendance issue they claim I hadI also have my printout from my student loan ledger showing that all the grants and loans they claim I receive for classes I did not attend were in fact rescinded and are listed as not disbursedI have from their office just last month an account notice that says no balance owing and they have never contacted me in regards to this balance in writing or by phoneI actually have phone ledgers and emails from a Mr*** who attempted on many occasions to re-enroll me for classes at the University of PhoenixThe first I was told about a balance was when I called for my transcriptI have received no collection letters, collection calls or any contact initiated by the University of Phoenix regarding this balance they now say I oweWhen I call I am told they do not have the information, yet they insist on talking to me to "come back"I have a right to receive a copy, not a typed statement--but a copy of the invoice that I requested yet was responded showing $balance owing which was sent as a part of my original complaint

The University of phoenix is a terrible clown face of a schoolWhen you are preparing to enroll, everyone is helpful and so friendlyOnce in enrolled those smiling clowns turned into chuckyThis university does not cater to students, they drain you financially and are rude when you ask questionsI paid for and requested that my transcripts be sent to another university before the semester startedThis was not done and I could not register for my last two classesClasses that are offered only every other semesterThe university of phoenix had no answer except that I did it on line and they didn't know who was in charge of that says someone in admissions & recordsThey didn't care and was very, very rude on the phone and when asking whom I was speaking to, the person refused to give me his nameI feel hurt, disappointed and really violatedWhy do they get to treat us like this
