Moderate timely communication with them Initially, Philip J [redacted] told me that if I paid in full they could stop my wage garnishments immediately Well, let me tell you...that is NOT true! I am happy with services, but if I had know that the case had to be actually filed to stop the garnishments...I would have pushed with more pressure for them to file it moving my case along faster Since, I have expressed frustration of two garnishments so far...they have been great to get things going I still would recommend them to others Also, ask for the documents check list right away...so you can get your paperwork sent to them right away, and they can move forward faster if time is a factor for youBest of success and hope this helps others in the future

We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that caused this client to believe his case would be filed prior to his fees being paid A couple things to clear up: First, the amount that was charged to this client was not $2, The amount charged for a case varies depending on the facts of that case and I am not at liberty to discuss the particular amount charged here due to the attorney-client privilege However, the actual amount was significantly less than reported When I spoke to the client about this, we determined that it must have been a typo, because he was never under the impression that his fees were that high Second, we start working on cases for our clients at the time they sign up That being said, we do not file chapter bankruptcy cases prior to the fees being paid in full This may have been the source of the miscommunication and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration felt by this client We have already discussed the matter and he has informed me that he considers the complaint resolved
