I am the Managing Attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced Service When I was notified of this complaint, I contacted this client and discovered where the delays occurred We consider the timely filing of our cases to be of the highest importance In this case, a delay was realized when the local attorney and the client experienced some communication issues To resolve this, I contacted another partner in the area and reassigned the case to him I also spoke with the client and apologized for his frustrations The client is now happy and moving forward with his newly assigned attorney We are very happy to have resolved the issue and we look forward to continuing to help this client along with path to debt relief and financial freedom

I am the managing attorney at UpRight Law for our Enhanced Services Department Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I contacted this client and we were able to successfully resolve this complaint.This client was informed by her local attorney that we would need her to come in and meet with him face-to-face Unfortunately, the district where this client lives requires that step and does not allow clients to meet with their attorney exclusively over [redacted] Since [redacted] *onsultations are something that we routinely offer to clients and this client does not have the ability to meet with her attorney in person, UpRight Law refunded 100% of this clients' payments back to her with our sincere apology for any miscommunication We wish her all the best in her future and I asked her to feel free to contact me directly with any questions, concerns or future needs

I am the managing attorney at UpRight Law for Enhanced service I was notified about this complaint earlier today and I immediately reached out to this client to talk with him bout his concerns While we do not agree with all of his characterizations about his experience here, we acknowledge that his perception of the customer service has been unsatisfactory We are very happy to hear that he has found a path to financial freedom, even it is not with our firm and we wish him the verybest of luck in all of his future endeavors This former client and I were able to come to an amicable agreement and resolve this matter

I am a managing attorney at UpRight Law Upon receiving this complaint, I immediately reached out to this client and we discussed his case This former client had originally discussed the possibility of filing a bankruptcy under Chapter of the bankruptcy code Almost immediately thereafter, the attorney that was assigned to his case discovered an asset that would make filing this case under Chapter risky for his ability to retain that asset That attorney spoke with the client about that problem and send him a contract for filing the case under Chapter The client and the attorney must have left that conversation with different understandings of the client's intention, because this firm has only extended contracts to move forward under Chapter In our conversation today, I explained to him why a Chapter would not allow him to accomplish his bankruptcy goals The client understood and he thanked me for the explanation and time We resolved this matter on the phone and this firm wishes him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors

I left a voicemail with him today and sent the following email:Mr. [redacted] I have been trying to contact you by telephone, but I... have not been able to reach you. I left you a voicemail today. While I do not agree with many of your characterizations of the services our firm provided to you, we deeply care that our clients leave their relationship with our firm feeling as though that were treated in fair dealings. So far I have not yet seen what Upright law can do for meBut I'm eagerly awaiting I can say that they have worked with me on my payments ever so graciously I would definitely recommend this form and have already to even the closest family members

I am really thankful to this company because this will help me and my family to start new again!
