I am a managing attorney at UpRIght Law Upon being notified of this complaint by the Revdex.com, I reached out to this client to talk over his concerns and help him find a resolution Unfortunately, he was in an area with poor cell reception ind needs to call me back at a later time To ensure he can call me directly, I sent the following email:Dear Mr [redacted] I just called you on the phone, but, unfortunately, your phone was cutting in and out and we were not able to finish our discussion about the concerns that you voiced to the Revdex.com It seemed as though your concerns were founded primarily on the idea that you felt your attorney and our staff was not paying you adequate attention I understand your disatisfaction and I would like to address that The way a law firm helps you deal with your creditors and stop lawsuits is to file your case We needed you to finish paying your fees before your case could be filed We were not telling you to pay the rest of your fees because we just wanted more money, but rather, we need you to help us help you by completing your end of the process of filing for bankruptcy relief I think there may have been some confusion surrounding this issue I would like to help you find some resolution to that Please give me a call back at my number listed below when you have an opportunity to speak I look forward to talking to you soon Thank you and have a great day Kind regards,Xxxx XXxxxxxxxI look forward to speaking with him at his earliest availability and I am quite confident that we will find a resolution to his concerns

Upright Law has treated with the up-most respect even knowing that I am going through a chapter They have many options for people like myselfThey also work out a payment plan if needed by someone like me which make things easierThey hold put the consumers first and show it at all timesI would recommend the to all I know and already have starting with my brotherIf you are in my situation I recommend upright law as first stop

I am one of the managing attorneys at UpRight Law Immediately upon receiving this complaint, I contacted this former client After a few days of phone tag, I'm very happy to report that we were able to quickly resolve this matter We believe that great client communication and customer service is paramount to the success of any business and we apologize that we weren't able to make this particular client love us the first time around The problem in this case lay in a lack of communication and we accept full responsibility for that She and I were able to identify the issue without further delay and we wish her the best of luck in all of her future endeavors

This firm is very good about contacting its clients and keeping the process going in a positive way Everyone I've had contact with seems genuinely interested in helping me with my legal issues and getting me off to a great start for the future

September 29,I cancelled due to illness.I paid 500$ so far.was told last week I would receive a refund.this week I'm told no refund.they did absolutely nothing ! People please be careful! We are our best fighters.I was depressed and tried to take the easy way out that 500$ would have taking care of bills.no I will definitely not recommend upright law.Crooks
