Our registration with System for Award Management (SAM) Registration was very complicated. The case manager was very knowledgeable and very responsive to getting us registered.

Our registration in the SAM system got complicated due to several mitigating circumstances. We reached out to USFCR for their assistance, specifically their knowledge of the correct way to make the appropriate changes in the system. The process wound up taking close to 2 weeks. The consultant at USFCR (Ms. C.) was extraordinarily helpful and incredibly patient. Her knowledge of the system and how to perform the various tasks needed was very commendable.
