I don't what to say, but I can say THIS IS A BIG LIE I bought this water system because they told it will pay it self by the cleaning supplies that I will get for 5 years. now I ran out of some when I contact the costumer service they told me we already gave you 5 years of supplies which is 2 gallons of hand soap and 2 gallons of dish wash liquid " Im not talking about the laundry or shampoo" , now they said if you want more we charge you $16 for each. This is a big scamming company don't believe all [redacted] they going to tell you

Was referred to VER from a friend. As with our last "Water Softener" company we just let agreed and were going to blow them off. Deif came in and was very professional and really showed us what the difference between a typical water softener system vs the VER water system. Once Deif finished with his demonstration and I was still skeptical so he encouraged me to ask him any questions I had about their system. He answered them all, down the scientific principles behind some of the questions I had. One of the biggest differences we noticed was our front load washing machine. I used to have to clean it out every couple of days or it would get a sewage smell eminating from the washer. Since we put in the water systems 6 weeks ago I have only cleaned it 1 time the first week and everything has been great since. The installation was fantastic and very informative to let us know what they were doing.

I LOVE our water system now! We moved recently from California and we formerly had well water, and while our water at our new house seemed much better, when we saw all the minerals and how hard our water was from the test I wanted better for me and my family. I became used to how soft the water was almost immediately so when I washed my hands at a grocery store I could instantly tell how hard our water used to be. My hands felt sticky for lack of a better way to describe it when washing it in untreated water. Getting out of the shower its amazing how fresh and moisturized I feel.

The taste of the filtered drinking water is amazing! My husband describes it as lighter, and to me it so very smooth. Before the system was installed our refrigerator was stocked with soda's because water was not our go to drink. Now we have more room in our refrigerator since we are drinking so much more water.

The salesman [redacted] was very knowledgable and not at all high pressure. He was very personable and friendly. The crew that came out to install the system were also super friendly, and they left everything very clean.

The system we purchased also came with a large quantity of soaps, and they are of really high quality and smell amazing.

The company Valley Environment Resources was really easy to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to obtain water filtration and purification.

My husband and I purchased the water filtration system on my birthday in June and I couldn't be more pleased! Having great-tasting water out of any faucet and my refrigerator/freezer making sparkling clean ice again is just the start. The water now cleans better and doesn't leave rings and residue in the sinks and bathroom fixtures. I have hair almost to my waist and I use about 1/2 oz. of shampoo and occasionally a dime-sized dollop of conditioner (or no conditioner at all) on it. My husband has had psoriasis for years with thick, painful plaque formations on his knee and elbows which has almost completely resolved after 6 weeks of using the filtered water. I was told that spot-free dishes, windows that can be cleaned with water and a paper towel and cleaner clothes would be benefits of this system and they were (excuse the expression) "spot on" with these claims. The demonstration [redacted] gave was entertaining, informative and no-pressure. We had researched several other types and the price was very reasonable in comparison and the system maintenance and warranty are better than any of the others we had checked into. The crew installed it the same afternoon/evening and were professional, friendly and took the time to discuss the installation and maintenance with my husband...and no clean-up afterward! They left the house/yard the same or better than they found it. The best improvement we have made to our home!

We have had our water system installed for a few months now and I love it! The drinking water is my favorite part. It is so clean and refreshing. I can't drink any other water now, it tastes terrible! And our ice cubes are clear!! I also like the fact we don't have white water marks on everything anymore. Cleaning is easy! I've had to call the office a couple times with questions (once on a SUNDAY) and they were very helpful and courteous. I am happy we decided to purchase the system.

We have always wanted a water purifier for our house, as was unsure when we would actually get one. Finally when we purchased our water treatment system, we have finally received what we have been wanting for so long! We are a family that loves our water, and buying water bottles and our portable water purifier system was always doing us well, but we were paying so much in the end. But with our new water system, we are saving money. We are able to drink water from the sink facets, able to do dishes without those horrible water marks, and cleaning is a breeze! We are very pleased with our water purifier, and we have no regrets! Thank you!

The team at Valley Environmental Services is wonderful and really go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied with their service both on installation and ongoing. we were not pressured to buy their system, just a simple demonstration of the benefits. The installation team came back at my request and re-positioned my outside spickot at no cost and no complaints. I feel the system has more than paid for itself because we use less laundry detergent and dishwasher soap with the same or better results. We have easily used less than half of these items over the same period as other products. I highly recommend this company and their product to anyone interested in a water softening system.

Overall, I am satisfied with this system. The osmosis system is perfect for my family of four as we spend a lot of money on water. My wife really enjoys the softener and the way it makes her skin feel. She also loves how easy the water makes cleaning. I am also really enjoying the softener as I have a skin condition that causes dry and flaky skin on my face and scalp. I have seen incredible results since switching over to this system and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My family and I are extremely pleased with our new Agua Water Treatment System. My husband and I were so fed up with the bad city water and were thinking about purchasing a water processer. It’s so nice that we didn’t even have to look; a Valley Environmental employee came to our house and simply asked if they can check our water. When customer sales representative, Dief came to our house to give us the results we were shocked how bad our water was. We were sold when Dief made all the demonstrations on how the faucet water would change by installing the system throughout the house. At the time my husband and I were expecting our first baby and one of our concerns was good water for our daughter. Our family finance is tight but we decided we could cut costs down and be able to afford the reasonable monthly payments. The system installation happened the next day after we signed the contract. The Water Softener system has improved the taste and quality of water, taking a shower with clean water makes my skin feel much more clean and softer as well as my hair, I no longer need hair conditioner. I also noticed when washing and rinsing the dishes there are no water spots left on them when drying. When cleaning the bathroom tub it is so much easier because of the lack of calcium build up, this is due to the water softener. The best thing about the water softener is the taste of the drinking water it is so clean and refreshing and we do not have to go to the water stations to refill and carry back home the five-gallon water jugs!—thanks [redacted].

My wife and I recently purchased a house in Tucson, AZ and upon hearing/reading about the hard water, knew that we needed a water softening system installed in our house ASAP. My wife had tried to deal with another, much larger company that deals with water softening systems, but had a couple of very bad customer service experiences, so we were still looking for something that we were 100% comfortable with. I had recently returned back to the States on vacation from working in the Middle East, when my wife told me that someone wanted to come and test our water and give us a little spiel about their products.

I was extremely skeptical when Mr. [redacted] showed up and wanted to test our water. He did a fantastic "in-home" presentation and my wife and I knew that going with a water softener through Valley Environmental Resources was the way to go. It was costlier than other companies, but they offer a lifetime warranty, whereas other companies only offered a 1-2 year warranty on their water softener systems.

The first couple of days after having our system installed, neither the wife or I noticed any difference in our water quality. But on the 3rd day, it was as if the clouds parted and all was right in the world. The water feels great. It's hard to explain what soft water feels like, but the comfort of it could be explained as being back in your mother's womb.

It's funny, because my family recently took a little trip to Las Vegas for a week and upon coming back, my wife's comments to her friends were about how much she missed our, "soft water!" I've never considered us "water snobs," but I guess we kind of are now. We've been spoiled by the fantastic water that our new home water softening system has provided to us and could not be happier!
