I have had my system for a little over a month now and I can not believe I waited this long to get one...I love it !!! make cleaning easier, I use less shampoo and conditioner.. we same so much on products because they last so much longer we won't need to purchase as often as we were in the past...the staff is very educated on the system and answered all of my questions that I had...I would recommend this system and company highly...thanks

I recently invested in a soft water system from Valley Environmental. First off, I am impressed with the construction of the soft water machine. The stainless steel is a very impressive and clean look. The fact that it is guaranteed for life was a huge incentive for me to purchase this product. The installers were able to make it out to my house the very next day and install the product in a very reasonable time. Very clean and very respectful. They even reinstalled the drinking water spout on the opposite side of the sink after I changed my mind when they finished it.
Now to the actual product. I have noticed a huge change in the amount of actual soap that is used during cleaning. A lot less dish soap, laundry detergent and bath/body/hand soap. The soft water makes a huge difference on the skin after washing hands or taking a shower. I have a glass shower door and the water residue is significantly less now with the soft water.
A big thing that I've noticed is now since I have the drinking water from the sink or fridge, I don't have to buy water from the local water and ice. This is saving me about $2-3 a week, which isn't significant now but down the road it will save me a ton of money. I fill my gallon jug every day which was costing me a quarter every time I filled it.
Last but not least, my favorite part of the water system was all the free cleaning products that was part of the investment. Bars of soap, which I am still on my first Oatmeal bar, the laundry detergent, floor cleaner, etc. Another thing that I will not have to spend money on for the foreseeable future. Since purchasing our water filtration system, we have enjoyed wonderful tasting water! No more dirty flavored drinks! The system is easy to maintain. There is no water spots on our dishes, our shower doesn't have calcium deposits and clean is so easy. The most wonderful part is the money we are saving! We use so little shampoo, soaps, laundry soaps, fabric softner, and cleaner. A bottle of soft scrub use to last two weeks, now it goes 2 months and I am cleaning weekly! When they tell you there is no obligation to buy, they are telling you the truth. There was never any pressure to buy while talking with [redacted]. We recently purchased a water system through Valley Environmental. Their representative came to our house and was very professional. He explained everything in great detail, which was really reassuring to us. The installation team did a great job even though our water heater isn't in a normal spot. They got everything up and running quickly with no major issues. Now that we have it in our house, we are definitely seeing the difference. Cleaning is much easier and we don't get impossible hard water stains anymore. I love the difference it makes with my skin now after using it to shower for the past few months. I don't need lotion anymore because my skin is better hydrated. It also has made a difference in our laundry. Our clothes feel softer! All around we love our water system and we love how friendly Valley Environmental was to us. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a water system.

We purchased the system in January after moving into our newly built home. We are very happy with the system as we see a difference in our skin which is much softer. The water tastes great and it's nice not to have the hard water buildup on our sinks and shower! We are able to use less product and enjoy the bar soap especially that came with it. The representative [redacted] was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. The crew that came to install were professional and did a good job and cleaned up afterward. Valley Environmental Resources has my family in many ways. When I first moved into the house all of my appliances looked gross. They had white marks on them from the hard water. Being the clean freak that I am, I wasn't sure how I was going to get that calcium buildup off of all the appliances. Once I started to use the soft water system, I notice that my appliances start to look a lot better and shinier. I really notices it the most in the kitchen sink. Before it would look very dull, no matter how many times I cleaned it. After a couple of days of using the soft water system I notice that my appliances started to shine like they were new. It was like Christmas all over again! I love the soft water system because it helps cut down on expenses. We were buy water bottles all of the time, we could keep enough water in the house. Now, we do not buy water bottles. We use softer water sink spout to fill up our cups before we go out for the day. I also love the way it makes my skin feel. I have very sensitive skin, so I always have to apply a lot of lotion everyday to keep it from feeling hard and cracky. Ever since I started using the water soft system, my skin feels great! I am impressed with my equipment, very low maintenance and great quality.

My sales rep Gary, was very knowledgeable and courteous. Installation was done the next day and completed with in a few hours of arrival.

I would highly recommend them to family and friends especially here in Arizona with our harsh waters. I have only owned my equipment for a few months and have seen skin improvement in my hands by using the oatmeal soap provided. The ease of cleaning has also become much easier without having to scrub against hard water stains. My water conditioner has given me more freedom from house work! Thanks Valley Environmental!

I have too rate it a Neutral. Due to water damage. The reason why is because we had a flood in our living room and laundry room when we came back from my Grand mothers funeral while we were in Ca, it was small, but we were gone for about 10 days every time it cycled at night it pushed water out. The bad thing is the installer did not tie down the hose in the drainage hole next to the washing machine and Now our trim by the laundry room door is warp and may even have water damage in the wall and sheet rock, Plus the rug was soaked. I never realized they did not tie it down. I would hope for future installs they buy a water hose clamp ensure it will not come out or move out of the drainage area. The clamp only cost about couple bucks for a hose clamp. Because I am not sure how much this is going to cost me. I am going to call out a contractor next week sometimes to see how much damage their is, It looks minor to me, but I need to make sure that mold is not going to grow in, hopefully it will be minimal.

Otherwise the product itself works great. I love it. It does work as advertised. I can tell the difference. I will still recommend them, but I would make sure they do something about the drainage hose to ensure it does not come out like it did to us. Ensure you check it and make sure it is secure before the installers leave.

We are based in Tucson and recently had a Valley Environmental Resources water treatment system installed. Our sales representative, **, was very personable and knowledgeable. Upon committing to the system we received a personal phone call from the owner or a manager (I don't recall the name of the person, sorry) congratulating us and asking if we had any questions or concerns. The installation time was prompt - the next day. The installers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The next week we received a visit from another employee to check our water and confirm the system was doing what it should. Honestly, there is an immediate, noticeable difference in the quality of water after the installation, both in drinking water and the softness of water in the sink and shower. Prior to the installation my water heater was making some horrendous noises. ** educated me that it was due to the buildup from the bad water and it was the equivalent of kidney stones for our hot water heater. I am happy to report that after the system was installed we no longer have any terrifying noises coming from the water heater. So far the experience with Valley Environmental Resources, Inc. has been very positive.

It has been a pleasurable experience with Valley Environmental Resources. They have delivered on all things said. I had a question to the noise that my system was making at 2am and although the system wasn’t doing anything but cleaning itself, I was able to get a response from someone (*I believe I only heard the noise because I was up, I think if I was asleep it would not have woken me). We have had no issues. Our Representative, Diff, was extremely friendly and helpful. The system does everything that is promised. My skin is softer and less dry. I love that we no longer have to go to Water N Ice to fill our water jugs. It really has been a cost saver utilizing the products that are provided with the system. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service that has been provided by VER. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the customer service this company provides. I felt no pressure to purchase a water system, but coming from the Midwest I had really been interested in one. The water quality here compared to the Midwest is a drastic difference. Now that I have the water system I enjoy being able to drink out of the tap again. My hair and skin feels ten times better and I don't smell all the chemicals when taking a bath or shower. I appreciate that my faucets aren't constantly getting corroded with calcium deposits that left residue everywhere. I also appreciated the timely matter that my purchase was handled, they showed up on time for any scheduled visits. We were in the market for a water softener to help with my child's eczema. The first company we called, said that there was no way we could have it installed in our garage, following with their ideas of trenching and plans to destroy our front lawn. We gave up, until my brother recommended Valley Environmental Resources.

At first, I couldn't care less about the reverse osmosis water treatment system that came as a package with the water softener . My husband was the one that wanted it. Now, it's my favorite part!!!

WARNING!! You will become the biggest water snob after drinking this water regularly. Forget about ever ordering a glass of water in a restaurant! Yuck!

My second favorite part is doing the dishes with this water. It's magic! No joke, the food just wipes off.

Our installers were very professional and worked with us to place it in a spot we love, without cutting up our home. They worked hard, efficient, and left the place like they were never there.

This service is the absolute best thing I've done so far with our new home! Tucson's water is so hard and having a newborn with extremely sensitive skin was an issue. Valley Environmental came in, showed us their product, and once we saw and felt the difference, we we're in! I loved the fact that they showed up a week later to make sure the system was working correctly.

Almost a year into having the Aqua Guard and my son's skin is beautiful! No more excema soaps or lotions, no rashes from clothes (love the laundry detergent!). We are so happy we had the Aqua Guard product installed.

Five years ago we installed a whole home water treatment system of which we later discovered only removed chlorine from the city water supply. A couple of days ago, a young woman stopped by and asked for a sample of our water. She assured us the test would not cost anything and someone would stop by the next day with the results. My husband & I were reluctant but gave her a sample. The next day, Brian from Valley Environmental Resources, showed up promptly for our scheduled appointment. We told him we were not going to buy anything as we already had a water treatment system. He was polite, courteous and very informative as he showed us what was still in our water and what a difference clean, soft water would do. We finally found the water system we were looking for five years ago. The installation was set up for the next day and they were also on time. The installers were precise, very professional, answered all our questions & cleaned up afterwards. A week later, Bob, Public Relations Manager called and made an appointment to stop by to make sure everything was working properly. He also was very helpful and professional. This company and associates were very easy to talk to, they listened and we were treated like a customer should be. To top things off, our skin feels soft again without tons of moisturizer. We no longer have to buy bottled water or chemicals to get things clean and soft. Not only are we helping ourselves but our environment by not having so many containers to dispose of. This company did everything they said and more.

We purchased the Aqua Guard and reverse osmosis water system about 2 months ago. Robert S[redacted], our sales rep, was very informative and entertaining; and his no pressure technique made the sales pitch a nice experience. He simply illustrated the difference between water filtered through their system compared to our tap water. Neither my wife nor I really enjoy drinking water; we do so because we should. However, I did notice a difference between the water from our refrigerator filter and the RO system. We were sold on the ease of cleaning with the water. I've been trying to clean grout for several years; I've tried every grout cleaner available at my local store. I was so desperate I removed and regrouted half of the house the weekend before our demonstration. What rotten luck. Robert took a little water and a scotch scrubbing pad and scrubbed an area for about 30 seconds. I saw the difference, even with wet grout, almost immediately. He then illustrated the same technique on our glass shower door another item we have struggled to keep clean and free of water spots. In less than a minute the area he worked on look like new. We now keep our stove looking new without the aid of any harsh cleaning products. My wife is also impressed with the difference in her skin and hair. The installation crew was professional, clean and very efficient, they said the job would take two hours and they were done in two hours.This is definitely a home improve purchase well worth the cost.

I purchased a water system a couple months ago and would like to relate my experience with Valey Enviromental Resources. The installers were extremely competent and proffessional. After the installation, it was determined that the faucet in my backyard that feeds my swimming pool and watering system for my plants and yard was connected to the soft water system. Since I found that unacceptable, they returned and ran a separate line to solve that isue. All at no charge.

As for the soft water system, I found that showering is a very pleasant experience. My skin feels like I've used a skin conditioner. The dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling clean. The RO system works perfectly and my morning coffee has a distinctively better taste. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Overall, Valley Environmental Resources has fulfilled all of its promises. I couldn't be more satisfied and will reccommend them to all of my friends. And when I have a question, the call is answered quickly by a person, without having to go through a maze of channels. Their customer service is exceptional.
