Shortly after we installed our water system I noticed our clothes were much softer and smelled like they were actually clean. I didn't realize laundry could smell that good until we installed the system. Also our water tasted like it came out of a bottle. We no longer had to spend money on drinking water in our house and we've been able to spend that money on other things now. It has also given my wife a lot of extra time around the house since it's so easy to clean now. No more nasty water spots in the showers! On top of that we've cut our lotion usage in half. My skin has never been this soft. Valley Environmental Resources were very efficient and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and did not try to feed me any false sales pitches. I will and have highly recommend them to everyone I know!

My wife and I are very happy with our water purification system that was installed in our home by Valley Environmental Resources. I was very pleased with the professional installation that was done. [redacted] the representative did an excellent job explaining, demonstrating the product. We noticed the softness and cleanness of the water. My wife could tell the difference in the dishes and laundry and using less detergent. The water tastes great and I don't have to buy bottled water anymore. We both are very happy with the product.

The Valley Environmental Representatives were vey Knowledgable and courteous with my wife and I. The first representative came a little late to my home and presented only a portion of the presentation. He could see we were both tired and without us asking suggested we continue this another night. We rescheduled for the follwing week and another representative came out to continue the presentation. When I asked him for some ID he did not hesitate. Once he started the presentation he was very personable, polite, and courteous person. The reason I mentioned this is because at no time did my wife or I feel pressured. The presentation and demonstration he gave us really amazed and opened our eyes. The installation was done very professionally, neat, and everything was cleaned up properly after they were finished. After the installation which was a little over a month ago we have noticed a difference in the way our skin and hair feel compared to before. The dishes come out of the dish washer cleaner than before and the cubes made by the icemaker are clear instead of cloudy. The water taste much better than before. Living here in Arizona I knew our water wasn't very good quality, and I knew a water softner would help, but this product does alot more than just soften the water. It has made a huge difference in our everyday lives

From the beginning, our experience with Valley Environmental Resources has been just great. The sales demonstration, the installation and the follow-up visit were professional and pleasant events. The water treatment system is just what we wanted: water that tastes great, cleans our home, dishes and bodies to a "squeaky" clean condition. The demonstration during the sales phase was informative and complete; no hype and friendly attitude. But the follow-up was especially nice because it gave us a chance to ask questions after we had the system installed for a few days. Happy, happy, happy.

I have had my water system for over a month now and I don't know how I survived in Arizona so long without it! Don't let the price of the system turn you away- with a lifetime warranty, free and professional installation, a supply of "green" products and the effects of the system, it will pay for itself. In addition to consuming crystal clear and great tasting water, my skin feels great and my car has never looked better! The salesman was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. The installers were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. We had some very bad water before the system was installed. A lot of deposits on the shower head, and I ended up replacing the kitchen faucet because of our water deposits. Now we are very happy with our water, you can feel the difference in the shower and washing our hands. The drinking water faucet is a great thing also. My wife is very picky about the type of bottled water she drank, but she like the water that comes from the faucet installed at our sink. There is a world of difference than what we had.

We have only had our system for a couple weeks, but are very happy with it. I used to have such a hard time getting my soap to foam in the shower, now I get instant suds. Cleaning is so much easier, I hardly have to use any soap. I am enjoying the free cleansing all natural products we received. Drinking water is amazing. The marketing team was great. Within the first 24 hours I noticed a leak from the back of my house. I called (note it was a Saturday) and had to leave a message. I was called back within a couple hours and in about an hour after that someone was out to resolved the issue. I am confident that I will be spending so much less on cleansing products. I have already seen a difference in the time I have to spend cleaning. Invaluable when you have a family and work full time. Looking forward to my continued business relationship with this company.

I purchased a water system a couple months ago and would like to relate my experience with Valey Enviromental Resources. The installers were extremely competent and proffessional. After the installation, it was determined that the faucet in my backyard that feeds my swimming pool and watering system for my plants and yard was connected to the soft water system. Since I found that unacceptable, they returned and ran a separate line to solve that isue. All at no charge.

As for the soft water system, I found that showering is a very pleasant experience. My skin feels like I've used a skin conditioner. The dishes come out of the dishwasher sparkling clean. The RO system works perfectly and my morning coffee has a distinctively better taste. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Overall, Valley Environmental Resources has fulfilled all of its promises. I couldn't be more satisfied and will reccommend them to all of my friends. And when I have a question, the call is answered quickly by a person, without having to go through a maze of channels. Their customer service is exceptional.

My wife and I were very pleased overall with the entire service from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of the water softener as well as the water filtration unit. We are very satisfied with how much easier things are cleaned and stay clean. We enjoy the soft and filtered water tremendously. Night and day difference (We can use our dishwasher again with no issues!). My husband and I moved into our first home on Christmas Eve 2015. We started thinking about getting a soft water system so we wouldn't have to purchasing filtered water pitcher filters. Luckily, Valley Environmental Resources was going around the neighborhood asking if we were interested in having our tap water tested. We went through with the test and a few days later, a sales representative came by and told us how harsh our water was. He explained it in a way we could easily understand and showed us a demonstration of a "mini system." After learning more about the softener system, we decided to go through and get it for our new home. On January 30th, 2016, the installers showed up and were very prompt and explained everything they were doing and made sure we understood everything about the system and how to maintain it. Since then, our skin is no longer dry, food tastes and cooks better, and clothes are softer. We love our soft water system and wouldn't change our decision to get it at all.

We are so very happy with our water treatment system. Our daughter got this system as well and referred us to [redacted]... Who showed us the system and within a week we had it installed.. Service was/is awesome!

We have had the Clean Living water treatment system for a few months now and the difference was night and day. They came in, gave us no nonsense or pushiness, and we were sold. The water quality is supreme! I highly recommend them. Costs savings are through the roof, barely any salt used, huge reduction in our cleaning supply costs - it's been months since we've had to buy any kind of soaps or detergents! They even got us installed that night and were done quickly and cleanly.

I Would like to say that my Aqua Guard Water Treatment system is working wonderfully fantastic. And our Salesman Brian W[redacted] made me a Believer. The drinking water is what I use the most. I can't tell a difference between tap water & bottled water. The showers are "Perfection Plus"!, I could not ask for more. Just to know that when the water hit's your skin, That it's clean water and doesn't contain any contaminant's. The laundry has been wonderful to. Our towels feel softer and all around the system has been performing on all levels. I could not say enough about our salesman Brian W[redacted]. Thank you! And I hope we meet again.

My husband and I have had the water system for about a month now. My husband is a mechanic and always had the hardest time getting clean even with all the special soaps mechanics use. First shower in the clean water he hardly had to scrub and his skin was the softest its been. For me my hair would get greasy very easily and I would have to wash it everyday. I can now go three days without washing and not using any conditioner and my hair actually feels healthy. I honestly would not recommend any other water system but this one. We are very glad we made this purchase and highly recomend other people who have skin issues or just want to have cleaner water to get set up with theses guys. On top of it all it only took them 45min to set up and install the whole thing. The guys were very clean and put together and even cleaned up after themselves!! 2 thumbs up and some for this company!!

We are VERY please with our Aqua Guard Water Treatment System. It is a treat not to "smell" our water. The ice cubes leave no sediment in the glass!! Our skin requires a lot less lotion, just once a day instead of three times each day. The marketing staff, [redacted], was very professional and polite. The installation was done swiftly and cleanly. The soaps that came with the system are amazing. The car soap actually removed "bugs and guts" without scrubbing.

We have had our new water system for a little over a month and we LOVE it! Our skin is softer, our glasses come out of the dishwasher sparkling and the tub/showers are cleaner. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgable, the installers were professional and FAST. [redacted] came to visit us within a week of our system being installed and he was very friendly. Don't know how we lived without it!!!!!

We had a great experience with Gary he was very knowledgeable in how the system works and showed us the difference between our water and what our water would be like with the water system. He was very patient with us and all the questions we had. We greatly appreciated that. We love our water system our water is soft and refreshing. I was able to clean my grout with just the water Awesome! Thank you Gary and Bob for being amazing and so helpful Valley Environmental Resources are awesome! I am pleasantly pleased with this company. As with all salesman I am usually skeptical but they made me feel comfortable from the beginning.Since buying our home 5 years ago the hard water has destroyed most of our faucets, sinks, and toilets with the scale that is so hard to remove. I was impressed with what the salesman showed me. My system was installed right before Thanksgiving and so with the holidays and so many family members around I waited to see how well the system actually worked. I can now say I love it! My house is back to looking newly remodeled again. The scale is gone and not returned. My hair and skin are silky soft. I even had my hairdresser make such a wonderful compliment that I should be in a hair commercial..LOL I have also noticed we haven't used hardly any soap,shampoo,or laundry detergent. It doesnt take much and everything is clean.I believe I am most impressed with our drinking water. It is clear and the ice cubes do not look cloudy white. It tastes good and I don't have to buy bottled water anymore.. My kids will even drink it now! I can not say enough good things about this company or their product.. It is excellent and I am very happy.

At first we weren't sure what to think of VER as the first salesman was supposed to be at our house between 6-7pm and didn't show up until after 9pm. The office did call but we were under the impression they would be here by 8pm. Long story short we sent him home once he did show up and rescheduled for the following week. When [redacted] arrived the following week he was on time and very professional. He did a great job of explaining the system. [redacted] was very friendly and engaging to talk with. The only negative is that the sales pitch was way too long it was after 9pm before I could feed the family. We did purchase the system and it was installed the next day. The installation crew was fantastic. They were efficent and did a great job of cleaning up their work area. We would highly recommend VER and [redacted] anytime.
