We love our water system! We love how much easier and faster it is to clean our home. Our skin and hair is softer. Even our dog's coats are softer and shinier! Our sales rep. [redacted] was very friendly and professional. The installation team was great! They came across a few challenges, but they managed and made sure to install the system correctly. This is one of the best investments we've made!

The things I like about my water treatment system is the water made our laundry better and softer and made our drinking water cleaner and great taste made our dishes and household cleaner and made our skin feel softer and made us save money we like our water treatment system.

While it did feel a little on the expensive side, I love our new water filtration system. Both the salesman and the gentlemen who installed the system were very thorough, and answered all of my questions and more. The water tastes great, the house is cleaner and the chemicals used in the house are now minimal. I am certain this investment will pay off for years to come. Thank you!

We recently bought a water system from this company that was installed quickly and when we had a problem it was taken care of right away. We love the RO water and use it in cooking and there is a noticeable difference in taste. Our skin does not require as much lotion and is not dry looking or flakey. Dishes in the dishwasher come out so shiny and clean with no "jet dry" Cleaning in general is easier and less time consuming, and I'm for that! Gary Y** and all those who have been involved with us have been a great help and are quick to respond to questions and concerns.

First I would like to say how much we love our water! The taste is absolutely amazing! My wife even commented that she drank water from regular faucet and it tasted great! Our clothes are cleaner and much softer than before! Our skin is softer and smoother. It's really incredible how much our system from Valley Environmental Resources has helped us. As a single mother I didn't think I had the money upfront to invest in a system, but I am so glad I did go with it. I noticed the cleaning aspect first. The cooking grease in my skillet that I though was "stuck" came off with just a gentle scrub. I was putting lotion on out of habit, but realized I didn't need it even in the dry winter.

Thank you to the employees that didn't put any pressure and were very friendly.

Overall great experience. The salesman, [redacted], was engaging and direct. It took some convincing, but after it was all said and done, we were able to see a great investment and opportunity. As for the installation, they came in and setup the unit without issue and were quick as well. Now that we have been using the system, we have seen many benefits. I wouldn't say that it has done everything as advertised, but more than enough to make us satisfied multiple times over. Skin is definitely softer and the cleaning has been a bonus. And with having an infant being able to have the filtered water was convenient and easy on the wallet. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

I should first admit that I was a little put-off by Valley's solicitation method. It may be my own fault that I misunderstood who they were representing. (I did not answer the door when they first came around, my wife did.) We allowed them to take water samples and I did not think much about it.
The next time they visited and gave us the sales pitch, I had the usual feelings about being solicited then. But the demonstration was very transparent and logical. The terms and conditions felt pretty standard for an honest service.
My wife and I have had our system for a few months now and have been enjoying every benefit we were promised. I can actually drink from my faucets without the nasty aftertaste I've been dealing with here in [redacted] and back in [redacted]. I look forward to enjoying Valley Resources service with my system for years to come.

I have used the water system for a few months now and have found a great difference in the drinking water, not to mention how much cleaner the laundry is and also no spots on the dishes when they come out of the dishwasher. With this system my skin is softer. Ice cubes are clear, not cloudy.The service people are friendly and pleasant to talk with. [redacted] did a great job demonstrating how the system works, and I'm glad I made a good purchase.

We found all Valley Environmental Resources personnel to be very informative and professional, yet personable. Everyone seemed to know their part of the business very well. We apologize for forgetting their names, but we do remember [redacted] who was just a doll... pretty and knowledgeable. One thing we noticed right away was the taste of the RO drinking water. Our pets instantly began drinking more water. We had been using Zero Water for years, but the RO just tastes better and we benefit because we also are drinking more H2O. We're spending less money on soap products which helps with the budget. Our skin feels softer as well. We have told friends about it, however, none have bought the system yet.

The person that picked up the water sample was polite and followed up with a call to make an appointment with sales, very professional. The sales visit was on time and went very well. We went over the water testing and looked at the options for products and installation. I scheduled the installation and the install crew showed up on time and did an excellent job on the installation. To my complete satisfaction. The water has been great. Such a change from what we had. We had an under the sink RO system but it would never last long before needing a filter change and the water was better but not great. With the new RO system in conjunction with the softening the taste is perfect. The laundry smells better and seems much softer. The showers and baths have improved on a level I can't describe. Completely happy with the entire experience. My cats are even drinking more water now. They would however not offer an online opinion. I would recommend Valley Environmental to anyone looking for a system. Thanks so much.

I am writing a review for Valley Environmental Resources. FIRST: I never write reviews! Never! When you buy their product, they ask you to please write a review so other people will know if you liked their product/services or not. I am HAPPY to write this review. I don't like they way they sell their product, but holy cow does it work! I am MORE than happy with my water here at home. It boggles my mind how great my water taste. Before they installed their equipment, my water tasted really really bad (like crap!!!). I still can't believe it (we've had it >2 months). If you're reading this (it's because they are trying to sell you a system). I went to the Revdex.com before I bought it. I couldn't believe the amount of positive reviews. I lived in my last house 12 years (new house 6 months). I wish I would have bought this system a long time ago (because it would have transferred to my new house). Yeah, it's expensive, but it really works (not kinda good.... really good). The first day (after installation) my kids went to school with our "new" water. They all (4) commented on how GREAT the water tasted. It's really crazy how bad the water was before. I mean tasted incredibly HORRIBLE. We can now leave a glass of water out all night on the counter (room temp now) and drink it in the morning and it taste great. In the past, there was no way we would drink the water unless it was really cold with ice.
The showers feel different. I can't comment on the skin thing. Yeah, it might help, but I don't know.
I still don't know why they give you all that cleaning stuff. All I can say is it works and it does save money overall (have you priced laundry soap lately?). I can honestly say we probably will not buy any kind of soap for about a year (at least). It does save money.
Would I buy again. Yes and with less hesitation.
I don't know why they sell it the way they do. They have a great product, I just wish they sold it differently. If you're in the market for a water system, buy this one and thank me later. Man, my water use to taste like CRAP!! Sorry for my bluntness, but that's the only way to describe the extreme nastiness of our water.
Oh yeah. They installed the system the next day (on time and quickly). They cleaned up their mess. And from that day on, I've never looked at the system or did anything to it. Crazy great tasting water.

When the sales person arrived he was professional yet very comfortable with selling the product, which put me at ease to listen to the advantages of buying a water conditioner.When the installers came to our house I was pleased with the courtesy and letting us know what to expect once everything was installed. It has been a pleasurable experience with Valley Environmental Resources. I am very pleased with the way the water tastes and how great everything rinses clean. Also the water that fills the ice maker is so clean that the ice comes out clear! I love my water system and have recommended it to friends.

It has been a few months now since our system has been installed. From the very beginning, dealing with this company has been a joy. They are very timely, professional, and very attentive to detail. The installers were helpful in answering our questions and took pride in their installation down to making sure all the water lines in the garage were level and out of the way. The system has been great. No longer the chlorine taste in the drinking water. The products clean well and I especially like the oatmeal shower bars. The water now is so much softer and cleans with much less effort. Even our dogs' old shampoo foamed up and cleaned so much better. I also like that the residue on the shower doors is a lot less that before. So far the company's claims are holding up and I expect that if I have any problems with the system they will stand behind it.

We had our system installed a few months back and have not noticed much difference.. the only difference is the taste in water and the way it feels on your skin that soft silky feeling. We have noticed that the system uses much more salt than they had said.. but I guess it depends on your water usage. Other than that everything is the same, dishes have spots, ring in the bathroom, clothes feel the same... to me the product was a little too expensive..

My wife and I purchased our hard water filtration and RO system a couple of months ago and it has proven to be one of the smartest decisions we have ever made.

What differences have I noticed since we made the purchase?

We use less soap for everything (washing, dishwashing, clothes etc)

Shaving is easier

The drinking water is better than ANYTHING I have ever had, I prefer my water to bottled water.

Once we cleaned the hard water stains off of the fridge etc, they never came back!

My wife tells me that the coffee tastes better and the coffee machine is easier to clean.

My wife is a research scientist and can explain to you what non filtered water does to you on a cellular level. Perhaps the greatest benefit of our new filtration system is the peace of mind she has knowing we are no longer, drinking, bathing in, or inhaling(steam in showers), all that really horrible stuff.

Our sales guy, [redacted] was great, the installers showed up on time, completed their work in a timely fashion and were courteous and respectful.

I have had no problems with the system and would HIGHLY recommend it to EVERYONE!!!

We had Bob with this company come out and give us a demo, at the time we were thinking about a water softening/cleaning system but weren't to the point of a decision yet. After his demo we decided go with this company. After about 2-3 weeks, I can say we are very pleased with our water, the stuff he said about cleaning soap sm and residue off was accurate, our skin is starting to feel better and their products are really nice. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
