We have only had this new system for a couple months now, and we are really enjoying the results. We like how much easier it makes cleaning the house. [redacted] and the installation crew were great! They work really well around my crazy work schedule.

I am pleasantly pleased with this company. As with all salesman I am usually skeptical but they made me feel comfortable from the beginning.Since buying our home 5 years ago the hard water has destroyed most of our faucets, sinks, and toilets with the scale that is so hard to remove. I was impressed with what the salesman showed me. My system was installed right before Thanksgiving and so with the holidays and so many family members around I waited to see how well the system actually worked. I can now say I love it! My house is back to looking newly remodeled again. The scale is gone and not returned. My hair and skin are silky soft. I even had my hairdresser make such a wonderful compliment that I should be in a hair commercial..LOL I have also noticed we haven't used hardly any soap,shampoo,or laundry detergent. It doesnt take much and everything is clean.I believe I am most impressed with our drinking water. It is clear and the ice cubes do not look cloudy white. It tastes good and I don't have to buy bottled water anymore.. My kids will even drink it now! I can not say enough good things about this company or their product.. It is excellent and I am very happy.

We had a great experience with Gary he was very knowledgeable in how the system works and showed us the difference between our water and what our water would be like with the water system. He was very patient with us and all the questions we had. We greatly appreciated that. We love our water system our water is soft and refreshing. My name is [redacted]. I recently purchased a water filtering system from Valley Environmental Services. The salesman was friendly and I was impressed with their instillation crew. They cleaned up all of their mess. The system itself I am pleased with. It's nice no longer having to buy bottled water. I have sensitive skin and it has somewhat helped. My only issue was with their financing. I was initially quoted a 17.99% interest rate, then was told because of my excellent credit score it had been dropped to 12.99%. I don't have an excellent credit score because I'm dumb. Those interest rates are outrages. I payed the loan off in full before the 1st monthly payment was due. If you need financing to purchase their product, shop around and get your own loan.

I purchased a water treatment system from Valley Environmental Resources about two months ago, and I love it. First of all, the representative was very professional. He was relaxed, and he didn't try to force us to buy, or make us buy, he showed us how to benefit from the product. He used the water to clean a spot on the carpet. I didn't believe it. After we bought the system, I cleaned my carpet with WATER, and the carpet was clean. Then, there are the products that you receive. I am very pleased with all of them. My husband has sensitive skin. In the past I've tried different products, and they never worked. I am using the laundry product I received, and we haven't had a problem. Nobody will be disappointed with this product. Let me add too, they clean up after themselves completely. That's impressive. If you're looking for a system or have questions, call them right away.

I met with a Valley Environmental representative recently to discuss a test that had been done on my tap water. The rep was very informative and explained everything perfectly. The demonstration [redacted] gave comparing soft and hard water was so compelling, we decided to go ahead and buy the system. I had no idea the amount of money and time I had been wasting on cleaning and cleaning products until we met with [redacted]. We had our system installed the next afternoon and we were enjoying our water that day. I have seen a noticable difference in the water when I shower and do laundry. When I get out of the shower, my skin feels so hydrated that I don't use as much lotion as I used to. Even my dog enjoys our new water system! The water has never tasted better than it does now. I am very happy with my experience with Valley Environmental from start to finish, and I'm proud to be part of their family.

Valley Environmental Resources Inc has been an AMAZING company to deal with. With most sales, it is normal to be hesitant when spending enough money to purchase a small car, but Valley Environmental Resources was patient, transparent, and held our hand through the entire process from beginning to end. Their sales team was outstanding and friendly, as to inform and not pressure.

The guys who did the install were early to arrive, fast and efficient to complete the work, and even had us verify our satisfaction with the owner himself via telephone before leaving the job site. They left no stone unturned, and gave us an incredible piece of hardware taking our water from a 14 to a .5 in terms of hardness. Even the ice cubes are crystal clear.

We now use 1/10 the cleaners, laundry soap and softener, and even cancelled our water delivery as the RO system that came with the processing unit stores 3 gallons of beautifully clean drinking water at a time. In my 40 years living, and 20 years as an adult consumer, Valley Environmental Resources is the BEST company I've ever had the extreme pleasure of doing business with. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future should we change homes. I will NEVER be without water this wonderful again.

I purchased a water softener system from Valley Environmental Resources a few months back and I couldn't be happier. All of their representatives were friendly and the process couldn't have been more simple. The softener itself works like a charm: better tasting water, cleaner house, more hot water and even with our water usage it seems to keep up. We have a carpet in the living room that we clean regularly. Before the water softener, we used a rug cleaner with soaps and it started out clean but got dirty almost immediately. Now, we just use the water from the softener and it stays clean longer and without the soapy smell. Good stuff.

My Valley Environmental Resource experience has been great. The difference in the water is noticeable within a day. Especially when you jump in the shower, your skin feels softer and overall you feel cleaner as well. The representatives and equipment installers were friendly and professional. They explained everything with detail and were open to questions. Plus they were quick in installing all the equipment. In the end, this service pays for itself. I have enjoyed it so far.

We had the RO and water softener installed in October 2014. So far so good. Dishwasher really gets the dishes clean and they sparkle like they are new. Plus, you can't beat the taste of the filtered water. Everything tastes better with it especially coffee tea or lemonade. We have been very impressed with the products. The shower door has less and less spots from hard water. I'm pretty sure our appliances will last a long time since there will not be any gunk building up and ruining them.

Installation was quick and easy. I noticed a tiny leak and I called them and the very next day they were out and fixed it. The billing people are very nice and polite. Our sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions.

My experience with Valley Environmental was great. The sales representative answered all my questions and presented all the information very well. My water processing system was installed very quickly after I agreed to make the purchase and the installation crew was great. We have had the system for about 3 months now and we love what it provides. Our glass shower door was always stained with calcium buildup and now it stays clean for a long time. We also love how nice the water is on our skin, leaving it soft. The drinking water is our favorite part because it tastes great and it eliminated buying a lot of bottled water, which will help the system pay for itself. We are very happy with our investment and would recommend it.

I have had my system for about 2 months and have noticed a huge difference in the water. My sensitive skin is much softer after showering and throughout the day. My dishes (even glassware) come out spotless in the dishwasher. The installation team was great, explained everything to me, how to turn the system on and off, adding salt, even explained the soap products. They left my house very clean after installation. Very glad I got a water softener.

I would just like to say that I love my water system. Everything seems to last longer, and things seem to get cleaner. Including but not limited to my carpet. And I don't have to lug around those 5 gallon jugs any more for filtered water. The drinking water system makes my tap water taste awesome! I am very satisfied!!

It's been a little over a month since I've had Valley Environmental Resources install the water system in my town home and I wished I installed it sooner. Better late than never. I'd like to say that the representative who came to my home 'Dief' was excellent. No pressure whatsoever and he listened to my needs and concerns. I wasn't anticipating to purchase the system but afterwards, I was sold. I saw all the benefits of having a system of my own rather than the filtered water that I purchase monthly, not to mention the savings that I would accrue in just having the system and the free products that I received. Installation was quick and very professional. The installers showed up as scheduled and it took them only a few hours to install. I was very pleased with the outcome and definitely recommend.

The things I like about my water treatment system is the water made our laundry better and softer and made our drinking water cleaner and great taste made our dishes and household cleaner and made our skin feel softer and made us save money we like our water treatment system.

We love our water system! We love how much easier and faster it is to clean our home. Our skin and hair is softer. Even our dog's coats are softer and shinier! Our sales rep. [redacted] was very friendly and professional. The installation team was great! They came across a few challenges, but they managed and made sure to install the system correctly. This is one of the best investments we've made!

I really like the salesman [redacted],who is very good at his job. I had no problems with this company or their service/installation. I also like the fact the not only does my water taste better, it also seem like everything is self cleaning, ie the coffee pot, shower and the sinks. No more calcium build up.

Purchasing this system was definitely a great idea. The taste of our water has to be my favorite part. Our clothes are cleaner and our glasses and dishes are actually spotless and streak free. I want also want to say thank you to [redacted] for his presentation. He was very friendly and considerate. The installation was quick and easy. No mess was left behind either. I would definitely recommend Valley Environmental.

This company is very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the demonstration that sold me the system. I haven't noticed that big of a change since I got the system installed, however I still am glad I decided to go through with it. You can definitely taste the water difference. Over all I think they did a fair job of the service they're offering.
