A+ from the moment the salesman entered our house to the check up phone call after our water treatment system was installed. This water treatment system is amazing and worth every penny!

We are a family of four all with sensitive skin, mine being the worst with eczema, dry scalp, keritosis pilaris, acne breakouts on my face, and severe dry skin. I have spent so much time and money on doctors, lotions, creams, special body wash and face washes since forever, but not anymore! This water treatment system has made my water so soft and pure that now, even in the winter when my eczema is normally at it's worst, the eczema is very scarce, my dry scalp is gone, my acne is cleared up and breakouts are minimal, and my skin is a lot softer and smoother without plastering on a ton of lotion! My skin can breathe now without all the hard water minerals clogging my pores! It is the best purchase I have made by far!If you are a family with sensitive skin, this is a must have! I will never need extreme skin treatment again and will save a ton of money on skin and cleaning products! Thank you Valley Environmental Resources!

I am very pleased with my new water system. I can tell a difference in the feel of the water. My skin and hair feel smoother and silky. The drinking water tastes great. There are no more water spots. All of the cleaning products are good for the environment, which I love. I had one small problem with the softener in the first few weeks, but the issue was addressed right away and fixed promptly. Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the sale to the installation. I am confident that the company will be available and responsive should any needs arrive.

Since getting our system we have seen so many improvements. Clothes take less time to dry and come out cleaner. We do not have to use different soaps or bleach. I am prone to skin issues and these have greatly improved since the installation. After purchasing the system the crew was out just days later to install. Everyone was very prompt and professional. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I was contacted by VER in response to a referral from a neighbor. We scheduled a time for them to come out and give us a demonstration. [redacted] came to our house one evening and gave his demonstration through the many distractions of our 3 young children (all under 4 years old at the time). The only criticism I have of the demonstration is that it would've been nice to know in advance that the demonstration would be a few hours, the kids got restless as it was through dinner time.
My husband and I have owned our home for 2.5 years and we've talked in the past of getting a water system. We were impressed with the demonstration and made the purchase. It felt very rushed, which I am still slightly uncomfortable with as it is unsettling for us to spend that kind of money with just a demonstration and not a lot of time to think it over (the purchase had to be made same day to receive the sales offer).
After three months, I am pleased with our water system.
The first thing I notices was the moisture in our skin. My oldest has always had sensitive and dry skin and I haven't had to put lotion on him since we got the system. That goes for all of us, I haven't put lotion on either.
Another thing I immediately noticed was the amount of soap needed to clean things. I use about half as much of what I use to use. I am still using some of my old cleaning products (the ones I already had in the house) but I notice a little goes a long way. And the products that came with the system that we've used so far have been great. My husband likes the bar soaps.
My favorite part of the purchase was that it can be moved when we outgrow this home. My husband and I are happy with the product and we enjoy our water!

My husband and I got a water filtration system from Valley Environmental Resources and we love it. Our tap water wasn't pleasant to drink and we were buying a lot of bottled water. It is so nice having drinking water always available at our sink again. I also love how easy it is to clean everything in the kitchen. Without the use of any rinse aids our dishes are always sparkling. I am glad that the system follows the owner because when we move we're definitely bringing it.

VER has did what they said would happen, good water, less soap used which saves $$. My water used in coffee makers taste like coffee, no more sm on top of coffee and our clothes feel better on our skin, ** who did the sales was accurate with his pitch, everything he stated happened.I would recommend this system to anyone who wants good tasting water and clothes that feel good on your skin. There payment plan is great also, can work with your budget!! I have only one thing that I would recommend to consumers, ask for extra plastic bottles up front at contract signing and have it on the contract, you get 1 set of bottles, if you have more then 1 bathroom you will need to buy your own, I have requested bottles from them with no response back which is my only issue with VER.

I don't know how we got by without quality water before! Our family is very active- my husband is a runner and our four kids are year-round competitive swimmers. We are always filling our drinking bottles up with perfect, sweet water now. We used to spend quite a bit of money on bottled water, and my husband would drink our nasty, hard desert water right out of the tap. Now we have the best of both worlds. We have the sweetest water ever out of the tap! It's even better than the bland bottled water.
The salesman, [redacted], who demonstrated the water system for us was completely patient with our slow decision making and was very informative. We now have great feeling skin out of the shower (no itching), easier cleaning around the house, and better dishes- along with the perfect drinking water. We have had our system for several months now and have spent $0 on bottled water, shampoo, and cleaners, and only about $5 on one bag of salt!

Valley Environmental Resources exceeded our expectations with customer service. The product alone convinced us, the sales rep did not pressure us, and the demonstration was what we knew for years: just how hard our water was. This is when the customer service started. The next day after our demonstration we had the whole house water softener with RO drinking water professionally installed. This was followed by testing the water system a few days later after operation, and then VER worked with us to finance the system with our unusual situation. I kept putting this off for years since I had seen other systems on TV with their prices. With this system and this company, there is no reason not to have clean soft water in our city.

My wife recently went to the salon and her stylist was amazed at how healthy and quickly her hair regrew after using the soft water at home. Our daughter was skeptical about drinking the water from the sink since tap water used to have a smell to it; not anymore, she loves that she can reach the faucet on her own due to where the installers placed the faucet. I have replaced numerous plumbing valves in our home in the last years. I love how plumbing friendly the soft water is going to alleviate the hard water problems in our leaky valves.

We keep thanking our neighbors who gave our number to the marketing team. We have informed my parents about the product, which they had in Florida but when they sold their house, the new homeowners insisted on the water softening system to stay with the house. They know where to go for a great product with great service.

we have had this system in place for a few months now. I love having great tasting water without having to buy it! My dishes come out spotless in the dishwasher without using rinsing products. I love the natural cleaning products that came with our system. we use so much less products with this water system!

I have had the water system in my house since November. I have noticed my skin doesn't itch anymore and my complexion has gotten clearer!

I also enjoy drinking plain water so much more than before because it tastes great! Also... Dishes are so much cleaner looking and everything stays cleaner!!!

Our experience has been fabulous since having our system installed.

We were a bit skeptic at first but having [redacted] come to our house was truly eye opening. He took all the time we needed to explain the benefits (of which there are many) of having their system installed here at home.

We are surprised daily at the little things we notice now that our system is up and running. The overall ease of cleaning anything with the soft water is surprising. We also had the RO system installed and the water tastes so good. My 7 year old Daughter even noticed a difference and said "Dad this water is so good. You finally found a way to get me to drink more water". The lack of soap sm and water spots on our tub and shower is a welcome benefit. We are using way less soap for bathing, dish washing,laundry, and anything else where soap is needed. We actually feel clean now after a bath or shower.

The installation was done professionally and quickly. The install crew were on time, cleaned up afterwards, and explained the features and functions of the system. They also installed two hose bibs out front, one for treated (great for washing cars), and another for standard untreated water.

Not much in the way of maintenance by us except to add salt as needed. The system pretty much runs itself.

In closing let me say that we have had a great overall experience with Valley Environmental Resources and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the best water conditioning system for their home.

I have been enjoying the clean fresh water that I now get straight out of the tap. My skin is loving the soft water. [redacted] was the nicest of sales person I have ever meet. My husband and I purchased the water softener system in April 2015 and we could not be happier with the product. After showers, our skin is so soft and doesn't feel dry like it used to. As someone who wears sandles A LOT, my feet have become increasingly softer around my heels. We have also reduced the amount of energy the dishwasher uses by letting it air dry instead of heat dry. Our glassware is now coming out of the dishwasher spot-free and glistening. We have reduced the amount of detergent and dishwashing detergent because with this product, a little goes a long way.

Our Marketing Representative [redacted] was very friendly, fun, and professional all at the same time. He made the presentation a hands-on experience which gave us more of an insight on how amazing this system is.

When it came time for installation, the installation team was very courteous and friendly. They were quick and out of the way. They also did a very good job at cleaning up their work space so it didn't even look like they were there! They also loved my dog, which is always a plus for me! :)

We have had the system for 6 months and are very satisfied in the results. Number one is that there is no build up around the faucets or shower, a quick wipe and they are sparkling clean. Generally everything stays clean longer and less of the cleaning products are being used.. The dishes and glasses seem to sparkle right out of the dish washer. We did already have are RO filter, but now we will not have to change those filters as often and since the water from the RO goes to the fridge we do not need to change those filters ever. The bottled water we were buying is still being used, but only when we leave the house, so we aren't buying as much of that as before. Our rep explained everything to us and the installation team reviewed all of the information again. Our rep was [redacted] and again he was terrific.

A couple of months ago, my wife and I had an opportunity to speak with Brian from Valley Environmental Resources regarding a Soft water System for our home. After Brian explained clearly what advantages were by implementing a soft water system in our home and we then decided to get a soft water system put in our home. Brian explained what steps would be taken regarding the installation and time to get the system up and running. Brian and the work crew members were very professional and the installation was also professionally done. My wife and I very happy with the new system installed which was greatly noticed by our drinking water and washing of our clothes. We highly recommend Valley Environmental Resources to anyone who wishes to have a soft water system placed in their home or business

Had the water purification system installed in my home back in July. This is my first home I have owned and I've never realized some of the extra costs that come with hard water. The representative was awesome, and installation was easy. Cost was spread out so it wasn't prohibitive. Best of all, I definitely saw a difference, particularly in water spots left on my dishes and in the shower. If you're looking to add a water purification system, I definitely recommend this company.

I have been a Valley Environmental Resource customer for about 5 weeks now. I purchased the RO system and Water Softener and I am so pleased with my decision to go with them.

The new water system that we purchased from Valley Environmental Resources has done wonders for our family. The taste of our water is delicious, our clothes are softer, dishes free from that calcium buildup that we thought was never going to go away, even after trying everything to eliminate it. Our water is so soft on our skin and hair, that we are able to use less lotion and hard soaps. That gunky feeling after a hard water shower is gone, as well as the calcium build up in the shower.
Now when we vacation or visit other's houses, we notice the hardness of the water and how noticeable it is.
