We purchased a water softener from V.E.R. a few months back. Experience was great and the soft water is even better. Additionally we had a drinking water filtration system installed and we are very happy we did! The soft water is great for showers, cleaning dishes, and the extra line I had installed outside works wonders when washing the car. The amount of money that we will save on soaps and cleaners make everything even sweeter!! Thanks for the amazing experience!!!

My husband and I are thrilled with our water system. [redacted] was an extremely personable representative who came to our house and did some great demonstrations showing us about our household tap water. We love the water we have now and how great everything looks and rinses clean. We especially love knowing that our water is not toxic in the shower and we have great RO water to drink. The system takes care of itself pretty much. The service is also great. If I call and have a question, they get back to us right away. Everything is working great.

We were very satisfied with our service. Instillation was done the very next day. All the employees were friendly and professional. We are very pleased with our water. My infant son's eczema has cleared up and our whole family's skin is softer. It has also helped to cut down on the amount of cleaning supplies we use and we love not having to spend money on bottled water. I would highly recommend this company.

The representative that introduced us to their water system was knowledgeable and fun. The demonstration and explanations given were thorough and informative. One drink of the water and I was sold. The installation crew was courteous and helpful. They explained exactly what they would be doing and what I would need to do to keep the system running at optimal performance.

The whole family loves the taste of the water and how it makes our skin feel. Cleaning is easier, laundry feels and looks truly clean, my water tastes better than expensive bottled, and I am saving money already because I am using about 1/4 of products that I used to.

I have peace of mind knowing that this system is providing my family with the best water possible while decreasing our carbon footprint on the earth.

Best purchase I have made in a long time.

We got our water system from them about a month ago and it has been great! We use less products for cleaning, bathing and laundry and that is saving us money! In addition to that, the water system has helped with our grandsons eczema and my hair is softer, fuller and more manageable. T love what this water softening systems is doing for our overall well being.

VES installed a whole house water purification and an under sink reverse osmosis system in January. The whole process was easy, from the initial demo to the instal. They removed our old system and installed the new in very little time, and in a very professional manner - no hassle, no mess. Now our water tastes better, our sinks and showers are cleaner, and even my eczema is better. Overall, VES has been wonderful to deal with.

After using the water system for a couple months, I am really happy with being able to drink out of the tap, how well it cleans, and doesnt leave spots on my dishes! Down side, it is extremly expensive initially, my water bill went up slightly, although with the electric I have not noticed a difference. The installation people also left a mess for me to clean up, which I'm still not happy about. Since I can keep the system for life I am hopeful that it will eventually pay for itself. Overall, the benefits outweigh the bad by quite a bit.

If you are thinking about buying this water treatment but are still on the fence, don't hesitate any longer. This is a life changing product. Not only will it save you tons of time when cleaning your home because the tough water stains that you are use to scrubbing out of your sinks, toilets and showers will no longer exist; it will also do so much more! Besides the fact that the water in our home is so much softer now it has also allowed my entire family to have noticeably softer skin. Both my 2 year old and my husband suffer from eczema and it always seems to flair up more in the colder months. SInce the installation of this product neither of them are suffering from the obvious dry patches. I myself have noticed a decrease in the rough and frizzy texture of my hair. Beyond these noticeable differences we have also been using much less soap on everyday things like laundry and dishes. If you are not sold yet remember that not only will this product make the quality of your water far superior and leave much less wear and tear on your pipes it also "pays for itself" in the sense that once you buy the product you also will receive over $6,000.00 worth of cleaning supplies. Just think of all the time and money that will save you in your weekly outings to the grocery store. You will not have to buy laundry detergent, cleaning supplies or dish soap for years! Beyond that the sales and customer service representatives truly care and are available at the drop of the hat for you. If you read this review and are not convinced I don't know what will convince you.

I was already in the process of researching water softening companies and had looked at the options Home Depot had to offer, but felt that I didn't know enough about it to make that investment yet. Like any home owner, home improvement projects have a priority and this one was at the top of my list, as me and my wife had noticed a radical change in how our bodies were reacting to the water.

I have always struggled with dandruff from a young age, but it seamed to worsen when we moved into our house. My wife never had issues with dandruff and out of nowhere she started noticing it more and more. We both were very frustrated and started taking about seeing a dermatologist to fix this problem.

In one of our conversations it came up what it would cost to put in a full-on water treatment system to the house versus dermatologist consult for each of us, plus the cost of whatever expensive shampoo they would prescribe, not to mention the time I'd have to take off work to make the appointments. So, we said it would be a better investment to do the water softening system to the house as a more permanent solution. Plus, it's value added to the house.

Short after, we get a visit from Valley Environmental Resources asking if they can test the water for hardness. Both of us, wanting to find out if that could be the issue with our dandruff, agreed to it. Turned out to be the best decision we've made in a while!! The presentation was a bit long for my taste (because we had made up our minds 35 min into it) but Bob did a great job of just leaving no stone unturned. Very smart and informative. That made our decision that much easier.

They came and installed it the next day! and we couldn't be happier. 4 days of using it was all it took to get rid of the "dandruff" we were both experiencing! Again... JUST 4 DAYS OF USING IT!!! I wonder how many visits to the doctor would have made that difference... if any at all. Good thing we don't have to worry about that now.

The installers were very good, fast and efficient. Clean work and they walk you through everything.

The quality of the drinking water is another major plus. We were using a Britta filter for our drinking water. And when they tested that water in the presentation we were found out that it really wasn't making much of a difference. Now, the reverse osmosis system gives us water that's doesn't taste like anything!! just as water should be. So, no more buying expensive filters. They even hooked up the water line to the refrigerator so we get the ice as clear as the water! So, no more buying bags of ice. They also set up water spout on the outside of the house. I'm not a big "wash your car" kind of guy, but what a difference!! No water spots! And the fact the we won't have to buy soap for a while that's just the cherry on top!

Overall, it was a great investment. With the way the water issue went over in Flint, Michigan, I put my families well-being at the front of it and made the big price not seem that big. I'm extremely happy with the product and the benefits it offers!

My wife and I just had a water treatment system installed by Valley Environmental Services and we are very satisfied with the product and the service Our water is tastier and it makes cleaning the house a lot easier. When we shower our skin feels softer and smoother than it did with the hard water we had before.
The salesman and the technicians who installed the system were professional and friendly and we would recommend this system to anyone.

I was very pleased with all phases of my interaction with this company. They were personable and professional. Carefully explaining all parts of their products and services

The Aqua Guard water system from Valley Environmental Resources is wonderful.

Laundry and dishes come out cleaner. Skin and hair is softer.

Drinking water is delicious.

The representatives and installers were very professional and courteous. Parker answered all our questions with friendly and easy to understand answers.

I can believe that they have me waiting from 1100 to 1300 just to tell me that they will come next week and this is because I call them to find out what happened to the technician other wise I will be here at home just waiting for them

we are very happy with this business!!

I really wanted to write a positive review, but unfortunately that has not been our experience with Valley Environmental. When the Sales Associate first came to our home we liked what he was "selling" and believed all the promises he made about how the water system would help us. We were told our water spots would disappear, the water would taste good, cleaning would be so easy because, again, no water spots. We were also told we would only need to refill the salt every 6 weeks or so. None of these things has turned out to be true. I'm especially disappointed by the water spots and residue I am still cleaning up. There is absolutely no difference. We called and someone came out quickly to look at our system, they adjusted something and said that should take care of it. However, it did not change anything. We still have water spots and I'm still wiping my glass shower door daily because if I don't it's nearly impossible to get the water residue off.
Our second issue is the drinking water. This is the one thing I don't regret about this purchase. The drinking water is great, however, for some unknown reason it tastes horrible coming from our refrigerator. This is also something we brought up. Originally the salesman boasted of how "clear" our ice cubes would be and how we could continue to use our brand new refrigerator with the water system. But that simply has not been the case. The ice cubes look exactly the same and the water is disgusting. When someone came out to "test" the fridge water they said it was the same as the filtered water from the sink and we were told repeatedly it must be our fridge. Our BRAND NEW fridge. This same person checked our tap water (I don't even know what he was checking) and proceeded to tell us how HORRIBLE the water is in our area (Buckeye, Az) and he's just never seen water so awful and the purification system basically makes our tap water equal to Phoenix's unfiltered tap water, because Buckeye is just so bad.
It's been our experience that whenever we bring up a complaint we are met with excuses why it's not the company's problem but rather our problem. If what they're saying is true about Buckeye, why are they selling their system in this area when they know it won't actually do anything? Seems to be unethical.
Another promise was how much easier it would be to wash our cars and how much better the new filtered water would be. That was a big joke. We washed my brand new car with the water and a horrible crust formed almost instantly over the car. We tried rinsing then wiping dry, but it still had a horrible film/crust. We had to take it to be cleaned and detailed by a professional just to get the crud off. Again, this was addressed in the same visit when they adjusted our settings but this adjustment has not fixed the problem.
After all of this I feel completely ripped off. We now joke about how our drinking water is the $5000 drinking water because that's all the system is good for. And even with that, we can't get cold drinking water because we can't drink the water from the fridge.
The ONLY positive thing I can say is the cleaning products we received with the water system are great. They obviously won't last as long as 5 years (what we were told) but I'm ok with that, because we are saving money on hygiene and cleaning products.
I don't know what else to say other than my overall experience has been disappointment. And every time someone has either come to address an issue or spoken to me over the phone, I am met with a condescending tone, a bunch of excuses, and no satisfactory solutions. In hindsight, I wish we would have just bought an RO system for drinking water and saved ourselves a few thousand dollars.
*Just a side note, but I actually had a Valley Environmental representative knock on my door the other day to "test" our water and see what crud is in there. I informed the woman that we already had purchased from VE. WHY are they soliciting to existing customers??? For some reason I found this to be highly irritating. Surely they must have a list of customers available so they aren't unnecessarily solicited to???*

We just love the system that was installed. It has made a difference in how we feel after showering, and our clothes are a lot cleaner. The system isn't a big user of water and our water bill hasn't increased since installation.

All of the employees we've dealt with were friendly and courteous.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great water softener system.

I had a VER system installed several months ago. Everybody I have had contact with at VER, from the salesman to the installation crew, has been pleasant and professional. I am not unhappy with the system; I simply haven't noticed as much of a difference as I had expected. The 'faucet' water definitely tastes better and I use less laundry detergent with no negative affects (my clothes still come clean), but I haven't noticed cleaning being easier using the water and the products that came with the system, and we still have water spots on dishes. Again, this is not a complaint, just more of a neutral review. If you have really nasty water at your house, I'm sure this system will be beneficial to you.

We've had our water treatment system for about a month now and we absolutely love it. At first I was considering not to get it but after the demonstration I was sold. Our representative was very very knowledgeable of the system. He answered all our questions, left nothing unanswered. This system is amazing. Everything you can do just with clean water will amaze anyone. We used to buy at least 3 (35 bottle) cases of water a week which would add up. Now we don't buy any at all. The water makes everything feel better from our clothes to our granite counter tops. My five year old son has suffered from eczema since he was a baby and at times it would get really bad, since we got the system his skin has been really good. It has not been dry at all and has had no bumps or itchiness. The package deal that comes with the system is wonderful. The bar soap alone works wonders. All the cleaning supplies, detergents and hygiene products are all natural which is a plus. This system will save you money in many different ways. When our system was installed it was quick and easy. The plumbers were extremely friendly and very professional. They were in and out in no time. They even fixed a problem that we had with our sink and replaced our garbage disposal when they installed our r.o. I would highly recommend this water treatment system to everyone. In the long run this machine pays for itself with all the savings it brings you and your family.

Having the soft water system out here in Tucson has been great. We could see the difference right away. I am very pleased with the system as well as the natural products that came as the package deal. I want to first rave about the orange disinfectant...all you have to do is spray and wipe literally. I was using an SOS pad to clean the fan above my stove. I no longer had to do this. And as they demonstrate with just using the water to clean surface...its all true. I am no longer using Windex to clean my windows. I use a wet sponge and wipe with a paper towel or rag. The installation team was great. As for the financing we were in a tight spot but wanted the system they worked with us and deferred billing for 90 days. The only con is the sales pitch is long and installation was into the night as well. As we have really tight full schedules. But we got through it and it was well worth it.

we have now had the water treatment system installed by Valley Environmental services for about 5 months. We are very happy with the quality of the water we now have. The drinking water is greatly improved. We have noticed that the dishes come out of the dishwasher cleaner as do the clothes out of the washer. [redacted] was a delight to work with. He carefully explained everything in a clear and professional manner. The installers were also great. pleasant efficient and professional with no mess left behind
