I have had a water system installed in my home recently by Valley Environmental Resources & wanted to write about my overall impression of the system. I am satisfied with the water softening system & have seen many of the benefits explained to me by the Sales Representative (Michael P[redacted]) & the installation team. I feel my skin is softer etc when showering & have noticed the shower area & toilets stay cleaner than before. I no longer get the rusty water stains on the porcelain portions of my toilets & no longer have white water stains around sink areas as before. Also I am finding that I don't use as much soap products etc as before & I still get enough lather etc for bathing & cleaning. Iv'e noticed too that the water itself is great for cleaning mirrors & helps with the overall cleanliness of my home. And I now don't mind drinking from the faucet anymore due to the noticeable difference in the taste etc of my water! I see now why I have friends that have water softeners in their homes, it does make a real difference in the water you use in your home! Also to I 'd like to mention the installation team that installed my system, they were courteous & made sure I was happy with the system before they left. They explained the options I had for installation & made sure I was satisfied with the way the system was installed. Overall I am happy with the water softening system & feel it has improved the water I use here at home immensely!

We are enjoying having the water system and R/O in the house since purchasing it March 2015. It's nice not having limescale buildup/residue and really nice not having to buy drinking water anymore.

That being said, I have to admit that I wasn't too keen on the sales program; I realize it is a business and they are just trying to make money but I don't like the "this offer is only good today" deal. And since we hadn't done research on a water system, how did we know whether or not it was a good deal.

As far as the soap products, they have a very, very strong scent which might be plant-based but they do not smell natural to me. Fortunately, both companies have been very nice about getting us scent-free products!

A week after we had our water system installed I noticed our clothes were so much softer and not as "crunchy." I didn't even realize our clothes were like that until it changed so much for the better. Also our water tasted so much better than the filtered water we had been drinking. Our ice is so clear and our drinks taste great!

VER was very efficient and helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions and did not rush through anything.

I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love my water softner. Since it has been put in, we haven't had super dry skin. We have been using less lotions. Cleaning has been a lot easier. I have actually been deep cleaning my house. The sales person was awesome. One big plus is that most sales men that have came by, my dogs don't like and they are friendly dogs. This is one of the only ones that my dogs liked. Even the men that installed the water softer were extremely nice and our pets also liked them. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

We were visited at the door to get our water tested by Valley Environmental Resources. I had to change the appointment a few times due to work scheduling conflicts but they were very flexible. When the Sales Rep was at our house we were sold by the quality of water that was coming out of our fridge in comparison to the RO water. Wayne Foster gave my husband and I as much time as we needed to decide on the Water system but we didn't need very long. When we set up the date to have the system installed it took around 3 hours which was perfectly fine. The only thing I would have liked different on the install was when they were drilling through your cabinets to get to the fridge they left all the remaining wood shavings from the drilling still there. It only takes a few minutes to clean it up by those who made the mess. When all was said and done I was very satisfied by the work. They explained everything very well .A few days later we noticed a leak coming from the copper pipe right by the system in the garage and I contacted them right away and they came out and fixed it that day. There was no excuses made. The tech was the same one who installed it and plainly said, "It just didn't get tightened enough." He tightened it more and we haven't had a problem since. Our two main reasons of why we decided to buy the water softener system was because of the poor quality of drinking water that we had previously and the dramatic difference it makes in the quality of our skin. I have Plaque Psoriasis and it not only help me but my daughter has always had drier skin and I would have to put lotion on all the time. Now I hardly ever have too. I highly recommend a soft water system to any one I can. The added bonus of it is that Valley Environmental is so good to their customers.

As per the agreement I’m writing this review. So far so good, haven't had my first service yet from what I have read that's where they stick it to you, you kind of have to sign up for the 150.00 service (yearly) unless you’re a good handyman/plumber. The product is working fine, doing what we expected; don't know if I'm saving money yet. Still going though all the soap's that came (I paid for) with the promotion. Water is clear and clean, had to change out all my faucets, hot water heater after they started to act up. Don’t know if it’s from this water system or old age. Got away from their salt (water look dirty in bin) went to mortems pallets, a lot clearer now? Have an older home so the installers had to add copper pipe, don’t know if they were plumbers or not. Went out to check on their progress told me three hours took five to six. Had them re-route lines to look more orderly (they had one line crossing the other). I still have to move the car wash spigot, kind of a tight fit with the city water spigot. More to come…..

great customer service, the water system provides me with both great drinking water and soft water that help with my daily cleaning while keeping my skin soft and clean.

I have recently installed a clean water system from Valley environmental. They representative was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We were shown many things we did not know with our own household items. we purchased as an investment for our family after we saw what we were cleaning and bathing in.

the installation was within 2 days with a follow visit and test of the system 3 days later.

we are very much enjoying the cleaner house, clothes, softer skin and all around cleaner, healthier living.

cant beat the lifetime warranty from a local company either.

First of all [redacted] did a very good Job on educating us on the current condition of our water and the health issues that it poses. After going through the presentation and witnessing the testing of chemicals in our water we were sold!
After the installation of the water softening system, our family has never looked back. We are drinking more water than we have in the past. In fact, Valley environmental managed to install a spicket into our kitchen sink for easier access. I'm noticing the difference when I wash my face. Especially when I use the pure and gentle line from Valley Environmental. I am impressed with how much less washing detergent I have to use to get both my laundry and dishes clean. I definitely notice a difference when showering.
This has been one of the best investments we've made this year!

This is the second water system we've had installed in the 2 years we've lived here. This is so far superior to the first one and we wish we had found V.E.R. first. Everything the salesman told us has been true. Our drinking water nearly compares to our Oregon water, the dishes are cleaner, no spots when I wipe the counters, and our skin is softer. The installation was very efficient. We had one drip and the repairmen responded the same day we contacted the company. We would highly recommend this company and the system to anyone, which we have.

Our experience with Valley Environmental Resources was great. The system is wonderful, our clothes come out brighter and cleaner than before with a lot less detergent used!The installation was very fast and professional! [redacted] was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

We live in New River, which mostly uses well water. For years we've dealt with soap sm, dry skin and hair, and uncontrollable calcium build up in our pipes, on our faucets, etc. We learned to live with it, but then we had our son who has extremely sensitive skin. After months of dealing with a painful rash, and numerous doctor appointments (he saw his pediatrician, an allergist and a dermatologist) to no avail, we came across an opportunity to invest in a soft water system from Valley Environmental Resources. The experience was awesome. It was incredible to watch the years of soap sm, and residue on our dishes disappear before our eyes during the demo. Then to add on top of it the fact that it could help my son with his eczema, and we were sold. It's only been two weeks and I cannot even describe my happiness with our decision to get this system. My son was healed of his painful rash within almost just a week of bathing in the treated water. Our water runs better, our appliances run better and the calcium deposits seem to be just flaking away without putting up much of a fight. I'm also 35 weeks pregnant and cannot even begin to describe how much easier it is to stay hydrated with perfectly filtered water at your fingertips. I know that the money we save from buying bottled water, and the sensitive skin soaps, lotions, detergents, etc will eventually pay for the system itself, but to be honest, I feel like it's already paid for itself, just to see my son's healthy, skin again.

The water system was installed the next day after purchase. It has been a few months now and the water has drastically improved. No longer feel like there is a film on my body when I get out of the shower, and my hair feels much better too. Can use the tap water now without grossing out.

We just got our water treatment unit at the end of July, and I have to say we absolutely love it. I have very full and long hair and I have never been able to get out of the shower and not need any conditioner, it feels really great. We certainly have saved alot of money on water, we no longer need to buy bottled water and what comes out of the faucet taste great. It was a large expense but it was well worth it. My skin feels so much softer, which is strange because I have very bad eczema, I no longer feel the need to hurry up and lather myself in lotion. Not to mention of course I really like the product that we signed up for with the unit. It's absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this to everyone.

Best referral I got since I moved to Phoenix. I had another system and just knew something was not right. I kept asking for help and information. Finally, someone told me about Valley Environmental Resources. From the initial phone call my nerves were relaxed. Once I had my home visit, I learned more than I ever thought I would. These people are so knowledgeable. They don't have to do a hard sale because they don't skip a beat with the presentation. I love my new water system. The installers cleaned up before they left and went over everything. My water taste great right out of the facet and so does my ice cubes. My skin is happy and smooth after every shower. I use so much less cleaning products. This system is quiet and doesn't take up much room in my garage. Great system. Great people. What a "Great" combination.

Our system was installed several weeks ago. The Sales Rep. Brian, was thorough in his explanation of the system. Our system was installed the following day. The Installers were experienced and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The water is clear and extremely soft. The soap and detergents work beautifully. Followup on the System was completed the following week.

We love our new water treatment system. it's a lot easier to clean my house and my skin is not seafaring from being a clean freak. I also love how the system pays its self off.

Review: We purchased this overly priced water softener system back in August 2014 by a sales man for the company who failed to mention a few things...

We were 1st told by having him come to our home and listen to his product we would be entered in a drawing to win a item of our choice, he never even asked which one we were interested in!

He was aware that we were moving soon and we were hesitant on purchasing this system, if it would be a problem once we moved to remove it and place it at our new home. He said it would be simple, all we had to do was call and they come to the rest! Well, we called and got told to remove this system we need to pay a $200 fee and to hook it up to new house would be another $500 roughly depending on location of installment! NEVER were we informed that and we NEVER would purchase this if that was case. We did have them come remove the system and was told they would box it and we could store it until we could afford the set up fee. They never boxed it, just unhooked it!

I 100% would never recommend this system to anyone I know as I feel it is a HUGE scam and the system is doesn't work to the high expectations he promised!Desired Settlement: We are in a huge debt from this loan so getting rid of the system is not a choice (unfortunately). We would love to have the system hooked up without the charge $500 charge that was NEVER mentioned during the sale!

[redacted]We have reviewed this unfortunate misunderstanding and let's first clarify a few details. First, you paid $150 for the disconnect on 10/6/15, not $200. Secondly, I believe you are confusing the drawing (which we don't have) with our referral program. If you'd like to know where you stand in earning your gift please call the office and we will give you let you know where you stand. We realize it has been over 1 1/2 years since you purchased the system and it's hard to remember all the information. In terms of your request and concern on this matter, we will absolutely perform any work documented on your work order, installation completion certificate, PR checklist, or any other document that you signed during our transaction. I would be happy to send you a copy of all documents but there was nothing documented anywhere on any place on any form. I might add there is multiple checkpoints to write this down and we visited your home on 3 separate times and filled out 4 separate documents to ensure these things are caught. We simply do not do free service work. It is clearly stated on your work order that the normal installation charge is $750 and you had 3 days after you signed this to review the document. It also clearly states that any work needs to be in writing. That being said, we understand that moving can be expensive and stressful. You mentioned to us on 9.16.15 that you were possibly moving into a rental home and we offered to store the unit for free if you remember. If you would like to it re-installed please simply call us and we will give you 20% off our already discounted rates and we will even accept splitting the cost up into 3 payments to ease the financial stress of this. We believe this to be a very fair and reasonable resolution and hope to hear from you, Thomas O'[redacted]

When the salesman came to our house and demonstrated how awful our water was by adding chemicals to it compared to a sample of our water through their filtration system, I couldn't believe my eyes! I had no idea that the water that we were washing our clothes with, bathing our children in, and brushing our teeth with was so disgusting!I had called our local water dept. out to our house twice in the past year to test our water because of the foul smell and was told both times that our water was fine. Maybe by their standards, but not by mine. I am so thankful to Valley Environmental Resources for giving us the opportunity to have clean, soft water, that doesn't smell, and that we can actually drink. The savings from not buying bottled water and not having to use as much cleaning products has paid for the system. The salesman and the installers have all been a pleasure to deal with and I have and will continue to recommend this system to everyone.
