We are very happy with our soft water. Our clothes are cleaner. It is so nice to not to have to buy bottled water. To have good water at the sink is so handy. We are extremely pleased with the water treatment system installed by Valley Environmental Resources. Valley Environmental has been very responsive from the initial marketing visit where we received an in-depth explanation of the system through installation and product support. Having had a water softener system previously we had certain expectations and this system has surpassed them all.

A few months ago my wife and I agreed to meet with a representative from Valley Environmental Resources to learn more about a water softener and purification system. We had kicked around the idea for years as we were sick and tired of the effects of our hard water on dishes, laundry, irrigation for plants, cleaning . . the list goes on and on. When we met [redacted] we were a bit wary of a being smooth-talked into something we didn't want or really need. Fortunately [redacted] went out of his way to show us example after example of how effective the Auqa Guard Water Treatment System would be for us. So we took the plunge and decided to purchase our own system that day. We have not been disappointed. The dishes sparkle, the laundry is cleaner and brighter, I'm able to use the RO water and regular water for my aquarium and the water is better then ever for my fish. We've also really enjoyed the cleaning products that came along with the Aqua Guard system. Looking forward to the savings and enjoyment for years to come.

The water system installed functions as described, which is very positive. The water is soft. When we clean their is no spots and cleaning is an easier process with this purified water. The drinking water is so good that people prefer it over bottled water. The installation process was done very quickly, the installers arrived on time and were friendly. They left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Overall I think the product and business is worth it for the price.

Initially, my husband was somewhat skeptical about the value of having a water processor/softener and reverse osmosis system. The taste of the water quickly won him over. It tastes very clean and crisp and my husband looks forward to starting the day with a fresh cold glass of water. I had severe eczema issues that have drastically improved with our new water. I find I only need lotion occasionally even in this hot and dry climate. My hair is softer. The consultation was very educational and we did not feel like it was high pressure sales pitch. During installation, it was discovered that our pre-installed water softener loop had been damaged while the house was being built. The installation guys were very helpful and encouraged us to go to our builder to get the repairs done by them. With their advice, both the original plumber and drywall contractor repaired and restored everything at no cost to us long after our home warranty expired. From the consultation to processing the payment and installation, the whole process was extremely efficient and we highly recommend this product.

I have had my water system installed by Valley Environmental for just about three months now.

To start, [redacted] the salesman, was outstanding. He conducted a very thorough demonstration which revealed the many problems with my water without any treatment. He answered all of my questions and conducted himself as a true professional. Once I decided to go with the system, the install was scheduled and installed promptly and the two gentlemen who installed the system were very professional and walked me through the install. Upon conclusion of the install, there was no mess left behind.

As for the system itself, I have been impressed and extremely satisfied. My water just feels a thousand time better during hygiene and my skin has been less dry then ever. Unlike my water without the system, I have noticed no buildup of reside on my shower door and around my faucets. Cleaning has been made much easier as well. The water just tastes better and I could immediately tell the difference after the system was installed. My ice is clearer and there has been no particulates seen floating in my water after the ice has melted.

Let me start by saying that I am very stand off-ish in regards to people going door to door selling things, and I am typically pretty closed minded in this regard. That being said, like everyone else, we got the knock at our door from the girl asking for a water sample and telling us that they would be running their tests and would get back with us on the results. I didn't think much of it, but was curious to know said results, because since I bought the house 6 years ago, I've been very unhappy with how "hard" the water was. Ridiculous amounts of calcium build up on faucets, water stains, smelly towels even when laundered, the whole bit.

We then got a phone call to set up an appointment with one of their reps that would come out and share the results with us, and would be given a 25 dollar gift card for our time. We scheduled a time, but I got off the phone not really sure what it was going to entail. When the rep arrived, he came inside with a binder and a briefcase like box and asked to give us a demonstration, and at the end he would reveal the results we were waiting to hear, and began setting up what looked like a chemistry experiment in our kitchen. I'll admit in my head I was asking what I had gotten myself into, but I was open to hear him out, though a little weary that he in fact was just another salesman trying to pitch his product.

Well, let me just say, this guy (Bob) was good. I literally felt like [redacted] was in my kitchen. He was funny, engaging, and knew his stuff. He went through the house pretty much and showed and explained to us the difference between hard city water, and water filtered by their system. I was absolutely disgusted by the water we had been living off of for years now, and with a baby on the way, I was all ears. It seemed all of the problems we'd had, it regards to water, were in fact due to the absolutely terrible quality of our city tap water.

After the demonstration, of course came the numbers talk. I was surprised at how expensive the system was initially, as I have no real knowledge of what these things cost. But when he showed us all of the soaps and detergents that came with, and how much money they knocked off the price with a decision to go ahead with it that night, the wife and I talked it over and decided the juice was worth the squeeze, so to speak. They offer financing, which made it do-able for us.

The install was scheduled just a couple days later, and the guys did a good job, and were pretty quick. It's only been a couple weeks, but so far, so good. The imediate difference you feel in the softness of the water, and the great taste of the R.O. water make me feel like we made the right decision. We have yet to dive into the detergents and cleaners yet, but the bar soaps are awesome. I would definitely recommend that you at least experience the demonstration, because honestly, the results speak for themselves.

I had wanted a water system for a long time. One day a lady came and asked me if I would fill a vial she had of my water and her company would test it. Well, that is how it started. I went along and they then called me to show me the results. Gary was very informative and showed me all the stuff that we cook with and bath with and that is when I said it is time! I am so happy I did. Dan's team installed the system quickly. They were polite and accommodating. Since 11/3/15 I can see and feel such a difference. My clothes are softer and I use less amount of laundry products. My skin and hair are softer. I wash my hair less as there is less product build up. In my home, cleaning is easier and quicker with no film left behind especially when mopping my tile floors. My ice cubes taste good! I feel confident that I do not have anything bad floating in my water now whether it is for cooking or drinking. My coffee tastes so much better now too. Everyone at the company is helpful and able to answer all your questions. I am very happy with my purchase and this companies integrity.

All in all was a positive experience... The sales person, Patrick was extremely relatable, friendly, and his knowledge of the product aided in our decision to purchase both water systems. It was a quick process from start to finish. The contract was signed Friday evening and the system was installed the very next day. The installation techs were friendly and made sure everything was covered and all my questions were answered. Within the next week a gentleman form the company arrived to test the water softener to make sure it was operating properly and to sign the finance documents. The best of the two systems is the Reverse Osmosis, we no longer have to make multiple trips to the "water store" to fill our 30 gallon water jugs. The water softener is great, everything stays clean longer and your skin feels more hydrated. Oh and did I mention this company gives you soap galore, from hand to laundry/cleaning - I like to call it a bonus... it's great not having to buy these products from the grocery store, it saves you $$$.... I love my new water system. My clothes come out cleaner and softer. My body seems less dry and smoother. It has made cleaning up stains on any surface so much easier. My hair is softer and feel extremely clean. I have saved so much money on buy bottled water now that we have this great system. I love that everything lasts so much longer than it did before, my razors, my tooth brush, etc. I definitely use less soap which is great because I save even more money that way.

The only thing I don't really prefer is where they installed the system in my garage. It is in a bit of an awkward place and it is hard to get a car in my garage.

Other than that, the sales people and everyone who helped us get this great system were very friendly and great people. I couldn't be happier with the way our water system has transformed out house and our lives.

We have had out water processing system for about a month now and we love it! I love how my skin and hair feel and my husband loves the taste. We have had multiple friends comment on the taste as well. The installment was ok. It took a lot longer than I anticipated and I'm not 100% happy about it being in my backyard. (they would have had to dig up my front yard because the only water faucet is on the side of my house, so the backyard was the least messy option). But we are more than satisfied with the water.

We have owned a water system for a little over a month now, and we are continuing to see the benefits of having one. We find that cleaning anything is so much easier than it use to be, and I spend so much less time cleaning. Our clothes feel so much softer just by having the water system, we didn't even change our laundry detergent. Our water hoses outside had so much build up from our water we couldn't get the hoses off the faucets. Well, now we have had no trouble getting them off and finally being able to use them again. It's so nice having things stay clean longer that they used to, especially with having three small boys. We have enjoyed the benefits that have come with this water system and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

What I liked most was that their system was going to provide me with more than just soft water. Their system is like a mini water treatment plant. Besides the soft water I would also be getting pure, clean water as well. That sold me.
I purchased one of their systems and I am so glad I did.
I have good clean soft water in my life now and I am happy with the results.

[redacted] was extremely helpful. My husband had always wanted a water system and I didn't care. Now I care. The crew that came in did everything in their power to help us understand what and why they were doing what they were doing. They cleaned up after the work was done and gave us numbers of people to contact if we needed help. I love this water system and the products that come with it. I now have a sink that doesn't discolor just because I pour coffee or coke into the sink. The tub and shower are now a rinse to clean, no more on my hands and knees scrubbing. Spots come out of the carpet like magic. Counter stay clean and bright with just a swipe. Mopping is a breeze. My skin is healthier and I don't use as much lotion. I am very pleased with my water system, especially the RO system. I admit, I probably was a difficult customer. At first I was excited, then I had called to cancel. (and I must add, each time I contacted them, everyone was very professional). Another man came out: Richard D., to review my concern. He and I worked together and agreed on a solution, and I was set, I was getting installed. (I must add in here, I thought this was going to be installed into my outside "storage room" where my water heater is.) When installers came out, they said because of the roof above my storage room was flat, they would need to install outside on side of my house. If they were to install in the storage room, they would have had to go thru my attic,and have pipes coming out the opposite side of my house, down wall, in the ground, to have work properly. I have a puppy, that would have dug that up, not to mention the sight of pipes. I decided to have them install on the east side of my home, but then I was concerned my pup would dig. around it. They actually went to [redacted], bought a small plastic storage unit, that stands upright, with a door. They actually cut out the back, so that I could go thru this, meanwhile having it installed where my pup could not get to it...Sorry, a bit hard to explain, but it worked! She cannot get to the side of the house and dig, or bother it at all!! I love the fact that I use less of everything!, less shampoo, soap, be it laundry, liquid or bar in shower! My skin is softer, and the supplies that they provide are going to last for an extremely long time. Both salesmen, along with the installers were very kind,thoughtful and considerate, which is important to me. OH!! forgot to mention, due to the hard water I used to have, my faucets have the "nasty" build up of the hard water deposits. I had recently purchased a new dishwasher and I was also concerned of the effects the water would have. I am in the process of replacing the old faucets with new ones, that will never have the hard water deposit again on them!

The salesman was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the water treatment system, and answered all of my questions. A couple of weeks later a representative came back out to test the water to make sure the system was working as designed. Unfortunately, I hadn’t had a chance to experience the treated water at that time. The water seemed to be the same as it had always been. I explained this to the representative and he tested the water to verify and when the results confirmed what I had said, he found that the installers hadn’t opened the valves to and from the treatment system so the regular city water was bypassing the system. We opened those valves at that point and everything is working correctly now. It has been a month since that time and we can certainly feel the difference. I am very particular about my drinking water and I am annoyed with those that talk about how water ‘tastes’ because water shouldn’t have a ‘taste’. Aquafina leaves a terrible aftertaste in your mouth after you drink it and Dasani is not a whole lot better. Nestles PureLife water is actually pretty clean water, so I always bought that bottled water for drinking. After drinking the water from Valley Environmental Resources’ purification system I no longer have to purchase bottled water! I would NEVER drink water from the tap before I had this system installed, but now I don’t drink anything else. I would highly recommend this system to anyone that wants good, clean water in their home.

After [redacted] showed us how terrible our water really was, there was no way that we were not going to get the system. Our water is now 100% softer, it tastes incredible - so no more bottled water, our ice from the ice maker is clear, and cleaning is so much faster.

We would recommend this system to anyone, you won't regret it!

I just had a new system installed and the entire experience was great! No hard sale tactics which I appreciated. I had filters on my showers and sink for drinking water. When they tested them I was surprised to find they do little if anything to remove anything from my water. I'm health conscious and since water touches every aspect of my life drinking, showering, cleaning, laundry and pets this is a great investment. I thoroughly enjoy the Pure and Gentle products. My salesman Bob was very knowledgeable and answered the many questions I had.

The thing I like the best about our water system is the clean, fresh drinking water. Everyone we dealt with was friendly & professional.
