We are enjoying our new water system. It's nice not to have to buy bottled water at the store. We have really seen a difference in our dishwasher as it no longer leaves white residue on the dishes. It was also extremely beneficial to receive all of the laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and soaps.

This company was very professional while coming into our home and presenting their demonstrations. We actually never knew there was that much crud in our city water. [redacted] the sales representative showed us all the positive sides to having soft water and using their cleaning agents. Based upon the results and tests he preformed we were sold on the system. They were not pushy @ all and we felt very comfortable w/ him in our house. It took a little negotiating the price but we ended up w/ a new soft water and reverse osmosis system. Now that it's installed I can't say any more than WOW! The water tastes great, our skin and hair is smooth with out using conditioners and creams. They are a little pushy when it comes to the install being the next day.. but due to some clearance issues in my garage they worked w/ me to reschedule the soft water tank. Thanks for understanding my concerns. We can only thank them for being patient, professional, and personable. We look forward to years of fresh clean water w/ out going to the store or buying bottled water all the time.

My name is [redacted], my fiance [redacted] and I had our water filtration system installed from Valley Environmental Resources about 2 months ago and I can not even imagine life without it!! [redacted] came to our home and gave us a full on demonstration of all the benefits of the system, from testing our water to cleaning my oven and removing an ugly stain on my carpet and even making us laugh quite a bit.The experience was quite enjoyable. I love the fact that all my cleaning problems are solved. Our water is better then any bottled water I have ever bought at the store, even our automatic ice machine makes crystal clear ice cubes. We have noticed a big improvement in how our skin looks and feels, and my hair has become more manageable even in this weather.
The actual installation of the system was absolutely professional, and hassle free. Everyone is very polite and professional. I am 100% satisfied with our system from Valley Environmental Resources. I would recommend them to anyone, the benefits are absolutely worth it.

Pure water is powerful. I had no idea how versatile and powerful pure water could be until Valley Environmental conducted their demonstration in my home. I must admit, I was not at all interested in buying any product from the salesman at first. However after the demonstration I was astounded at the usefulness of having treated water of this caliber. Yes, it is pricy, but yes, it is worth it. The quality of the taste, and the cleaning power of this water is great. Low maintenance as well! That is a bonus. I have been able to polish car windows, stainless steel appliances, wash windows, clean my shower, and my kitchen with no chemicals. All you need is the correct cloth, or scouring pad for the surface. I was also pleased with the attention the business paid to detail. They go out of their way to try and offer great customer service.

It has been about five months since my husband and I purchased and installed the Aqua Guard Water Treatment system. We are extremely happy with the system and the great customer service we have received. It was a pleasure to have Rich D[redacted] in our home, demonstrating the system. The entire team has been wonderful to work with and are cordial, accommodating and always seem to be happy to talk to us. The installation went very smooth and the workers were friendly, helpful, and explained the entire system before leaving. During the past five months, we have noticed that the water throughout our home is much softer than before and we have suffered less dry skin, cleaner dishes and clothes. We don't seem to go through as much soap as we have in the past, which has saved us money (just like Dief said it would). The quality of the drinking water from our R.O. system and fridge is amazing! We now have reusable water bottles so we are helping to save the environment and the ice cubes are less cloudy. We believe that having the whole house connected to the system, will extend the life of our water lines and appliances. We highly recommend this system if you want good clean water, without the salt taste. Thank you to the entire Valley Environmental Resources team!

Myself and family are truly satisfied with making the change and getting our water softener. We are even more happy to have made the choice to go with Valley Environmental Resources for our water treatment system!! The installation was so fast and so professional and we had everything installed and working in 2 days!!! Can't ask for anything faster and more professional than this company. The benefits that we are seeing with having our water softener are great as to how it pays for itself by having to spend less on house and health care products!! We bought a water system from valley environmental resources a few months ago and love it! The sales man was awsome, he was funny and informative and the demonstration was pressure free. We have noticed great things since having our water system installed it has made such a difference in my hair and skin my hair is silky smooth and there is no need for moisturizers as my skin isn't being dried out from hard water. Our laundry is softer our dishes are cleaner and the money we have saved not having to by water bottles is huge and the water tastes great. Everyone that we dealt with at Valley environmental resources was very nice and professional. The men who came to install our system were fast and efficient and very clean, they installed our system next day and on our schedule. I would definitely recommend this company we have a great experience!

We have had our [redacted] Water Treatment system for almost 2 months now and have to say we don't know how we lived without it! We had talked about buying a water softener for some time but since we had just bought a house, we weren't actively looking for one just yet. But when [redacted] showed up at our door to do the demonstration, we decided this was definitely the one we wanted and the price was just right. We were very impressed with [redacted]'s professionalism and how he simply showed us how it worked and left it up to us to decide if we wanted the system or not. There was none of the pushiness we have experienced with other sales people from other businesses. If he had come across as pushy, to be quite honest, we probably wouldn't have bought the system just because we don't like being pushed. The biggest improvement we have noticed is in the drinking water (can't drink other water anymore). I wasn't sure what to think when he told us that we would have less lint in the lint catcher on the dryer, but I have seen that is very true - almost no lint anymore. Amazing! We really like the soap that they sell also, the oatmeal bar soap especially. My husband often gets pretty filthy at his job, and this soap, combined with the soft water, does a much better job at getting all the dust and grease off then any body wash or other soap. And with a lot less soap too! So yes we would say this was definitely worth every penny. Have told both our families all about it (some have come over and experienced the difference) as well as our friends. They admit to being jealous ;) hopefully some of them will buy the system in the future as well. Thanks for the great job all of you....

Valley Environmental Resources is a great company that sells a great product. We've had our water system for over 6 months now and we love it. It is really easy to take care of (we just put salt in our outside unit when it gets low once a month.) We've noticed a huge improvement in our drinking water. It tastes so good we have to bring a bottle of it wherever we go! Also the water that fills our ice maker is so clean that the ice comes out clear! We love our water system and have recommended it to friends.

To ANYBODY considering this water conditioner system:

When we committed to writing a brief letter about our experiences with our new water conditioner system, I couldn’t imagine that it wouldn’t be exactly that… brief. However, since we’ve been using the system for a month now, I’m afraid that the letter might end up being a bit longer than anticipated!!!

We were amazed that our system was installed the day after we signed the paperwork! The installers were on time, very friendly, efficient, and installed our system in less than two hours. They cleaned up after their installation, and gave us all the information we needed to operate! Initially, everything was as expected, better tasting water out of the tap, cleaner skin, softer hair, no build-up on the faucets and shower walls, etc. The water we are now using keeps surprising us! I have a skin condition, and while showering and using the supplied body wash, (not the hypo-allergenic expensive stuff) I’ve noticed a marked softening of my reactions. I expect even more as I continue! We love the feel we have after a shower!!!

My wife has fallen in love with shampooing her hair without having to use conditioner, and is amazed at how much cleaner her hands and nails are! Another amazing result is how clean our dishes come out of the dishwasher! She used to pre-wash everything that went into the dishwasher, and sometimes would hand wash certain things. Now she just does a quick rinse and lets the appliance do the work! Drinking glasses are clear, not cloudy or spotted. Our pots and pans are coming clean after such a long time of washing them in city water. There isn’t any aftertaste after cooking stinky veggies and fish and then something with a delicate taste! Silverware is cleaner! She has fallen in love with her dishwasher again!!!

Our clothes are becoming much cleaner; whites are becoming white, not beige, and the colors have more “pop.” Our towels aren’t as scratchy, and the micro-fiber cleaning cloths that we use are wiping things cleaner!!! I have a favorite T-shirt that I dripped some varnish on, and after several washings, the varnish stain is almost completely gone! It would have been a “paint shirt” before the conditioner!

I just finished washing our Sequoia for the first time since the system was installed and am happy to report that the whole thing was washed with a half spray bottle of cleaner, instead of a bucket of suds, just like [redacted] said! I have to admit that I thought that he was just “blowing smoke” when he told us that we could do that!! We just returned from a trip to [redacted], AZ and collected a swarm of insects all over the front of the truck, and the windshield was a mess! I sprayed on some cleaner and wiped the bugs off like they weren’t even there! I haven’t hand washed this vehicle since we discovered [redacted], but now I’ll save the almost $20 each wash and the hour sitting in the lounge waiting, by doing it myself! (Incidentally, while we were gone, I couldn’t wait to get back to shower in our own water!)

The RO system water is working even better than before! Ice cubes are taste free now, and my wife’s [redacted] Diet Cola’s taste much better! I even put an ice cube or two in my scotch on occasion… And my coffee and her tea are amazing!! We removed the expensive filter from our refrigerator and won’t have to worry about when it’s time to replace it ever again!!! Several of our friends have been talking about coming to our house and filling their water bottles, instead of buying bottled water! I will say that I could not stand the taste of [redacted] city water, and would shudder each time I brushed my teeth and rinsed. Now it’s water right out of the tap!

We knew from our demonstration that some of these things would happen, but we have been overwhelmed by the change in our attitudes about the water we use! Although we are both on fixed incomes now, we saw that an investment in this system would reap benefits far down the line. I’m now looking forward to less or no maintenance for our on-demand water heater, our clothes washer, our dishwasher, and all the plumbing in general! We’ve bought some solar salt from [redacted] for less than $5, and have had to add salt only once since purchasing the system! We have over half a bag left!

When we had our home built, there was an issue with one of the bathrooms when a worker drove a truck over the wet concrete and broke some of the pre-plumbing in the guest bath. Concrete, sawdust, lumber cutoffs, and various other pieces of junk filled the hole, and we have had problems of stopped up toilets in both bathrooms frequently since the build. Since the water conditioner was installed… not one backup!!!! And… as we were told, fewer chemicals are needed throughout the house for cleaning!

My wife has been trying to use fewer cleaning chemicals for some time now, and has been able to get rid of most of the cleaners she used to have to buy on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, which is definitely helping our budget. We have tile floors in every room except our two bedrooms, and all she has to do is damp mop the floor with her micro-fiber mop once a week to keep our floors spotless. Of course, every once in a while, something yucky gets spilled that may require a couple of drops of vinegar to get clean!

We are looking forward to many years of clean living with our new water conditioner system, and would hope that you could see the advantages as well!!

Had system for 5 hrs and still spits out grey water even after service. Was told to pay $400 to ship it in to have it looked at or just deal with it. Rep "Deif" promised the world, water bottles, pots and pans etc. Apparently an awesome life saving review was required at 30 days of system installation. Rep said system would take awhile to do its job so 30 days wouldn't be enough time. The lifetime warranty "Deif" explained is only a 1yr and 5 yr limited one. His spiel was the complete opposite of what the actual contract says. Lies upon upon lies for the sake of the sale. Apparently the system is only good for 10 yrs and then the physical system container, filtration unit etc. will brake. Reps will tell you this at the 10 yr mark and make you buy a new on or send it it to be looked at($400). They will not give you a shipping invoice if asked so don't bother. Buy at you own risk

I MUST ADMIT THAT WHEN I WAS CONTACTED BY VALLEY ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES I WAS A BIT HESITANT AS MY FINANCIAL STATUS AT THAT TIME WAS A LITTLE TENUOUS DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS. AFTER BEING SHOWN A DEMONSTRATION ON THE USE/ADVANTAGES/ETC., OF THIS WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM, I WAS PLEASANTLY IMPRESSED HOW THIS WATER INFILTRATION SYSTEM ALONG WITH THE REVERSE OSMOSIS DRINKING WATER WOULD RESULT IN TREMENDOUS SAVINGS IN THE LONG RUN. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SYSTEM FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS NOW & I HAVE SEEN HOW THIS TREATMENT OF THE WATER HAS MADE MY CLEANING CHORES MUCH EASIER. I HAVE ALSO NOTICED HOW REALLY SOFT MY SKIN IS BECAUSE OF THIS SOFT WATER TREATMENT. THE DRINKING WATER IS FREE FROM ALL THE CHEMICALS THAT KEEPS IT FROM BEING PURIFIED. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS WATER TREATMENT WAS DONE QUICKLY & PROFESSIONALLY. THE MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES WERE FAIR, HONEST, AND FRIENDLY.

I recently bought a water treatment system From Valley Environmental. I had lived in my house for a year prior and I wish I would have done it sooner. The many benefits of having this product in my house are obvious. The dishes actually look cleaner coming out of the dishwasher. And my faucet no longer has water rings. And speaking of water rings and residue, the shower doesn't have to be scrubbed of soap sm and hard water crust. It has simplified my cleaning schedule immensely. But that is just a tip of the iceberg of the true quality of Valley Environmental, while they have a great product the real privilege was the customer service. The people that came and installed the unit were very friendly and helpful. They worked and installed the system quickly and cleaned the mess up after everything was don. They even walked my through everything make sure I understood how everything needed to be maintained. Valley Environmental has provided me with a great experience and I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I would like to start by saying that Valley Environmental Resources is one of the most professional companies I have done business with from their sales representative to their installation technicians. WE Love our soft water system! I live in an area with hard water, WE couldn't even put our dishes to dry in the dishwasher because they would come out with streaks. We don't have to use a lot of laundry or dish detergent, and our skin is much softer. I no longer buy conditioner for my hair. It's a fantastic product and I especially recommend it to anyone living in an area with hard water. It will make your life easier. Also the sales representative was just FANTASTIC!

Just had water treatment installed 8-22-2015, and have noticed a great difference in taste of water and the ease of cleaning all bathroom showers and stools. the installation crew were very nice and done a great job. Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. Will be saving a lot of money on cleaners.

The water softer has been a good investment to our home. We notice a big difference in the quality of water and it taste great. It has save us money from buying bottle water.

We had a great experience with Valley Environmental Resources: The sales representatives were friendly and accommodating and the installation process was quick and clean. Anyone who is considering home water treatment should seriously look at this company as an option. All the claims made about our water quality during the sales presentation were proven true as soon as the system was up and running. Having been born and raised here in Phoenix and only ever having hard water, I can tell you that Valley Environmental Resources systems are absolutely worth the investment.. There were a couple of minor issues with the installation, but they were both dealt with and corrected immediately. We were also happy that the company is local.

The staff we worked with were very professional and friendly. They were able to answer all our questions and help us understand how the water conditioning system works. The system we purchased has made a measurable difference in our water quality. I feel confident our drinking water is clean and free of contaminants. The conditioned water is makes cleaning faster and easier, which is a tremendous plus.

Valley environmental came in and tested our water and then installed an amazing system in our house. The installation team was fast, professional and they taught me about my system. I want to say how happy we are for the new water system. We no longer purchase water and our showers and baths are so much better with the reduced chemicals in the water.
