My girlfriend and I got the water conditioning system from Valley Environmental Resources a few months ago from Gary Y**. We have been very pleased with how the water has improved since having it installed. It is especially noticeable when showering and for drinking. We are very glad that we got the system.

Good friends of ours raved about her softwater system! Its was a different brand but still.. So before the representative came we already had a good idea that we wanted one. His representation was great and we had a fun not so professional time with him as were not so professional, it was a laid back relaxed time. ;)He made his points clear and also enjoyed watching him clean my shower door, stove and drinking glass! We knew our water was not good, we've lived in Arizona for 9 years and never have I drank the faucet water, nor have given it to my dogs! We are very happy with the new water system and happy with the gentleman who came to do his 'shpeal' he was very considerate of my adhd 7 yr old! Who has to be a part of everything and can get a little out of hand... I find that using just water is working really well, I clean my carpets with just water in my bissel machine, I dont have to 'soak' the dishes, suck on food comes off quite well with little to no scrubing. Its easier on the skin, silky almost, not coming out of the shower all itchy anymore. I am still finding a little spots on the glasses but definately not as much as there was! I wasnt crazy about the monthly payments seeing we just bought our 1st house and didnt want to get ourselves in a bind, but the payments arent that bad but I will say the interest rate sucks! But as much as we wanted it we had to make sacrifices! With all the product they gave us I figure it'll save me from buying all the detergents, dish soaps, shampoo and body wash at the store which will help with the monthly payments. I have not had the chance to try all the product out that was given to us but from what I have tried I do in fact like them, also my mother who was out for 2 weeks enjoyed the oatmeal bar soap for her ezema. I even sent her home with a couple bars since it helped a lot. They came to I believe it was the next day to install it, they were here a few hours which we were already informed, they cleaned up after themselves and also were very nice to my 7 yr old. Althought the man of the house was not too happy they had to install in on his side of the garage which is his man cave! But thats where they had to put it again sacrifices! I cant say anything bad about our experience because we didnt have one! I we guarenteed our repesentitive that he'd never have another 'client' like us! :)

We have had our unit for several months now and have been very pleased. My daughter was having bad eczema and now with the softer water she no longer has issues! I also love that I do not have any hard water spots on my glass dishes! Cleaning in general is a whole lot easier! Dief was a great guy who was very helpful! A wonderful product!! Quick install.

Review: We purchased a water treatment system ag1054/sm-8 on Aug 7, 2014.....Well it's been 1 yr....have has issues with the system not keeping the water soft...(any yes there is salt) has a service in Jan to fix the problem of course it did for about a month and a half... then I would have to use the regenerate button off and on ...Then on Saturday the 8th of Aug I went to regenerate it again..discovered there is no power going to the unit... Yes there is power at where the unit is plug into. Now received a reminder card in the mail that it was time to replace the RO filter ( cuz we purchased that as well) it was posted marked for aug 1st so I'm guessing we got it around the 4th... I called today to schedule that apt and to get someone here to fix the NO POWER issue and was told that it would be Sept 12 before someone could come on a Saturday.. Well we do work for a living no one is home for the most part durning the day.

and then on top of now having to wait...The salesperson told us that the first set of Filters would run 75.00 no service charge...now today Moniz tells me there is so to change 4 out of 5 filters (and why not 5?) the charge would be 135.00 OMG if I could turn back time... I am so sorry I referred people to buy this !!!!!Desired Settlement: I want this system to work properly.......I want to pay just for the filters not a service charge/ and no service charge for fixing the power issue or the parts if required. It's obvious it broke before the year was up .....because it feels just like the city water

Just had a very amiable conversation with [redacted]. We had [redacted] in our computer for September with a note to call earlier when we have an opening ( which happens constantly). We understand her time concerns and make it a priority to take care of our customers promptly. In her case we moved her up to this Sunday at 10am which she was quite happy with. If part of the system (transformer) or something that we did caused the power problem we will also be fixing that at no additional charge as well as replacing her 4 filters and doing our annual maintenance on both systems. We discussed all the aspects of the annual service and that it is not just a filter change. We sanitize the system, check and replace fittings if needed, calibrate the systems, run water tests, and more to ensure the systems are operating at optimum levels. After reviewing all this she agreed to our discounted charge of $135 for the first year as she is part of our customer loyalty program. She was agreeable and pleased with the solution. Thanks for being our customers [redacted] and [redacted] and we will see you Sunday.

Review: I was relocating to a new home . Called to make an appointment to get my products transfered over to the new home. I repeated several times what I needed to be done I said de installation and re instalation in new home at no point was I asked for an adress and the manager told me it was goin to cost 150 dollars again I repeated what I needed and she said that was the price.Next day technician shows up and deinstals product and tells me that's all he was told to do,so I pay him 150 dollars and I call the company explaining yard was the product not transferred over to the new house and re installed she says that it is extra cost that was never mentioned to me. I told her to revise her recordings of the phone conversation and they don't record if they did you would clearly hear what I needed done not just the de instalation they want to charge 450 dollars to read install again that was never mentioned to me. I'm desatisfied with they're customer service and I feel like I've been scammed .now I have a product wich I can't use or install and still have to pay for it..Desired Settlement: Re install the product at the new home for the price agreed 150 dollar wich are paid for.

[redacted], owner at VERI, and [redacted] came up with a good solution to this situation. While we are not sure where the confusion came in on the initial call, [redacted] understands that we do charge for these services, both the disconnect and re-install. Since [redacted] and his family just moved and is currently being hit with all the new move in charges, and due to the fact that his work is slow in the summer and picks up in the winter, [redacted] has agreed to do their new install at a discounted rate AND to take multiple payments over time to help out [redacted] and his family. VERI will be doing his reinstallation ASAP as it's important to his family that he has the good water for his family. [redacted] was very appreciative.

Review: At first my experience with Valley Environmental was great. I have had the system for almost a year now and have enjoyed having soft water. However, when we met with the sales representative we informed him that in a year or so we would be moving across the country. The sales representative, [redacted], informed us that not only would they disconnect the system for free, but they would also ship the system to our new address for free. We are moving in a couple of weeks and so I got in contact with them and was informed that nowhere on our paperwork did it say that we were told that they would disconnect the system for free or that they would ship it. After talking to a supervisor I find out that they NEVER ship any of the equipment. I expressed my concern that we were lied to by [redacted] and the supervisor told me that instead of charging $150 for the disconnect they would charge us only $100 due to this mix up. This is still not okay as we were told the disconnect and shipping would be free. Now I have to find a way to ship this $5000 piece of equipment to Wisconsin without it breaking. If I would not have been lied to in the first place by [redacted], I would not have purchased this product as moving this across the country by myself does not seem safe. I assumed that they had a way to ship it so it would be protected since that is what [redacted] told us. I wish I could go back in time and not purchase this product and see through the lies that [redacted] told us so we wouldn't be in this mess.Desired Settlement: I believe that I should get what I was told I would get when the sales representative, [redacted], was at my house. Free disconnect and free shipping to my new address in Wisconsin. If this is not possible, I would like a refund for the equipment and Valley Environmental can come and pick up the equipment.

Response:

Thank you for your request and I'm glad we were able to move to a solution today when we spoke. After listening to your concerns I also appreciate that you listened to our position and the multiple checklists that we go through to eliminate this from happening. We have thousands of customers and we comply with every written documented promise stated. The free disconnect, box and move were not listed anywhere on the work order, the installation completion sheet, the PR checklist, or any other document anywhere. That's very surprising to us as those signed documents are very thorough and there's multiple places that any and all promises or agreements would have been stated. Please understand that hundreds of our customers move yearly and it is not our policy to do free service work or moves. We also discussed that [redacted] has an impeccable track record with us and his paperwork is excellent so you can understand that this came as a surprise to him as well. All that being said, we are glad that you accepted [redacted]'s offer to pay for the disconnect and box for you. This means that we will do the work at no charge to you, as you said [redacted] promised. Unfortunately we do not ship our customer's equipment for them and as stated in our presentation "If you should move simply take it along with you like you would any other appliance". Our installers will properly box and package the equipment so your movers can move this appropriately. When you get to your new home please feel free to contact our technical department so they can assist your plumbers with any questions or concerns on the install. [redacted] and VERI would like to extend you good wishes for a safe and non-eventful move and continued enjoyment of your high quality water and thank you again for coming to a resolution with us today. Sincerely, [redacted]

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In your email to me yesterday you told me to report to you if we were contacted by the company we made a complaint about. We were just contacted by [redacted] the general manager attempting to come up with a solution. He informed us they would uninstall it for free and box it up for free but not ship it. We are still not happy about this outcome however it doesn't look like we will be able to get any farther with this company. [redacted] informed us that the representative that we talked to [redacted] and him met and [redacted] reported he never told us what he told us. [redacted] informed us that it is our fault for not making sure this was on the contract. Regards,[redacted]

Response:

Veri has again reviewed this situation and we feel strongly that we have gone above and beyond what is fair and reasonable on this matter and misunderstanding. We honor every and all documented promises and commitments, and in this case there was nothing documented on multiple work orders and installation completion certificates. Also to note is that Veri does not ship customers used equipment. It is a service we simply do not do. The equipment will be disconnected and boxed up appropriately and all plumbing will be returned to its original working order. The customer simply needs to have it moved with the rest of their appliances and belongings to their new residence. Veri has agreed to perform the disconnect and box (work that Veri is in the business of doing) at no charge to maintain goodwill. The work was completed on 3/18/2015 and again was done at no charge to the customer. We have discussed this with the customer, they have accepted the free work and we feel that we have been more than fair and reasonable. We have faxed all necessary paperwork to you (Revdex.com) for your professional review. Veri wishes [redacted] and [redacted] a safe move and respectfully declines any other concessions on this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]

I don't know where to begin. First I'll start with the positive points, I have e[redacted] and I've enjoyed the difference I've noticed with my skin, the drinking water is great I jokingly refer to it as 5k water since that's how much it cost. The company seems to provide good customer service when we have called. However, the salesman, Wayne, flat out LIED and omitted crucial information. We had the system installed in January 2015, unbeknownst to us, there was a lien placed on our home, so when we attempted to sell our home in August, big red flag, we now have to pay off the entire system upon closing. Had we been informed this was going to be the case, we would not have purchased the water softener. Secondly, we were told by Wayne wonder that if we moved (which we had planned to do, and communicated such) there would be a flat fee of $180 to remove the system, move, and reinstall in our new home. That was a lie, now come to find out it will cost us $600 to have it installed, moved, and installed in our new home. Thirdly, we were promised a gift card for our time, apparently that also was a lie because we have not received that either. We have been in contact with the company and they will continually refer to the contract which is vague and doesn't state anywhere that there would be a lien placed on my home which is my biggest complaint. If I could rewind the hands of time I would not have bought this system. It's been a complete nightmare.

We had previously thought about purchasing a water softener for our home, but decided at the time we moved in not to, we just weren't persuaded that it would be as beneficial as the expense was to have it installed. However, when Valley Environmental Resources came out and did their demonstration, we were impressed. The ease with which the treated/purified water cleaned was phenomenal and really sold me. I had a dirty oven from cooking the Thanksgiving turkey and had been trying unsuccessfully to clean it w/out the use of chemicals. Needless to say, I had spent several fruitless hours on hands and knees scrubbing without much progress and had given up, waiting for my husband to take care of it. When the company representative took a scrubbing pad (the same type I had been using) and treated water to the oven, the cooked on gunk miraculously came up after just a few seconds. Then he used a nice white washcloth to wipe it clean. I have to say I was a bit concerned that my nice washcloth was stained for life and would be relegated to rag status. However, with just a rinse from the treated water, the dark gunk washed right out of the washcloth and it was nearly like new again. Together with the way the treated water tasted, the health benefits/knowledge that it had any contaminants removed, and the way it makes our skin feel soft, reduces the amount of soap and detergents we will need to use, the longevity it will give our appliances and clothing and of course the cleaning aspect, we were sold. Of course the fact that a goodly supply of green cleaning detergents and soaps were thrown in as a bonus helped too. The company has been around for a good long time, which is reassuring and I like that the system can be transferred from our current residence to any future residence as well, so we will be able to have the benefits if ever we decide to move.

The people from Valley Environmental with whom we have dealt whether on the phone or in person have all been very courteous and handled themselves in a professional manner. I have to say that is refreshing and pleasant. All in all, we are satisfied with Valley Environmental and the services they have performed.

I REGRET MY PURCHASE IF I COULD RETURN IT I WOULD

We had been wanting a whole house water softener for years because we couldn't keep the calcium deposits from encrusting our faucets, sinks & showers. Our white laundry kept turning grayer and grayer until it was too embarrassing to wear. We also wondered what was coming out of our 57 year old water pipes. Was it bad for us to drink? Our neighbors bought inexpensive softeners for their home, but they still didn't prevent the calcification, so we wanted a better solution. ** came along at the right time to test our water and fully explain the results to us. He helped us to decide on the right model for our home and told us all of the benefits that we would see right after installation. Sure enough, everything he said came true and we are very happy with the service we receive from Valley Environmental Resources, Inc. The two men who installed our system in under 2 hours were very careful and they explained everything in detail. This was especially nice because the first time the system regenerated (flushed) itself, the noise startled our dog. Because of their thorough explanation of the system, we were able to easily modify the program to regenerate at a better time of day for us.
At first, we were afraid our water would feel too slippery, but it doesn't. It feels clean and we can see the clarity in the ice cubes that come from our refrigerator’s ice maker. Now that we've been using this system for 2 months, we are ecstatic to say that this water softening system is working as advertised. No more white buildup on anything. The water is just plain great and we drink more of it because we like it so much. Tea, coffee and food cooked in the water have true, delicious flavors. It’s easy to maintain the system and we look forward to great service on our annual checkup of the R/O unit from Valley Environmental Resources, Inc.

WE HAVE HAD OUR WATER SYSTEM FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH IT. OUR DRINKING WATER IS SO MUCH BETTER. WE LIVED IN OUR HOME FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW AND THESE TWO MONTHS HAVE BEEN THE ONLY TIME THAT WE HAVE DRANK WATER IN OUR HOUSE. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GREAT THAT IS. ITS CLEAN AND REFRESHING TO DRINK. OUR SKIN AND HAIR IS ALOT SOFTER. OUR JEANS ARE NOT FADING AS FAST AS BEFORE. WE ARE NOW ABLE TO WASH OUR CARS AT HOME WITH LESS SPOTS ON THEM. WE ARE A FAMILY OF 10 AND WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR WONDERFUL PRODUCT.

TO OUR MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE, **, THANK YOU FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL IN OUR HOME AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT.

My husband and I have had our water system for about 6 months now. We really like the reverse osmosis system for drinking water and for cooking. My dishes and glasses come out of the dishwasher without spots and white scale. Terrific! [redacted] provided a thorough and professional demonstration of the benefits the system would provide for us. The installers were great--they went beyond our expectations.

We want to say Thank You to Valley Environmental Industries for making available a water filtration system that is working very well for us!! We are very pleased that we purchased it. There are a lot of reasons, but because of space, I will mention just four. First, after having a medical procedure for my "Dry Eyes", there was still some debris forming on the base of my eyelids. Why, I suspect, because there was debris in the water that collected as I washed my face. Now, because there is no debris in the water, my "Dry Eye" issue is even more relieved. My eyes used to water a great deal. Now, I wash the base of my eyelids gently with the clear water and the film on the lids seems to be removed!! Being cleared of the build-up that forms there, my eyes are able to generate the oil they need, which has prevented a lot of watering!! This may not work for everyone, but, it certainly has helped mine. Second, we have a griddler, which after cooking, has food left on it. I simply rinse it and put it in the dishwasher. It comes clean!! I used to have to scrub the griddler before I put it in the dishwasher for a final cleanup. As for the bathroom sink mirrors: I simply spray water on them and wipe them down with a paper towel. No Windex, needed! I had to try it and couldn't believe how clean the glass was. Last, but certainly not least, drinking clean, clean water from a clean glass has us drinking a lot more water. We even take our own water to friends' homes who rave about their well water. We like the super clean water that Valley Environmental provides for us. I would also like to mention that Bob G[redacted] is an incredible salesman. It if wasn't for him, we probably would not have made the purchase. We're so glad he spent the time to demonstrate quite adequately, and nicely, many of the things we could expect from our new system. We have not been disappointed. Thank you, Bob G[redacted]. One more comment: the installers were delightful. They did a good job and were so pleasant to have around. Thank you Valley Environmental Resources!

We absolutely love our soft water system. Dishes and cleaning are a snap and the showers are insane. Having lived in AZ for my entire life, I couldn't believe how much of a difference having a water system makes. Even my wife's dermatitis has been nearly eliminated. I would recommend this system to anyone who owns their own home. Everyone from the salesmen to the installation team was top notch! Thank you VER.

I am absolutely amazed by the soft water treatment that Valley Environmental installed in my home. Within a week my clothes washed cleaner, they were softer. My Daughter and I had smother skin, her hair was silky, as was mine. My dishes came out cleaner, the erosion of mildew practically disappeared over several weeks, and everything in my home stayed cleaned and I used less products to clean them. I have saved hundreds of dollars in chemicals just by switching to the soft water treatment from Valley Environmental.

I had the water treatment system installed the end of August 2013. I noticed that very same day a huge difference in the tast & quality of my water. I wanted to give the system a month or so to work before I wrote about it. Plain & simply this system is great. Every thing that I do that requires water simply is better, easier, softer, better tasting, better fealing to the skin. Regarding the staff. From sales rep, to instal crew, to follow up staff. These people are great & professional. Thank you for all that you do.

Review: My wife and I purchased a full water softener system from this company about year and half ago. They do the door to door sales and portray themselves as a city official by taking water samples from your home. A week later we were contacting to go over the results.

A sales associate for the company (Mike P[redacted] came over to our home about 7 at night. Went over showing us their product and how we could use it and improve our everyday life. Show us a binder of happy customers with their product, comes with a lifetime warranty as long as it’s serviced routinely. We go through the entire process for little over and hour how we could use the water softener system. We did not want to purchase it and explained to him that as great as their product may be, we don’t plan on being in this house for more than a couple years so would not want to spend the money on upgrading the house.

He proceeded to tell my wife and I that if we were to move, that the system goes with us. We just simply call and schedule a relocate of our system and they come and move it to our new home. I asked what if the new house is not as easy to install the system or it’s a bigger home? He proceeded to tell us, that’s the great thing is we don’t have to worry about that, their installers will figure all that out at the new house. That is the benefit of their product, life time warranty and moves it to your new home all done through one company. So with a discussion we decided to purchase the full system and have it set up.

Fast forward to present day. Just as we explained when we first purchased the product to Mike, we have moved into a new home as of December 2015. We call up Valley Environmental to schedule the system move to our new house and are informed that it would be between $800-$900 to move the system. I ask the person on the phone that we purchased the system from them and were informed that was part of the benefits is it is free relocate. She proceeded to ask me if it’s on my contract. IDesired Settlement: Move the System I purchased from them to our new home at no cost.

Response:

[redacted]We have reviewed your request and before responding let's first address a few items. First, the system was purchased on January 15, 2014, which is 2 years ago. We are aware that it is impossible to remember all the details of a transaction that long ago, let alone 2 months ago so Valley Environmental Resources has a policy that has helped us obtain an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and that is we will comply with all written documented promises and work orders, therefore eliminating any and all confusion. Here are the details of your transaction. A canvasser in a company shirt and company badge collected a water sample from [redacted]at your home on 12/9/13. At that time she gave literature on our company and what we sell. It includes the following statement " This test is not being conducted by the city or state agency... ". Approximately 1 month later a representative called [redacted]and [redacted]greed to an appointment to have our company come out and do a demonstration of our products on 1/15/14 at 8pm. [redacted]nd [redacted] chose to purchase the product. At that time a work order was completed and signed with all of the documented work to be done. The system was not installed until the next day, when a completion certificate was completed and signed. We then came back out to the house on 1/21/14 to do a full PR visit, check the system, get the finance paperwork completed, and finalize everything. On NONE of those documents was anything noted or documented in any way to return to do any additional work, move the system, anything ( and there are spots on all the forms to document it, and all were signed [redacted] ). All this being said we would like to help. If you would like us to move your system simply call us and we will have a technician come out and give an free estimate of the charges and we will give you 20% off our already discounted customer rates. Thank you for being our customer. Thomas O[redacted]

Response:

[redacted], After reading the response, we understand you are taking the stance of if it’s not on the contract then there is nothing you can do. After more research online, we feel there is an error or misscommunication in the way of your business selling that is common in this situation. There are other reviews and complaints that reference the same situations happening. Just as you know that a canvasser gave us a literature, which I know we were never handed anything, we know what we were told when the sales person was in our home. We would like to see how you know for certain we were handed something that shows what your company offers and sells on 12/9/13. I remember a young woman ringing the door bell and just say she is from Valley Environmental Resources and are collecting water samples in the neighborhood and if she could have a sample from inside the home. Never was handed or told what the test was for or that it was for a future product demonstration. Did receive a phone call later on and asked if can set up a time to go over the results. Again, no mention that this was going to be for a product demonstration. Our biggest concern at the time of the demonstratio was that we did not want to give up a $6,000 system when moving. Just as you have mentioned there are spots on the contracts to document moving the system, we believe that it was either: 1. forgotten to be marked by the sales person Mike or 2. Mike knew full well what he was saying but did not put in writing on purpose knowing we would not check. We would hope this was not the case and you can understand our position. We have always spoke well about the product and told all our friends what a great product it is and the great deal we got. We hope this issue can be resolved simply and we can continue to be a customer of your company. Thank you for your time Jason Simpson

Business

Response:

[redacted] First off let me express my concern for addressing your issue appropriately. We take ALL customer input seriously and we will review how special instructions are communicated to avoid future misunderstandings. The literature we left you was a blue sheet of paper stating who we are, what we do, and how to contact us and we give it to everyone that gives us a sample. I do not believe that is the issue though. You decided to do business with VERI and entered into a contract for us to do work as documented on a work order and you paid us accordingly. Had there been any documentation of us doing additional work ( move, etc.. ) at no charge we would do so. Had the move been of critical importance you surely would have noted it on at least one of the many documents you signed. With thousands of customers and families moving every 4-6 years it would cost VERI over $ 1 million per year to move systems and we simply do not do free moves or service work unless documented. It's the equivalent of buying a car and then 2 years later asking for more services or products that are not stated anywhere. Signed documented paperwork really is a great policy for companies. I am empathetic about your position as I too am a consumer that desires to be treated fairly, while understanding that I as a consumer have responsibilities as well. I am also aware that moving is both stressful and expensive. I mentioned a 20% discount previously and we are willing to honor that or $480, whichever is LESS for your complete disconnect and re-install. That is below what it will cost us. We will also take multiple investments, 1/3 at time of service, 1/3 in 30 days, and 1/3 in 60 days to ease the financial stress and so you can enjoy all the benefits you love at your new home. This is an overly fair and reasonable resolution. Please call me or our service department so we can make the arrangements. Thank you kindly for being our customer. Tom

Review: In 2011, I ordered and received a water filtration system from Valley Environmental. They installed everything and the system has been great. At the time we purchased, a selling point made by the salesman was that the system could be moved and installed if we ever needed to move, free of charge. This was part of the reason we bought from them. I am moving due to a job reassignment with the federal government. When I called to have my system moved, I was told that not only would unhooking the system cost me $150, but that they would not be able to reinstall the system in my new location (Virginia). I asked if they would take the system back and they said no. They also stated that because I didn't make sure my contract had an additional clause allowing for the free uninstall and move they would still charge me and not help me move it. I am now stuck with a system and a loan I no longer want. The system was overpriced but I still bought it based on the guarantee of the move.Desired Settlement: I want them to take their system back and cancel the loan.

Response:

First off, thank you for being our customer and it's unfortunate that there is some confusion on this issue. I believe in regards to your complaint that we must first clarify the truth and the facts regarding your purchase. Your system was purchased on 2/15/2012, not 11/1/11. You purchased an Aqua Guard for $4910, not $10,000, and we installed new filters in your existing RO for no service charge. Your salesperson's name is [redacted], who has over 500 customers and an impeccable record of honesty and detailed notes and documentation on his accounts. I point this out as we realize that it is difficult to remember a sales discussion if it happened 1 month ago, let alone 2-3 years ago. Our company's policy is consistent with industry standards (not just in water treatment, but almost all direct sales business) and that is we honor any and all written and documented agreements. It was not documented anywhere on your work orders, installation completion forms, follow up visits, or customer satisfaction forms that Valley Environmental was to move your system for free. That's 4 documents that you signed without any mention of us doing free additional work. Also to be noted is that even if we could come pick up your system, you would still be obligated to fulfill your loan to the finance company. The financing agreement is between you and the finance company, not us. The point here being is that it is your system and your loan. I was told by our service department that you realized this and have done the appropriate action by paying us to come out and disconnect your system correctly for your move. We would be happy to assist you in locating a suitable company to install your system at your new location as we have contacts nationwide. We wish you the best on your move and know you'll be experiencing those wonderful benefits that you mentioned for many years to come. Sincerely, [redacted], President

[redacted]:

While the resolution is not satisfactory, it is clear that neither the [redacted] or the business intend to assist us any further. Again, the issue was not with the product, the service, or the technicians, but instead that we were left high and dry when trying to move the system. While I may have failed to remember certain information correctly, the response came off as facetious and disingenuous.

Thanks.

Everyone at Valley Environmental is very nice and helpful. The installation guys were on time, quick and cleaned up after! I have been using this system for a couple of months now and have noticed a great difference in how my skin feels after showering. I also LOVE the drinking water! I never buy water from the store anymore. My cat is even prejudice against regular tap water and only drinks the purified water...lol. The system is pricey but I well worth the lifetime warranty!

We purchased the Water System a few months ago, it is great for Showers and washing the dishes, we also have the reverse osmosis system under our sink so we do not buy bottles of water anymore. Overall it is a great system, but it can slow down water pressure at certain times all on its own. The installers were great, the constant status checks are great. overall I am pretty happy with everything.
