So far we love this system. We can definitely feel the difference in the water quality and taste also. The installation took longer than planned. The installers were supposed to come at 2pm however they showed up a couple hours early which caused me to get off work early so that I could guide them on how and where I wanted the unit installed. I felt that the installers weren't too friendly but they got the job done and they cleaned up after themselves.overall I am satsfied with my purchase.

We are all in love with our water treatment system. From the first meeting until writing this review, we have had an exceptional experience. The representative was so informative and patient with us as we attended to our 3 and 2 year olds during the meeting. He almost put me in tears while he was cleaning our home with such ease. I couldn't believe how easy grease (that had been caked on for years) came off! I tried some expensive cleaning supplies and he took it right off with [redacted] and the treated water. Our cost for cleaning supplies has gone way down and our skin and hair feel amazing! We get lots of compliments on it when people come to visit. Installation was so fast and easy. The reverse osmosis drinking water system is amazing and has helped with the hassle of filling our jugs of water for our babies. It taste amazing and we can't get enough of it. I could go on and on about how much we love this product. Definitely worth it and we are so pleased we purchased this!

Valley Environmental Resources representative was very knowledgeable about the water softener system and answered all of my questions. The installers where professional worked fast and installation was done very neatly, and they cleaned up after themself, never knew they were there. The water softener system is working as described I am using less cleaning detergent, no spots on dishes no hard water spots on glass shower doors. The reverse osmoses system water taste great definitely can really taste the difference from plain old tap water. System will pay for itself in a couple of years verses buying bottled water. Within hours of my installation I was called to see how it went. A week later a representative came back out to test the water to make sure the system was working as designed. The follow-up from Valley Environmental Resources outstanding! After having the system for five months [redacted] contacted me to see how my system was working. This company has outstanding customer service to make sure that their customers are satisfied with the system. I highly recommend Valley Environmental Resources they run a very professional business.

We are thrilled with our new water treatment system. We weren't in the immediate market to purchase one at this time. However, the sales person was so knowledgeable and he performed so many tests on our water, we were sold. He came on a Friday evening and on Saturday, the system was installed! Imagine, on a Saturday. The technicians were efficient and installed the system in no time at all. They answered all our questions and told us to call them any time we had a question about anything. We absolutely love the taste of our water - what a difference from the "slime" we were drinking! We're even drinking more water and less soda - another savings. The water makes our skin and hair feel so soft - well, you just have to experience it to understand. We would recommend Valley Environmental Resources to anyone. You won't be disappointed! You'll be pleasantly surprised! They are a company that does what they say they will do and treats customers like gold.

My husband I purchased the water filtration system for our house last month, and have greatly enjoyed the benefits. Cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen have become so much easier.. No residue or water rings... Our dishes have become so much cleaner, only have to wash them one time in the dishwasher.. Our skin has become much softer and smoother.. Their marketing representative was very professional and not pushy, the installation happened the next day.. We are definitely glad we decided to invest in the water filtration system, and are enjoying the soap and cleaning supplies that came with it.

My family and I have have experienced nothing but positives after having our water system installed. There has been less water damage to our faucets and appliances, less skin dryness and actually softer skin and hair, using less amounts of household products, clear clean drinking and cooking water. After our water treatment from Valley Environmental Resources was installed we saw immediate results. My hair is fuller. We use less shampoo. we use less laundry soap. No more build up in the shower. Dishes out of the dishwasher are spotless without using any kind of dishwashing treatments. The cost of the water treatment is high however it is worth it, Customer service was great they did not push us into buying, they just showed us what was in our water and the results we would get once the unit was installed very entertaining it was amazing! everything went as promised.

Valley Environmental Resources Inc. has installed the Water Conditioning Unit in my home and we are very pleased with how the unit has changed how we do things with water like washing dishes, clothes, drinking and washing cars. I have very dry skin and since we have had the unit installed it has made a great differance in my skin condition. I donot have the saling and itching I have experience in the past. The amount of house hold cleaning products have declined very drastic to the point we not purchased any cleaning product since install. The savings has been very positive to see how much money a house hold spends on cleaning products every month befor the install of the system. The amount of soap, detergents that needs to be using is amasing vs the amount needed beror having the conditionor. The water taste so much better and we have not had to purchase any water for drinking. We have noticed that out shower doors and walls do not have the calcium build up as before.

The over all experience with Valley Environmental Resources has been a vey pleasurable experience for all of the staff and the installers has been very pleasing. [redacted] Public Relations Mgr. was very knowedgable about the system and what it can do and save money in return. We have been very pleased with Valley and no high pressure to purchase there product. The installers were very professional and explained how to use the unit and what to be looking for (Ie Salt when needed. After installation the work area's were cleaned up as if they were never there.

I love our new water system!!! You can tell the difference in my clothes, dishes and even in my skin. I like that it makes it easier to clean a lot of things around my house!!

We have had our new water processor in our home for 2 weeks now and we LOVE it! We immediately saw a change in our ice cubes from the freezer, the water in our town is really hard and we had a very high level of chlorine and could not use our ice. We have been buying ice for the past 6 years. Our son has eczema and hasn't had an outbreak in over a week. Our black kitchen sink always had a white ring around it b/c of the high chlorine levels and it's gone. Our skin and hair are softer, dishes from the dishwasher are cleaner and clearer and the soap that came with the system is doing wonders for our face and skin. We are very happy with the new system and have told many of our friends. They are now looking into having "Dief" come over to their homes and tell them about the system!

We have had our water treatment system for a few months now. I am so pleased with this system. My son who is 2 had horrible eczema on his legs and stomach. Within 3 weeks of installation his patches of eczema were gone. The drinking water is delicious and my kids drink more water because of it. We were very pleased with the installation process and the follow up we received from the company.

We've had our new water system for a few months now and LOVE IT!!! I haven't noticed too much of a difference with doing the laundry or showering. But holy cow, the water wastes so much better and it's great not having things floating around in my glass! The dishes come out cleaner and dry so much faster! The products they give you work amazing! Cleaning the oven and shower took 1/2 the time it used to and without all of the chemical smell!

We are very satisfied with our water softener. Ever since the beginning customer service has been outstanding. Our salesman [redacted] explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The water has made it so much easier to wash our cars and it even made our clothes softer, without using as much detergent. We also have saved money because we don't have to buy water bottles anymore. The installation was quick and easy, the installers were professional and they also explained everything to us.

Our experience with Valley Environmental has been wonderful. Not only is their product top of the line their customer service and care is generally unmatched in today's world. In this extreme summer heat we have been able to stay hydrated with pure, delicious water. And seriously, dishes are so much easier to scrub clean! Amazing! We had a water processor installed in Jan.of 2015. Greatest home improvement investment we ever made. Installation was quick,clean and most professional. The water taste fantastic and with the products from VER inc., cleaning is a breeze. No more crusty build up around faucets and dishes come out of the dishwasher absolutely spotless. Our skin is smooth and soft and free of detergent irritations. Our clothes are softer and even feel better to wear. The sales rep who came to our house was most professional, funny and very personable. It was a joy to have him here.

I am very happy with the service and installation of my water filtration system. The water tastes great. We all like showering in it. It helps with cleaning too (which I really like).

I am very pleased with this co. I use less detergent, less dish soap and the water is very soft on my skin. My bill for soaps and detergents will go down.

They were very professional while in my home explaining how the product works. Once we decided to purchase they set up to install for the next morning. They were prompt on time and were very professional. They were also very patient to help and explain how everything works.

We have had our water treatment system for about 10 months now and I have to say it is everything that VER Inc. said it would be and more. My wife and I have never frank bottled water that tastes this good and the softer water is fantastic. I would recommend, especially here in AZ that anyone and everyone get this system. Finally, even though we have our system, VER Inc does not forget about us or brush us off, as we had a minor issue a few months ago and they were here within 24 hours to fix a loose fitting free of charge. The water softner that I bought from her company makes a huge difference in my laundry water and the drinking water system makes me want to drink water. Because Tucson water is so hard, I would spend countless hours cleaning the calcium build up fron my faucets, no more, the water softner has made a tremendous difference in my life.
