I had a water system installed in my home from Valley Environmental Resources, Inc. in early February of 2015. Their service was prompt, professional and very efficient. I am very satisfied with their products and its performance. I would recommend this system very highly if you want your family drinking, bathing and washing in good clean water. We had our pool water analyzed after using the water from our system in our pool and the pool service provider was amazed by the purity of our water in the pool. I can honestly say that the water system has made a positive impact on our health and home. Prior to the water system being installed I changed many of the fixtures in our bathrooms and kitchen due to the mineral build up. Installing this system is worth it.

I had a VER system installed several months ago. Everybody I have had contact with at VER, from the salesman to the installation crew, has been pleasant and professional. I am not unhappy with the system; I simply haven't noticed as much of a difference as I had expected. The 'faucet' water definitely tastes better and I use less laundry detergent with no negative affects (my clothes still come clean), but I haven't noticed cleaning being easier using the water and the products that came with the system, and we still have water spots on dishes. Again, this is not a complaint, just more of a neutral review. If you have really nasty water at your house, I'm sure this system will be beneficial to you.

I really wanted to write a positive review, but unfortunately that has not been our experience with Valley Environmental. When the Sales Associate first came to our home we liked what he was "selling" and believed all the promises he made about how the water system would help us. We were told our water spots would disappear, the water would taste good, cleaning would be so easy because, again, no water spots. We were also told we would only need to refill the salt every 6 weeks or so. None of these things has turned out to be true. I'm especially disappointed by the water spots and residue I am still cleaning up. There is absolutely no difference. We called and someone came out quickly to look at our system, they adjusted something and said that should take care of it. However, it did not change anything. We still have water spots and I'm still wiping my glass shower door daily because if I don't it's nearly impossible to get the water residue off.
Our second issue is the drinking water. This is the one thing I don't regret about this purchase. The drinking water is great, however, for some unknown reason it tastes horrible coming from our refrigerator. This is also something we brought up. Originally the salesman boasted of how "clear" our ice cubes would be and how we could continue to use our brand new refrigerator with the water system. But that simply has not been the case. The ice cubes look exactly the same and the water is disgusting. When someone came out to "test" the fridge water they said it was the same as the filtered water from the sink and we were told repeatedly it must be our fridge. Our BRAND NEW fridge. This same person checked our tap water (I don't even know what he was checking) and proceeded to tell us how HORRIBLE the water is in our area (Buckeye, Az) and he's just never seen water so awful and the purification system basically makes our tap water equal to Phoenix's unfiltered tap water, because Buckeye is just so bad.
It's been our experience that whenever we bring up a complaint we are met with excuses why it's not the company's problem but rather our problem. If what they're saying is true about Buckeye, why are they selling their system in this area when they know it won't actually do anything? Seems to be unethical.
Another promise was how much easier it would be to wash our cars and how much better the new filtered water would be. That was a big joke. We washed my brand new car with the water and a horrible crust formed almost instantly over the car. We tried rinsing then wiping dry, but it still had a horrible film/crust. We had to take it to be cleaned and detailed by a professional just to get the crud off. Again, this was addressed in the same visit when they adjusted our settings but this adjustment has not fixed the problem.
After all of this I feel completely ripped off. We now joke about how our drinking water is the $5000 drinking water because that's all the system is good for. And even with that, we can't get cold drinking water because we can't drink the water from the fridge.
The ONLY positive thing I can say is the cleaning products we received with the water system are great. They obviously won't last as long as 5 years (what we were told) but I'm ok with that, because we are saving money on hygiene and cleaning products.
I don't know what else to say other than my overall experience has been disappointment. And every time someone has either come to address an issue or spoken to me over the phone, I am met with a condescending tone, a bunch of excuses, and no satisfactory solutions. In hindsight, I wish we would have just bought an RO system for drinking water and saved ourselves a few thousand dollars.
*Just a side note, but I actually had a Valley Environmental representative knock on my door the other day to "test" our water and see what crud is in there. I informed the woman that we already had purchased from VE. WHY are they soliciting to existing customers??? For some reason I found this to be highly irritating. Surely they must have a list of customers available so they aren't unnecessarily solicited to???*

I can believe that they have me waiting from 1100 to 1300 just to tell me that they will come next week and this is because I call them to find out what happened to the technician other wise I will be here at home just waiting for them

[redacted] was a great and convincing seller of the product. He cleaned things right off the carpet that I didn't think could be cleaned. When I asked him if he put anything in the spray bottle he was using with the filtered water from our kitchen faucet, he unscrewed the bottle and drank the water to prove he added nothing! :) Great demonstrations.
The men who came to install the system went above and beyond. They had to do some digging in our front yard and they did not complain or expect anything extra.
After the system was installed and we started using it, I was so happy to see the improvement in my skin. My skin was always so dry, flakey and itchy. No lotions seemed to help. The new system put into our house made the difference. My skin improved. No more dryness! :)

We could not be happier with Valley Environmental Resources and their services. They were fast, professional, and knew what they were doing. Our representative, [redacted], was so informative about the system and really sold us on it with his demonstrations and down to earth personality. Since having the water treatment system in our home, our lives have changed for the better! We no longer have to spend money on water bottles, cleaning our house is so much faster and easier, and our dishes and clothes are cleaner than ever! Highly recommend Valley Environmental Resources for anyone looking for a new long lasting water treatment system!

I have enjoyed the water so far and can already see the difference in the cleanliness of our dishes and shower. We no longer have a film on the glass or spots on our glass cups. I love the taste of the clean water and we have loved the feeling of our skin after getting out of the shower. I also really love that all our home products are eco-friendly and safe for our family.

My fiance and I purchased the watering process system and it's one of the best investments we've made. We enjoy having good clean drinking water to drink and to do our cooking with. We can taste the difference in our coffee and our tea compare to the regular "tap" water. Our skin feels a lot smoother after a shower or a bath. Also, when it comes to cleaning, we need very little soap to clean with. Overall, we love the product and wish we could have purchase this a long time ago.

We were skeptical at first, but after [redacted] went through his demonstration we were left speechless. Months later, I've saved so much on bottled water, our skin and hair is softer and our products i.e. laundry soap lasts so much longer than store detergent.

I have been useing the water filter system that VER has put in my house I can say that using the well water that I was getting from the water company where I live has been a big difference n all the things use water for. things are diffidently cleaner u can say from the RO system that we use to drink from and the tap where the main system filter my hole house my family has told me that the water feels a lot better and then before and there skin feels clean and even there hair and for me to be hearing that a lot makes me happy that I have made the right choice in doing t his. and the crew that came out made sure every thing was put in and working. and I can say by the time they were done it looked like they never was here. the best thing I like about the system was the payment plane " I had the choice of what my payments was going to be " and I like that and I can say this system is here to stay in my house. and if I ever plan on moving I will get in the next house in the future

We have been using the new water system for a little over 6 months and have been very happy with the changes we have seen. Our skin is softer, we do not have calcium build up on our facets and showers and the water tastes good. The team that worked with us from [redacted] in sales to the installation team were very professional and checked in on us through out the process to make sure we were happy and satisfied and had no issues. There is very little up keep aside from adding the salt pellets which is great!. I have also been using the laundry soap and multipurpose cleaner and we really love it.

Absolutely love the reverse osmosis system. Our water tastes SO good and our ice/water is clear!

Over all our experience was good. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of our questions. They were quick and professional to do what they needed to do and they didn't leave any mess. Love having our new water system and mostly looking forward to the health benefits of our cleaner drinking water. Thank you again.

I want to also say that the crew that installed the filtering system, were fast, friendly, professional and efficient installers. The benefits of this system is tremendous and thanks to this company, I have fresh clean water to drink, wash and clean. Another big plus for this company is the fact that they would contact you after the installation to see if every thing they said about that filtering system, was every thing they said it would do, and it did. My hats off to this company for providing an exceptional experience.

I am pleased with the quality of the drinking water and using it for my hummingbird feeder. For those of us who mix our own nectar, the difference between using hard water and soft water is remarkable. With hard water, you get sludge and guck inside the feeder, making it difficult to clean. With soft water, the feeder practically cleans itself. I cannot say for certain if the hummingbirds prefer soft water over hard in their nectar, but it disappears quickly!

It has been a few months since we had the water treatment system installed and we are well pleased with the Aqua Guard Water Treatment system.
We very much liked the service and explanations we got about the system from Robert S[redacted] and Bob G[redacted]. The installation went very smoothly and the workers were very good about cleaning up before they left.
The water is much softer than before. We do not need to use as much soap in general, for showering, washing dishes and doing laundry. For laundry we use less soap and there is less lint in the dryer filter. We love the drinking water part of the system and ice is very clear.
We like knowing that the whole house in connected to the system. The water treatment system will protect our water lines by removing the hard minerals before they enter the house.
When it is time to sell the house, we can take the system with us to the next house!

I absolutely love the feeling of my skin and hair after I have bathed with pure clean water, which the system provides. Also we do not get those pesky water spots on any of our clean dishes, when they dry they are spot free! Another awesome thing was the installation of the system and how quick it was executed as well as friendly technicians that completed the installation.
Now I want to say just a little something on the side of saving money, which we all like to do. My wife loves the fact that we only have to use a fraction of the amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo and even less body soap. With clean water everything lasts longer. I didn't believe it at first but like they say, "the proof is in the pudding."
I would like to go on the record and say that purchasing a water processor from Valley Environmental Resources was one of the best investments I have ever made.

It is not often that I spend any time with a salesperson going door to door in my neighborhood selling anything. But this time the young lady knew about water cleaner systems and I needed a small system to purify the water that goes to my refrigerators ice maker and cold water dispenser.
I like good tasting clean water to drink so I bought their AQUA Guard Water Treatment System and I am very, very happy the clean tasting water that their system produces!!\
I save much money $$, on the best bottle water that I don't buy because I am fussy about the water I drink.
I use the new spigot mounted next to my kitchen sink to rinse the glass ware (no spots} and to make coffee (better taste). The installers did an excellent and quick job, I was impressed.
By the way, the Aqua Guard system fits under my kitchen sink. I really think that I made very good decision with the Valley Environmental Resource people (Gary Yee) in
my purchase of my system. All of my concerns/questions were answered by Mr Yee.

It has been three months since my husband and I purchased and installed the Aqua Guard Water Treatment system. To say that we are extremely happy with the system is an understatement. Brian W[redacted] was a consummate professional, who was cordial, funny, and patient as he explained the products and services during the product sales and demonstration visit. Likewise, the installation went very smoothly and the workers were friendly, helpful, and good about cleaning up before they left. During the past three months, we have noticed that the water throughout our home is much softer than before and we have suffered less dry and flaky skin and rashes. Moreover, we are using a lot less soap for showering, washing dishes and doing laundry. Additionally, during our laundry loads, there appears to be less lint in the dryer filter and pills on our clothing. The quality of the drinking water is incomparable and the ice cubes are less cloudy. Equally impressive is the lack of hard water stains on dishes, sink and tub surfaces, and shower heads. We believe that having the whole house connected to the system, which removes hard minerals before they enter the house, will extend the life of our water lines and appliances. In conclusion, we are happy to report that we have yet to experience "buyers remorse" and look forward to many years of clean and tasty water and continued dealings with this family-centered business. All of my life, if I wanted good (tasteless) water, I had to go to a store and buy some name brand bottle. When I was younger I didn’t mind so much. But as I got older, and acquired a family and home. Having fresh drinking water became a chore. Every trip the grocery store now included six 1 gallon bottles that had to be carried around the store and then back into the house. On top of that, we lost valuable storage space in our already too small house.

All of that changed and more when we purchased our new water system. Now when the kids are thirsty, we bring a cup to the faucet and fill it up. No more dragging a water bottle to the counter to fill a cup and then returning it to its place.

My wife and I agree that the water taste even better than all the store bought water we have ever tried. The drinking system even hooks up to our ice maker. We never knew we could have ice cubes you could see through!

On top of all that, I have become a cleaner person. I used to wait until the weekend or when I had a block of time to break out all the cleaning supplies to do a correct job. Now I take a wet rag and wipe everything down with no worry of water spots. It might just be me, but I think the soft water works better than most of the cleaners I used to use anyway. Oh, and life without toilet rings is great!

My family couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If someone were to take it away, we would buy another one as soon as possible. Water is no longer something with think about, and it’s been a joy!

It was even fun to have our sales man Bob in our house. He taught us many cleaning tips and was very funny and helpful!
