The consumer is correct that we have been in contact regarding their withdrawal on numerous occasionsHowever, the user has not provided the requested information and or the attachment's they are sending at not being received properlyTo easily remedy this situation, DraftKings is willing to
provide the consumer with our Customer Experience Manager's personal email in order to procure the requested documentation for withdrawal approval & processing today.?

It seems apparent that the intent was certainly to misleadThe commercials not only imply but directly state that the promo codes will grant free entry into the Millionaire Maker event week oneThe commercials also say no deposit is required, but you said there is a $minimum requirementIt seems appropriate to think you are purposely misleading people and are hoping that no one will make an effort to fight it because the sums of money are smallHowever, this is blatant advertising and you need to rectify this problem immediately

DraftKings does not control the delivery of checks through the ***All records indicate this check was sent to the address on file associated the consumers account?

The consumer sent the following message to our Customer Support department last night:? ***? Yesterday 11:pmThis email does not answer my request to CLOSE THIS ACCOUNTI simply want to withdraw my funds and end my business with this firm.? The account has been closed and the $refund request will be approved for processing by our Accounting Department todayThe consumer will receive a confirmation email from our Accounting Department once the request has been processedThe funds will post to the consumers respective bank account within 2-business days once our Accounting Department has processed the request.?

With each attempt the business would not accept the request and would freeze the funds in my account? This business practice is what prompted my complaint? So I want to stress that the comment that the consumer failed to make a request is completely false?

This consumer claims that they have not been awarded their winnings, however fails to present that the winnings were credited to their accountPlease refer to the screenshot attached, where it clearly states that the consumers account was credited with the appropriate $worth of winnings which is
corresponding to their prize paying position in each contestThe $that the consumer references as not appearing in their account balance are funds that were used to enter contests, and then did not place in a prize paying positionWhen a user participates in a contest, and does not place in a prize paying position, they do not receive their entry fee backAs the consumer willingly entered these contests, we will not be issuing a refund for these contestsThe consumers account has been closed, per their request, and their remaining $account balance has been refunded back to them.?

This is falseI only filed the *** dispute AFTER DraftKings stated that the subscription promotion was not their responsibility, but ***'s, and AFTER *** stated that it was in fact DraftKings failure to provide them with my information weeks after making the required deposit
