The consumer simply needs to respond directly to the following incident which was sent to? ***, with their State Issued ID as the email statesOnce the consumer simply provides their state issued ID for verification purposes, our Accounting Department will process their requestThe consumer has failed to follow instructions and provide the requested information to date, thus delaying their withdrawal process.?

The qualifications to receive the prize were outlined in this contests's "full contest details" which is provided in the attached screenshotConsumers can find this page by going directly to the contest and clicking the "full contest rules & prizes" linkIn the full contest details, the rules
indicate that the customer must live within miles of the city limits to be eligible for the prizeAs the customer did not live miles from the city limits, they were not eligible for the prizeIf there is any further mediation required, the merchant will be more than happy to comply.?

I have recieved my Credit card statement showing the $charge going back on my card? *** *** told me they have notified draftkings of this on Nov4th ? I don't know what kind of game draftking is playingAll I know is they are not paying me my funds and are avoiding me.?

As the consumer has failed to follow up directly to the reply from the merchant and created new emails, they have continued to receive a template response.? We do not have a phone line for customer related mattersWe receive a very high volume of inquires per day and the most efficient way to address all of them is via emailPhone support, would hinder our ability to fully address all inquiries received on a given dayAll customer related inquiries are fielded via email and instant chat currentlyThe consumers account was restricted because their? most recent deposit attempts into your DraftKings account have flagged their account as fraudulentThey failed numerous deposit attemptsWe have placed restrictions on your account pending verificationYou may still log in to your account, however, you may not be able to deposit, withdraw, and/or enter new contests.Please send pictures of the following to [email protected] :Photocopy of license or any other state issued id? While the consumer claims they never received the said check, the merchant never had the check returned to our officeThe consumer should contact their local postal office for additional information.?

Their commercial clearly offers a free entry into the millionaire maker and says nothing about a $entry

I will restate for the record once again that I never violated the terms of use at Draftkings Inc and am rightfully owed the remaining balance in my accountThe email correspondence supplied by Draftkings Incshows and proves the following:? 1) Draftkings never demonstrated or showed such evidence to prove I was in violation of any terms of useThe reason being, there was no evidence because I participated well within the terms of use.2) Draftkings created fictitious suspicions, of my opponent's and I's participation, in order to withhold all my rightfully won winnings.................I can assure the Revdex.com that I participated no differently from any of Draftkings hundreds of thousands of users who are well within the terms of use.3) Draftkings Inc accuses my opponents of being "Dummies" due to their submitted lineups, thus claiming them and myself to be in violation of terms of use............I can supply statements, from my referrals/opponents that will swear they submitted lineups in which they thought capable of winningThey will also admit to being extremely inexperienced in playing Daily Fantasy Sports, but they wanted to give it a tryThey will also swear on being completely offended by Draftkings Incfor incenuating they not only were "Dummies" but accusing them of wrongdoing as well? 4) Draftkings purposely ignored and withheld all of my account's information, that I requested numerous times, in order to keep me from proving every transaction made was well within Draftkings Incterms of use.? The facts are Draftkings Incis a Fantasy Gambling site, whose operating under the UIGEA Gambling Act that states playing daily fantasy sports is considered legal because its deemed to be a game of SKILL and not a game of chanceIt is that same act, that Draftkings Inc is operating under, to be in violation themselves under the federal law? My opponents had no experience whatsoever, extremely limited skill level and they participated and lost fairly and withing not only Draftkings Incs terms of use, but the UIGEA Gambling Act 2006, as well.Ultimately, Draftkings Incis using my opponents zero skill level, as a suspicious reason to accuse myself and I'm sure countless other Draftkings users, of fraud and violation of their terms of useDraftkings Inc's own terminology in it's terms of use, is not only extremely confusing to the average user, but it's wording allows Draftkings Incto withhold any/all funds from players based on unproven suspicions, which would be very similiar to a *** Scheme.? In the past year, the UIGEA Gambling Act has been under heavy scrutiny and challenged in courtsDftaftkings Incthemselves are under investigation by the FBI for possible violating insider trading lawsWhile being investigated, in the past months, Draftkings Incwas proven to be in violation of federal and state laws by the New York State's Attorney GeneralNumerous lawsuits have been filed against Draftkings Incand are either pending or cases have been settled or wonStates have banned Draftkings Incfrom operating in.? ? I am rightfully owed well over $by Draftkings Inc and I don't know how many others or how much other money is owed to past players of Draftkings IncI've reached out to the Revdex.com for help in recovering my rightfully owed moneyFurthermore, I ask the Revdex.com themselves to open an investigation into the daily operations of Draftkings Inc? The consumers need to be warned and protected from situations like I'm in, where I paid money to play, I won money and Draftkings Increfuses to pay based on accusations and fictitious scenariosWhat Draftkings Incis ultimately doing is accepting bets/money to enter their leagues, with heavy risk they won't pay winners because their opponents weren't educated or skilled enough.? We understand that having players in an NBA game that was postponed is an unfortunate situation that does not create the DraftKings experience you were hoping for.? We know that being negatively affected by the postponement is frustratingWe extended an invitation? for the customer to play
in a free $10,free coll contest, as well as refunded the commissions? for the affected entries which we feel is a amicable resolution.?

The consumer filed a dispute (chargeback) with their payment providerThis matter is now in mediation between the consumer's bank and the company's merchant bankThe consumer should contact their bank for an update as there is no action that will be taken on the company's behalf on this
forum.?

Verifying consumers identity is a standard operating procedure of the merchantAs the consumer failed a knowledge based verification process, the standard operating procedure is to obtain physical documents to verify a consumers identityThis policy is explicitly stated in the merchants terms of
service"Entrants may be requested to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) and/or appropriate tax forms and forms of identification including but not limited to a Driver's License, Proof of Residence, and/or any information relating to payment/deposit accounts as reasonably requested by DraftKings in order to complete the withdrawal of prizesFailure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes."
