I reject the response based on the fact that this company has refused to explain why there were two (2) account numbers in my name? One which I used and set up and the other pulling unauthorized "recurring" withdrawals? I was alerted to this by my bank's? Fraud? Department? I have asked for an? explanation? times via email because they refuse to speak with me? Every email they have ignored.This is the basis for the original complaint and they have REFUSED to explain it? The bank feels my identity may have been compromised and this group has conveniently failed to address or explain the the two (2) account numbers and unauthorized withdrawalsMoreover, they? accused? me of filing a claim and at this point I have set up alerts for Credit? Monitoring.The fact they refuse to address it and respond suggests that they either do not care, don't have an explanation or they do not want to disclose what they have discovered

Revdex.com: the have already? filed? requests, I wont be filing a thirdone on 11/and they sent me a verification email saying fill out another request.I sent my ID and shortly after that they cancelled my request.....I will not be satisfied until? administration? contacts me personallybecause obviously they are not being truthfuli sent a id on the 3rd and they cancelled my request shortly after that, again on the 5th, ans my inquiries went unanswered, so I sent another I sent another sent another on the and shortly after they cancelled....im not going thru this again, somebody from administration can? contact? me with the number I gave the Revdex.com night or dayone question is, "how long after a request is filed is it cancelled"??? the answer is there is no set time, but when you give them a picture id for the third time....they already had my ID from the first time they cancelled, because I got verification, so why not just send the money? immediately when I filled out my second id?....and you did? receive? the id before you cancelled, and I bet a forensic computer? analyst? could prove that, and its looking like thats the way its headingthe only way this get worked out is if a admin calls me and tells me there sorry for the stall? tactics, or for the? incompetence? for the workers involved

As stated in the previous reply the consumer received the following confirmation email regarding the withdrawal request in question:? ? "Hi ***,Your $DraftKings Withdrawal has been processed? As stated in the aforementioned confirmation email, we refunded? transactions totaling $to *** card ending in ***The consumer is failing to realize that they will NOT see a lump sum of $post back to this account, but rather (as the email states) individual transactions totaling $post back to the respective cardThe consumer should review their account statement carefully and they will find individual refunds from DraftKings within their accountThere is no further action the company will be able to take regarding this matter

Contrary to what the consumer believes, he did insert the incorrect *** email upon their withdrawal requestDraftKings does not manually submit withdrawal requests for users whom request a withdrawal and the consumer is responsible for submitting the proper addressThis dispute can closed as *** as returned the $1,to the consumers accountThe consumer can confirm this and DraftKings is happy to provide any documentation needed to validated the claim as well.?

DraftKings has debited the $and created a withdrawal for the remaining balance.?

The fact remains that DraftKings made the error and not the users.? I would think that when a company makes a mistake it’s the company that should suffer the consequences and not the usersDraftKings could have easily made the decision to refund the entry fee for users affected by the issues and continued the contest for users that were unaffected? and that did nothing wrongThat option would have provided users with potentially winning lineups an opportunity to still win money in the contestThat would have meant further losses to DraftKings, so a user can only assume that’s why that did not happen? ? You are correct that this situation is less than idealI hope regulators take these types of scenarios into account when crafting daily fantasy regulationsIf contests are to be truly fair then regulators need to consider more than just insider information and collusionThey need to ensure that users are being treated fairly in instances where the company has technical issues that affect the outcome of a contest? ?
