Based on our internal review, we see that the customer entered this contest on three different occasions but also withdrew two of those entries prior contest lockThe third entry that the customer submitted went live at 8:59:PM EST, which was one second prior to lockThis shows that any edit
attempted to make to this entry would not have been possible prior to the 9:00:PM EST start time especially as both Byfuglien and Klefbom's individual games began at PM EST.We are confident in our investigation and subsequent findings that there was no errorFor the inconvenience we have applied a $deposit bonus to your account which will release as you continue to play on the site.Thank you.

The consumer in question has been sent three email requesting to provide their IDThey consumer has failed to attach their ID to any one of those emails, thus why their withdrawal request has been cancelledThe consumer still has an account balance of $5,in their account and they are
free to submit a withdrawal request at this timeThe consumer can also respond to any of the following emails sent to them on September 21st (two requests for and ID) and then on September 28thAll the consumer has to do is take a picture of their ID and attach it to the emailOnce we have procured this document (and they have submitted a withdrawal request) we can approve their withdrawalThis is not a miscommunication, but rather a user error regarding the attachment of an document to an email.

This matter has been deemed resolved by DraftKings as the consumer in question has been refunded, evidence as such by the rebuttal provided to them.

The merchants risk assessment team has sufficient evidence that indicates that that the consumer was operating multiple accounts for monetary gain which included illegitimate promotional bonusesThis is a violation of the merchants terms of service and player agreementThe merchant will not be taking any further action as the consumers $deposit has been refundedWe will be happy to comply with any further mediation.

There have been zero credits to my Debit card, and I have not received a check in the mail. It has been two months, and I haven't received a dime. I have emails that I have sent numerous times, and every single response was a auto response. I am serious DraftKings. I will pursue legal action, and this will cost you a whole lot more than a measly that you still owe me. The only transactions on my back statements are deposits to your company, none from your company to me. This is not going to go away, I will pursue this till the end. Your response even in this Revdex.com complaint is copy and paste. you just change numbers and names. Give me my money!Regards,

The rules, which are not clearly stated by draftkings, and not allowing player changes, puts players in this position, making it completely a game of chance, and not skill. In addition, losing close to $1,000, is not made up for by giving a person a 1/chance to win back a small portion of their money. draftkings takes an extremely large amount of commission on each game, yet, have set less than clear rules that are to no benefit of anyone but themselves. In addition, when this same situation happened last year, I was refunded my entries, showing no consistency in their business ethics
