I am so happy with the quality of this necklace. It is sturdy yet delicate. I love the craftsmanship and the artistry. And I love the message of peace. I am so happy with it I ordered two so I can give one as a gift.

I had a question about shipping and they replied quickly (though it took two weeks to get the item).

I purchased a t-shirt that was obviously defective. The entire hem came out after it was worn twice. Our only option was a 15% refund, or I could pay for return shipping and send it back for a full refund for the $24 shirt. There was no option for a replacement because of how their system works. There are much better options for less money and reliable service. Their products aren't special, quality of the t-shirt is poor, and customer service stinks. Canned responses that are entirely unhelpful are frustrating. She kept repeating that I had 30 days to make a return if I am dissatisfied with the product. That is not the same as Viral Style printing on a defective shirt and sending to to me. If something is wrong they should be able to replace the item or make it right.

Viral style helped me tremendously!! I wanted to find a gift for my brother, whom is a veteran, and I found the perfect gift but messed my own order up!! Gabriela helped me out and fixed my order via email and now my order is correct and my brother will be thrilled!!!

Customer service was too notch but processing could use some work. I went there weeks without a message confirming that my order was sent. Sent an email and Brittany quickly took care of things and it arrived quickly in four days. When it arrived it was actually the wrong shade of green. But I'll survive that I guess. I'm happy with my experience and would order again.

Morgan and the staff handled a problem that arose with my order. They were professional and extremely helpful. The problem was resolved within minutes. I wioukd order items using viral style in the future.

The print was off on my sweater so they refunded the purchase and let me keep the sweater. As annoying it is was, now I have a sweater to lounge around the house in or wear on a cleaning day. So overall, I'm happy I didn't have to deal with the return of a defected item. I don't like the hassle of returning things because I'm a busy mom of two. Thank you for resolving this viral style.

I purchased a t-shirt and received an email on 4/6/16 that it had shipped. I wrote to the company on 5/3 stating I had not received it yet as I needed it for a birthday gift soon. I received an immediate response from Wyatt stating it was delayed but they would get it out as soon as possible. I received the product on 5/9 in upstate new york. The shirt was perfect, exactly what I expected. The customer service was great and I would definitely purchase from them again. just be sure to give yourself plenty of time for arrival!

I ordered 2 of the lovely pink & black Cat Tanks from this Company & was unable to use my discount code. I did the live chat with a very nice representative named Nahom. He responded very quickly, was extremely nice & very helpful. He put the code in for me, and refunded the discount, directly back into my PayPal Account. I purchased a Tank for me, & one for my Sister, and I'm also going to share the link with all of my Cat loving Friends! I Highly Recommend this Wonderful company & it's nice employees to Everyone!
