Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am not sure what communications MrScott D [redacted] is referring to, but our last response is the same as todays responseNo one has answered my question as to whether or not I can be FORCED to subscribe to an "Auto-Pay" scenario through my bank or credit card company.As I have stated, I do not now nor do I intend to have any of my debts paid through such a p rogram Furthermore, I demand that I receive a proper Billing Statementin a timely fashion, so that I can pay my debts by personal check The Vivint Company is absolutely not responding to these basic requestsThey continue to insist thatI subscribe to their "Auto-Pay" program before I can have access to a monthly billing statementThis seems absurd and possibly illegal to meIs there anyone at the Revdex.comwho can advise me about my rights as a consumer? As far as I am concerned, if they cannot bill me in a fashion, they (Vivint) can come and remove their equipment from my homeThe sooner, the better Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Vivint Solar has made contact with our customer [redacted] and is working towards a resolution to resolve any issues their account may have

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have sent back the agreement signed and dated with the adjustment of a clause of a termination of the relationship between myself and Vivint (as in to NOT reinstall the solar panel) - as requested in this complaint as wellVivint at this point says they will not pay the agreed amount to me unless the panels are reinstalledWe had agreed to settle with Vivint this way we could proceed and get our roof fix by a trusted roofer higher by me not Vivint, the amount we have settle for was way less than it would cost me to get my roof fixTherefore, I had to pay out of pocket to fix my roof that Vivint damagedVivint has showed to incompetent in installation of panels the first time, and in diagnosing the damageThe only reason they reassessed the damage was due to the complaint to the Revdex.com after months of phone callsThe damage resolution department is a jokeI want nothing to do with this companyI am entitled to the amount of money we settle on as Vivint has clearly admitted they were in the wrong doing on multiply occasion and I do not want to have to deal with this again, meaning I don’t want the panels reinstalled on my new roof, risking damage againSincerely, [redacted]

Our Fleet Performance team has been working with the customer previous to this complaint and has since escalated the customer's information and communication to their leadership team? An assessment of their system is being conducted thanks to the assistance from the customer in providing the requested information? The resolution has still yet to be reached, but we will continue to work with the customer, improving our communication as well

Vivint Solar will be honoring our Commitment to our valued customer We have called out and left a message on their phone to inform them of the status of the incentive

Vivint Solar is currently working to arrange an animal guard install appointment with our customerThe total cost of guards has been calculated out to $306.15, an invoice has been emailed to our customer and an appointment will be scheduled upon the invoice being paid The credit concerns will need to be addressed with the receiving utility company, looking through the solar system's production history, the system has been producing very well, and is consistently producing the amount it was designed to produce

Vivint Solar has contacted the customer to discuss their concernsWe have made the changes to the customers account so that they will be able to view their invoices as well as set up an automatic bill pay optionWe will continue to work with the customer to resolve their concerns

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have had over a year to contact the customer and on numerous occasions have called or emailed me and asked me to contact the customer This is unacceptable and they need to remedy the situation immediatelyThis is their problem not mine and I refuse to be harassed further because of their incompetenceThis is far from professionalThey called me again the other day, if this is how they do business then they should not be allowed to continue to do business at all, Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Vivint Solar was able to provide repairs to the customers homeCustomer has expressed concerns with the after initial repairs were madeVivint Solar has reached out to a third party contractor to satisfy the concerns of the customer.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because we never received a final signed contract with the option to cancel within daysThey have not provided an email showing that we received the contractWe would like the option to buyout with the transfer agreement we received from VivintWe are Williams ng to pay half the buyout price.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: my system is now producing 1/of the power it did a year ago so obviously the previous bills were either wrong and I was way over charged or there is still an issue with the system that needs to be addressedHave again tried contacting local Vivint solar reps with no response Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Vivint has told me numerous times that they want to fix the issue but has still failed to deliver that serviceVivint does not seem to be in any rush to fix it considering the response I have been getting from themThey had their chance on numerous accounts to resolve the issue and I am done doing business with them and would like the non working panels off my roof Sincerely, [redacted]

Vivint Solar communicated with the customer on 11/and has come to a resolution with the customer in regard to their complaint

Vivint Solar reached out to the customer to discuss their complaint via telephone on 6/19/17, we spoke to the wife and she advised to call her husbandVivint Solar will continue to reach out to [redacted] the the customer regarding the complaint and to come to a resolution within the terms of the agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am waiting to hear back from vivint to see if we can finally come up with a solution to this problem that has been on going for over months Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time Vivint Solar is denying fault for the roof damage The panels have been installed since 9/and only recently did the roof start to show signs of wear Our Damage assessment performed indicated the shingles may have not been properly installed We have provided the customer an option for her to have a 3rd party contractor to review the situation and provide their opinion The customer did so, the customer claims the contractor states Vivint Solar is in fact at fault This was one week ago, We asked the customer provide the contractor's number so we could discuss in more detail The contractor has been called approximately times, but has not yet been heard fromRegarding the savings concerns our customer has expressed, She has submitted her past months utility bills, and currently an analysis is being performed The contract will not be cancelled as it has not been breached Vivint Solar responded to our customer and performed a damage assessment as soon as We were notified about potential damage at the home We will continue to work with our customer to address her concerns and do whatever we can within the means of the agreement to improve their experience with Vivint Solar

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the incident occurred on 9/27/and as of 12/20/the work is not completed I find this to be unacceptable as I had to fight with the company to even get the whole in my ceiling repaired - no their answer is unacceptable Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have been in contact with the customer regarding their situationAt this time we are looking into their requested resolution to see if we are able to adhere to their requestsWe will continue to keep in contact with the customer regarding the outcome
