Vivint Solar spoke with the customer and confirmed with her that her mortgage company was able to release the funds with out needing to obtain a W-9/Waiver of lienA panel removal appointment was scheduled for Wednesday 12/20/We will continue to work with the customer until their concerns have been resolved

Vivint Solar is currently in communication with the customer regarding the complaintWe are currently pending copies of the utility bills to perform a system analysis and explain to the customer the benefits of having solar Vivint Solar will continue to reach out to the customer regarding the complaint

We have been in contact with the customer and have offered different solutions to help address the customer's concernsAt this time the customer is requesting a solution outside of the agreement termsWe will continue to offer alternative solutions but will not able to provide the desired resolution as stated in the complaint

Systems are designed based off of usage and available roof space, and not the square footage of a homeFor example, we can only install on certain roof types and do not install on North facing roof sections due to low sun hours due to the earth's tiltThe customer's system was designed based on the customer's provided usage at the time, taking into account additional restraints present for example the customer's system is installed on the available south facing roof spaceVivint Solar is with in the terms and conditions of the Power Purchase Agreement which also states in section 10.b "We do not warrant or guarantee the amount of energy produced by the system for any period...You understand that You may require more electricity than the system may generateIf you need any such additional energy, then You shall be solely responsible to obtain such energy from the Utility at Your cost" Vivint Solar provided the agreed upon system size as was presented in the Customer Welcome Packet and Installation Work OrderThe customer is currently in default of that agreement as they have shut off of their system and refused to work with Vivint Solar to rectify the situation

Our Solar Workout team is attempting to reach out to the customer to address the request for itemized paper billing We hope to make contact soon to resolve their concerns We will continue to reach out to the customer via phone to ensure the customer is able to address any additional concerns

We are continuing to work with the customer to resolve the concerns presented and had reached out to the customer today There has been progress made on the customer's account and we will continue to progress and communicate with the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is the fourth appointment that has been scheduled and the problem has not been fixedThe billing has not stopped and my refund has not been generatedThis is not a solution to the fact that they have been billing me for a year that the system never workedI was told the bills were an estimate of production, but that a refund could not be issued because there was no way to estimate my productionI find it unethical to be able to estimate for billing purposes, but not for refund purposes.? Vivint Solar has scheduled an additional appointment on 7/to address the system issue and will follow up with the customer after the appointment to ensure the system is operational

Vivint Solar is happy to reimburse any monies paid for Solar Power, that was not produced during the timeframe mentionedWe will communicate the amout of thr refund to the customer directly

Vivint Solar was able to schedule a Service appointment for 06/29/We have confirmed that the system is online and producingWe are still working with the customer regarding compensationVivint Solar has requested a copy of the customers current utility bill, so we may determine an appropriate compensation amountThe customer has agreed to send a copy of his new bill once he has received it.?

As per the customer's contract, "a customer-requested shutdown during the first five years of the agreement will be done at our sole discretion and at a cost mutually agreed before we remove the system." After "the fifth anniversary of the in-service date" the customer will then only be required to pay a fee of $499.? The customer signed the Power Purchase Agreement on 7/7/On 8/7/the customer signed the Installation Work Order thereby accepting the system's installation and the contract terms of the PPA.? Vivint Solar has contacted the customer on 6/13/and has provided them with this information?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Vivint solar has contacted me over the past MONTHS and when they do it is a person that has no clue what is going and doesn't know anything about my situation and then tells me they will get back to me and never doesThen when I call back they tell me they handed it off to another department and they will get back to me and again they never doIt has been way to long of this back and fourth of getting no answersI have no resolution to my problem and that is why im rejecting itJust because some one calls me or e-mails me and says " im looking into it" and then I never hear from them again is not good enoughI just want the work that was promised by contract completedThank you Sincerely, [redacted]
