Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I asked in the email I sent to Vivint @[email protected] on 9/25/to be contacted back regarding the inability to access my account via their website In this email I attached an email that was sent earlier that day on 9/25/asking about my invoices for July, August and September since I cannot access them I was also inquiring about the credits I was to receive for my system being off for the entire month of July No one has responded to either email to date When I did call, I was told my credits would be cumulative starting in October I was told previously that the credits would reflect on September's invoice There are conflicting statements being made I would like to see my invoices for July, August and September but am unable to access them via the website I have asked several times for assistance with this I feel that my requests are just ignored yet I am called constantly by the billing department (automated) regarding my balance Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: That is not entirely true I keep trying to reach out to them only? to get an answering machine - I think they owe me compensation for their negligence and ignoring a problem on my roof.? Can someone get them to answer that?? Can someone get them to talk to me?? Can someone get a qualified/certified technician? to check out panels? on roof?? And why am I required to pay Vivint and National Grid bothI am out plus Vivint's last billing.? I am tired of being told how sorry they are that I sort of was overlooked and did not notice anything was wrong until I got that monster bill from National Grid.? All they kept saying is that they were so sorry, so very sorryThat does not fix the situation no help me out - I am on a very low fixed budgeted income and have other obligations monetarily.? Will someone stop saying they are sorry and do something about this, please.? ? I just called again this morning and left message with Executive Customer Resolution Specialist Jeanette J [redacted] pleading that we work together but I need that money back.? Also she promised me I could run space heaters.? I cannot even keep one going financially.? Also asked her a favor - for days at degrees shut down your heat, just shut it down entirely and see how it feels to try and function under those conditionsSimple request no one in their right mind would do unless they really cared.? Well that is exactly what Vivint is forcing me to do, I HAVE NO CENTRAL HEAT just that machine.? Thank you = Please help Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I will need time to see if they actually resolve the issueThey still say they are reviewing the system The system does not produce enough solar power because at times the system does not work Let's see if they follow through or if they keep giving us the runaround by not responding Sincerely, [redacted]

Viivnt Solar's Customer Success Department reached out to the customer regarding the complaint? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:How and when are they attempting to contact me? I called I think it was last week several times in one evening until I got too tired to stay up any longer and that was around 10:PM Just ask them, please How is it they are trying to accomplish this "Contact" maneuver? I resent that and find it insulting I keep reaching out to them, only to be ignored with "I am away from my desk but I will get back to you" When? How? Not to mention I just got my usual professional notification of monies owed Yes that was sarcasm It could not get any less professionalThey are dragging this out until one of us, you or me, folds They just might make it, cause I grow weary of the same old line We are trying to contact the client Lawyers play that game, well Vivint isn't all that bad at it eitherI guess to years of bantering should do it! Sincerely, [redacted]

Vivint Solar spoke with the customer to resolve her concerns and satisfy her requestsVivint Solar will continue to work with the customer to ensure that she continues to stay satisfied

In the state of California, Vivint Solar is required by the State to record a "Notice of an Independent Solar Energy Producer Contract" using a form provided by the CA Public Utilities Commission The State clearly defines the filing as having no lien, encumbrance, or title defect against the real property When the customer notified Vivint Solar that his reverse mortgage company had questions about the filing, Vivint Solar reached out to the lender and reverse mortgage company in question Vivint Solar quickly explained the filing, referred the company to the CAPUC website and sent a business letter to the mortgage company stating that Vivint Solar does not have any security rights on the real property and that the only interest relates to the ownership and maintenance of the solar photovoltaic system Vivint Solar recently confirmed that the customer's reverse mortgage should proceed without incident

Vivint Solar has attempted to contact the complainantAlthough Vivint Solar is a separate company from the local utility companies that allow their residential consumers to participate in our solar program, our agents and representatives do work with these entities to meet the standards of local utility legislationNet metering is a requirement, and solar customers who do not participate in net metering cannot have their solar system interconnected into a utility company's power gridThere is typically no charge to the consumer to have an existing meter replaced by a net meterIt is common practice for our sales representatives to make new customer's aware of the necessity to have a net meter

? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We are still negotiating with Vivint and have not come to a resolution yetI wish you had a response that said that we need more time rather than only reject or accept the business response Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response provided to you is too briefPlease know that I agree to the the next STEP towards a resolution, but my complaint has NOT BEEN RESOLVEDI spoke with Jessica from the Executive Resolutions department twice today Her first resolution offer was to compensate me for the savings we lost from the time without out panels I explained that a few hundred dollars is not my concern My concern is that Vivint Solar is not capable for caring for the well-being of my home or familyI explained again that since they have not honored their part of our contract that it should be terminated, and that I wanted my dealing with Vivint to be permanently behind me Jessica then scheduled a meeting with a committee to review my account and my complaint That meeting is to take place on Wednesday, 2/21/ She has promised to call me back with information by Thursday, 2/ I agreed to this action, BUT I cannot know if this plan will result in a solution If Vivint remains unwilling to terminate my contract, I will be interested in any further help or guidance that the Revdex.com can offer I explained this to Jessica when we spoke last Thank you so much for your time and help with this issue I truly appreciated hearing from Vivint that they had heard from you, and as a result they have at least started to respond So at this timeI do not want the Revdex.com to take any action but to KEEP MY COMPLAINT OPEN until I Vivint has met and contacted me on Thursday, 2/22/ Again, PLEASE KEEP my complain OPEN! Sincerely, [redacted] ***
