I am rejecting this response because: the salesman guaranteed that I would receive a $tax credit.? (that is the trick of the company).? I ask him what if I don't received a $6,tax credit he said there was no way I would not receive it.? So I got the solar.? (advertisement by their salesman).? I am sure they have gotten others this way
Sincerely,

Vivint Solar acknowledges that the conduit for the solar system was not installed in the location it told the customers the conduit would be installed, but offered to relocate the conduit several months ago? Unfortunately, the customer will not allow Vivint Solar to perform any additional
work.? With respect to the leak, Vivint Solar has not been able to determine whether the damage to the customers’ roof was caused by the installation of the solar panelsVivint Solar has requested additional information concerning the damage from the contractor who inspected the customers' roof, but has yet to receive a response? In the meantime, Vivint Solar has contacted the customers' attorney and is working to address the customers' concerns.? ? Vivint Solar remains willing to relocate the conduit so that it meets the specifications provided to the customer and will continue to work with the customers and their attorney to address any damage to the roof that the installation may have caused.?
An appointment to visit the home has been scheduled, Vivint Solar will be visiting the home to assess our customers concerns further? Our visit will be to determine if there are any issues with the system or the installation? Regarding the radiation concerns, this is a rather unheard of
concern? Further investigation will be taking place on the radiation matter.?

I am rejecting this response because: they have not yet sent the information they committed to sending. They stated the information would be received within 30 minutes of our call but they have not yet been received more than 2 hours later. I tried calling back but did not have the contact info of the individual because he never sent it.

I am rejecting this response because: That is not entirely true I keep trying to reach out to them only? to get an answering machine - I think they owe me compensation for their
negligence and ignoring a problem on my roof.? Can someone get them to answer that?? Can someone get them to talk to me?? Can someone get a qualified/certified technician? to check out panels? on roof?? And why am I required to pay Vivint and National Grid bothI am out plus Vivint's last billing.? I am tired of being told how sorry they are that I sort of was overlooked and did not notice anything was wrong until I got that monster bill from National Grid.? All they kept saying is that they were so sorry, so very sorryThat does not fix the situation no help me out - I am on a very low fixed budgeted income and have other obligations monetarily.? Will someone stop saying they are sorry and do something about this, please.? ? I just called again this morning and left message with Executive Customer Resolution Specialist Jeanette J*** pleading that we work together but I need that money back.? Also she promised me I could run space heaters.? I cannot even keep one going financially.? Also asked her a favor - for days at degrees shut down your heat, just shut it down entirely and see how it feels to try and function under those conditionsSimple request no one in their right mind would do unless they really cared.? Well that is exactly what Vivint is forcing me to do, I HAVE NO CENTRAL HEAT just that machine.? Thank you = Please help
