I am rejecting this response because:I have purchased over 20 cars and trucks and have never had this happen in any vehicle. Its a shame that Volkswagen is such a terrible company as far as standing behind their product. I will never purchase another one of their products and will be sure to tell everyone about how bad their product is.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, you are correct that a franchise is independent, but I'm sure this and many other franchise VW dealers offered this, or similar, policies only upon the approval from Volkswagen of America. I doubt that any franchise has the authority to offer this type of insurance without the prior approval from Volkswagen of America.How many other VW franchise dealers offered this policy and how much profit did they, [redacted], and Volkswagen of America gain from not paying the refund?Volkswagen of America needs to take responsibility in offering this policy through their dealerships and this insurance company, which they approved.Again, this is nothing but a deceitful and anti-consumer situation which they need to take ownership and resolve!

I am rejecting this response because:
You guys are all part of the same company! This is th me headquarters and you need to address this with your fellow employees!  Brushing off the issue saying that you need the location to handle the situation is null and void! Your employee [redacted] ran my social security number without my authorization! It is not fair what he did and I want it REMOVED from my credit report. I went to [redacted] Volkswagen with my own financing and he knew that! I repeatedly said that to him!  What he did was dishonest, disgusting and very distasteful! This should never have happened! I only knew what he did whilst I was sitting waiting for him in his office while he claimed he was talking to his boss. I only gave my social security for my car insurance and I asked why would he need it and he said it was for the car insurance.  Remove the inquiry! And I didn’t not authorize [redacted] Volkswagen to run my social nor did I authorize to give my social to anyone else!

I am rejecting this response because: they did nothing to help.Was told by VW customer advocacy rep VW has a field unit that serves as a liaison between them and [redacted]. Still no action taken. Dealership will continue to ignore problem and VW doesn’t care since they’re not interested in being involved at the dealership level. It is no surprise your business earned an F rating with Revdex.com.I am a first time and will be a last time VW customer.
