May 1, 2017[redacted] Lyle, WA [redacted]RE: 2014 Volkswagen [redacted] Case: [redacted] / [redacted] VIN: [redacted]Dear [redacted]:Please allow this to serve as response to your Revdex.com correspondence dated 4/28/2017. As of the date of this letter, there are no documents uploaded in the TDI portal for review – Claim # [redacted]. After speaking with the department who handles the TDI Settlement Program, in order to proceed with your claim, the following information will need to be submitted:· Government Issued ID· Government Issued Vehicle Registration (on or after 9/18/15)· Financial Consent Form· Power of Attorney if applicableI know you previously mentioned that you do not have copies of the vehicle registration and the DMV cannot provide copies of old registrations. The TDI Settlement department advised me to inform you to submit a copy of the receipt history and they will review all submitted documentation at that time. Please submit these requested documents to the TDI Settlement Portal at your earliest convenience. I am rejecting this response because:They are offering just a generic response. They are not offering any solution to this huge problem. Just wait and we will contact you when we come up with a solution is not a proper response. What am I supposed to do with this vehicle? Keep it until they decide what to do? When ? It's costing me money. It's ashame this is happening to Audi cars. I will never buy again from them. [redacted] just won a customer. Instead of waiting I will head to he [redacted] dealership.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I have still not been given a clear and concise answer to the reasons why one vehicle(owner Rob G[redacted]) is qualified for repair and mine is not. Again, I am not asking for any of his personnal information, I am asking for the technicalities. I feel I am owed at least that with all the inconvenience you guys put customers through.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
It fails to address the issue. I have called VW and the option is to just leave a message with the TDI litigation department or the customer service agent states that he/she does not have the authority to change the offer. This is why I opted to contact Revdex.com, the lack of compassion and regards to my matter. I would like for someone who has the authority to change the settlement offer. As a consumer I did not do anything wrong; I paid for the vehicle as price advertised, worked very to hard to pay-off my loan but now I face with the reality of having been purposely misled by VW and my vehicle is not what I expected.

We sincerely apologize for any service-relateddifficulties you may have experienced with the vehicle. We have thoroughly reviewed the service history of your vehicle. Volkswagen of America, Inc.  Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Volkswagen is refusing to take ownership of their mistakes in misleading the public about the ability of the vehicles they sell. The warranty provided for the failed fuel pump is useless when Volkswagen knows that it is a faulty part and they keep selling it and not giving any notice to the consumer, and lying about the ability of their vehicles. I was "guaranteed" my vehicle would run over 200,000 miles with proper maintenance by the Volkswagen sales person and my engine was ruined at 129,000 miles due to their faulty part. I had regular maintenance at the dealership and was never informed of their faulty high pressure fuel pump, even though it was under investigation at the time and I could of had it replaced before it ruined the engine but due to Volkswagens choice in deceiving their customers, that knowledge was kept from me. I intend to never purchase another Volkswagen and to inform others of their choice to keep deceiving the American public and to not fix their mistakes.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response of we can't do that is a very
poor answer. If the EPA told you to fix
this and add this feature it would be done.
Given the emission scandal and the way my issues was handled I will not
recommend VW to any friends or family members.
I will be willing to give positive feedback once this feature is added
to my car

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Fraudulently not disclosing the fact that the vehicle was a manufacture buyback with a branded title on the date of purchase is not a "sales related difficulty",  it is stealing. My wife and I purchased the vehicle on June 20, 2014. The form which you are referring to was signed a week later on June 27, 2014, only by wife, who was mislead and misinformed that it was a standard purchase document of no significance.  I, the co-buyer of this vehicle, did not sign this document because I was never shown or properly informed of this information.  This document states it must be shown to the vehicle purchasers on the date of purchase, not a week after the purchase has been finalized by a sleazy car salesman.  What is the point of even having such documents if they are not correctly filled out or shown to the customer on the correct date? Does Volkswagen not care how their dealerships operate under their name or hold these dealerships accountable?  The sale of this vehicle was not legitimate or acceptable.
