Revdex.com:
You people are wonderful.  I kept calling (4-5 times) and kept asking what they wanted - I got what they said and asked what needed to do with info and they gave me different reasons why they couldn't except my new paper work   They called me today and I do believe they are going to try and resolve this.
Thank you!!!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Wageworks' response is totally unacceptable. First of all, I do appreciate that Wageworks responded to my Revdex.com complaint the next day. However, this swift response shows that they did not even brother to contact me directly to further investigate my concerns and to learn how to correct the errors they have made, which reflected in the last two points in my complaint.
Wageworks Executive Escalation Team suggested "... to resolve any issue by contacting... ultimately, a member of our team." My complaint clearly shows that I've tried constantly to work with Wageworks by contacting its customer service representatives and supervisors. However, I've never received any communication back from Wageworks in regards to this issue. As of today, 10/19/2015, the issue still remains and the obvious errors are still uncorrected.
This general response does not address my situation whatsoever. A client oriented approach involving clearly defined policies/procedures, thorough investigation, responsible communication and reasonable resolution does not have to compromise customer's privacy. Without this appropriate and transparent approach, "employee participant's satisfaction" would never be achieved.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I did reach out to their customer service line. They were less than helpful as stated in the original complaint.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1. This is a form response generated by a computer.
2. Working both through my employer's benefits division and with Wageworks' off-shore phone help got me only as close to a solution as "our policy is our policy" from Wageworks, without answering the fact that their policy isn't clearly defined in the literature I signed, nor was it known to my employer's benefits division.
3. There was no effort on the part of the off-shore phone help or anyone else at Wageworks to help prevent me from losing money or to explain their policy.  Their policy makes no sense (last year's monies are rolled into this year's money's automatically at midnight on January 1, so I can't use my FSA Debit card to pay previous year bills, but I can access previous year monies with claims from the previous year, as long as I didn't use the FSA Debit card in the new year.   In other words, I can access previous year monies in the claim process, but I can't access it to pay bills with the debit card because it is already rolled into current year monies.
Note to self - don't use Wageworks FSA, and if you do use them, don't use the Debit card anytime after August, in case there is a billing problem.  Don't put yourself in a position to try to get either help or resolution from Wageworks either.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I contacted and spoke with Wage Works customer service multiple times which are on record with this company. Several times I asked the representative to speak with another employee to get the help I needed and was told "no." Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Contacting my HR does me no good. You are still holding my money on my card that has already been taken from me. I have provided all documents requested, multiple times, and have emails to prove this that I can certainly provide. All I am asking is that you release my card, my HR department has nothing to do with that.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have been calling cobra wage works for over two months about getting the two checks sent to them after my coverage  ended  and I keep getting the same story over and over again  that they sent the checks out or lately they need it my change of address I want to the BB&T bank and the manager faxed my change of address right to them and they received it the same day I call back the next week like they told me to and still didn't receive the check the manager I spoke to from wage works  said that they received the fax but there was nothing requiring  A refund that's the reason I sent my address change so they can send my last two checks of $632.13 each back to me the check dated December 23, 2016 $632.13 check #[redacted] and check  dated January 25, 2017 $632.13 check number [redacted]. A total amount of $1264.26 which hasn't been sent back to me.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:this is an automatic response not pertaining to my situation. I have tried working with the customer service team and they are saying there is nothing they can do about my money being at a loss. I want a refund of all the purchases, I did not receive products for. $116.50* times three. I made a mistake previously about the correct price. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1) I already called wageworks' customer service and the supervisor said besides restarting my monthly contribution from Oct 1st, there is nothing she can do.
2) No sales representative has contacted me so far.
3) Wagework shall take full responsibility for having mis-leading design on its web site. The logic that since my employer purchased their service, I shall contact my employer instead of them is  unreasonable.
From wageworks' response, I do not see any concern over the inconvenience and possible financial loss they might cause to their client. I need my $120 back, period.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: as described in my statement, this is web system design problem of wageworks.com. There is human involved and my employer [redacted] also clients of wageworks.com, shall not be bothered for wageworks.com's mistake.
Wagework shall admit their problem, fix the design ( or at least put some note next to it so nobody else will run into the same problem), and refund me $120.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because their response does not address the issues that I had with their company. As the provider of services as they state, I paid them in excess of $1200 for continuation of Cobra medical benefits which they in turn were suppose to pay to [redacted] / [redacted]. It has been 90 days since I made the payment and they have still NOT paid [redacted] and I still DO NOT have medical coverage. This is not an issue with my former employer or with [redacted] but with Wage Works who has accepted payment for services but has not rendered those services. Sincerely,[redacted]
