Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because when I complained to FSAFEDs before I was contacted by someone named [redacted] who does not return calls. I don't know how my complaint ended up with wage works when I filed it with FSAFEDs but I expect to be contacted directly by the right people who are managing my money. Their comment that "we promptly respond to all issues and strive to resolve every concern to employee participant's satisfaction" is a complete LIE. My issues were NOT responsed to. When I posted on [redacted] asking why they sent 14 emails AT THE SAME TIME. I was IGNORED. When I asked the question again, the response was that someone was looking into it but then no one ever answered my question. When I posted another [redacted] asking why they had sent a 15th email the same day I was ignored again and then blocked from sending them anymore [redacted] messages. WHY???? When I asked the questions on [redacted] I was also IGNORED. These people are completely unprofessional liars who DO NOT respond to every concern as they claim. They IGNORE them all and that is completely unacceptable!!! They still haven't even replied to the emails I sent in November that are supposed to be responded to in 2-3 business days!!

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is a "boilerplate" response that does not address my specific, straightforward request, which is to provide a contact at WageWorks for the New York Police Department Detective who is investigating the theft and fraudulent use of my WageWorks transit card. I see no evidence that they actually read my submission and request since the reply is so off-point. Their non-response is especially disturbing since the data NYPD needs may be time-sensitive and by not responding to me, WageWorks is impeding investigation of the crime.
Thank you anyway, Revdex.com.

This sounds great and ideally, it is how a company should operate. Sadly, that is not the case. I encourage WageWorks to employ a mystery shopper of sorts and experience firsthand what a customer endures when trying to obtain assistance and/or answers. I have called numerous time and not one of the reps were able to efficiently answer my question. I heard a lot of "I think....You should be able...." but nothing definitive. Also, in the over 20 times I reached out to WageWorks customer service representative, I was NEVER provided a process or procedure to utilize the $1,500.00 in my FSA. I began calling in March 2017 and it is now July 2017.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I called twice your support center and escalated this to the manager with rather terse and unpleasant attitude.  That employee was outright not interested in resolving problem and informed of that.  I had conversation with [redacted] HR specialist prior to logging this complaint who informed me that pool of money I keep on hearing about isn't something that she is aware of and that work ways is a third party provider that has no aafiliation or business relation with the firm outside of services provided.  Further, she did recommended to talk to the manager at work ways which I did (see above) and thought sympathetic couldn't suggest any further actions since this was outside of the [redacted] control.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/02/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I contacted my human resources department for help with this problem an wageworks would not speak with them. I have contacted wageworks myself and it is now February and I have 2500 dollars in an account through them I am paying in to with my paycheck. I have not received a card I was supposed to receive before Jan 1. For medical expenses. They issued a generic response and I feel my issue is not being taken seriously.
