I wish to be refunded and have a person email me or write meNot a "team"None of what you guys are telling me go with what I was told previously

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because I have already spoken with a representative at Wage works and I was told that your business does not notify participants and it was part of the agreement that I signed with your business that I would not be contacted if my account were closedI think it's a shady practice to have where you don't notify the participant about their account being closed and then you send the participant's money to the employer when the money was never the employer's to begin withIt's ok because I've already hired an attorney to get this resolved for me so I will no longer be speaking to the businessYou'll hear from my attorney.Sincerely,*** ***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Citing HIPPA is a poor excuse as this is a financial matter, does not have to do with my health records, and the fact that Wageworks is NOT the health providerNevertheless, I returned Wageworks' phone call after I was contacted by them due to the Revdex.com complaint, to which I spoke with a very rude, condescending, arrogant woman with an attitude who clearly did not want to "assist" me and wasn't even properly informed of my complaintI would absolutely love this statement to be publicly available online with the Revdex.com to show other customers how little Wageworks cares to help those who are forced to use them because their employer signed up with them. The fact of the matter is, there was a balance on my FSA earlier this year due to Wageworks' fault of improperly crediting the correct year's account from a refund, and a SUPERVISOR on the phone telling me my dental receipt would therefore be paidAs such, Wageworks should own this responsibility of error to pay the dental receipt submitted for

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As far as I'm concerned their response is just a bunch of wordsThere is no apology for all of their mess ups and the fact remains I was days late in taking my HUMIRA simply because two different supervisors lied to me and *** (my rep from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Mass)Also the fact remains that I had to pay for June premium of $and the entire month was useless to me because WAGE WORKS kept making mistakesI want to either be refunded that money or have it credited to another monthThis is so NOT an acceptable response from them!!! They put my life at risk because I had to wait to get my medsI also had to cancel two doctor appts in Fargo ND on June 26th again because of WAGE WORKS inadequaciesI am very very angry they are getting away with doing this to peopleI became very sick from my CROHNS because I was late in taking HUMIRAPlease help me to some satisfaction on this matter

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is the same generic response I have seen on most of the complaints for this company on Revdex.com.orgThey did not address my issue
I contacted their customer serviceThey advised me to file a claim for reimbursement, which I didThey denied the claim after I provider all necessary paperwork
I want them to refund the $they received from my employer through my payroll deductionI will be advising my employer of their complete lack of service, and denial of a valid claim as well, since I don't think this company deserves their business
I want them to refund my moneyThat is the only response I want back from these people, not some generic response their lawyers probably drew up

This is no different than their initial responseTheir customer service is uselessThey told me what to do, and when I did it, they still did not reimburse meI am going to follwith my employer and let them deal with them since they don't seem to want to come up with anything other then a generic response, which I don't understandThey have everything they need from me to put the funds into my bank account and they have had more than enough time to do itThey are being used by my company as a tax savings organization, but I would rather pay out of pocket for my commuter passes *** know I will get my passes ** time and pay extra money than go through them and not get my passes *** have to deal with them denying my claims and their terrible customer service and poor management staffThey are an awful company
