Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:phone calls were already made to wage works . Their response didn't address anything in my complaint. Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/05/13) */
To Whom It May Concern:

WageWorks is a provider of tax-advantaged programs for consumer-directed health, commuter and other employee spending account benefits, or CDBs, in the United States. We provide these services to the employee...

participants of our employer clients pursuant to service contracts with the employers. We do not sell our services to the general public, and do not have individual service agreements with employee participants.
The operation of these CDBs and the related appeals processes are governed by various federal laws and regulations including the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, or HIPAA, and related state laws.
While we appreciate being notified of any complaints, our employer clients and their employee participants are advised to resolve any issues by contacting their customer service representative, our call center or, ultimately, a member of our team. We promptly respond to all issues and strive to resolve every concern to the employee participant's satisfaction. We have notified the employee participant's employer client of the complaint and are taking appropriate steps to resolve it through the appropriate channels.
Thank you.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/05/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I contacted my previous employer again to sort this out and we have been able to resolve the matter. Wageworks has made this process exceedingly difficult and their customer service is both unhelpful and unprofessional.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the response is a canned automated response and just states what Wageworks does and the response just tells me to call back their customer service ( for which you have to wait on hold for hours PLUS theie customer service is in non english speaking countries). Their response literally did not solve or do anything.Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I don't believe it, but obviously there's nothing I can do about it.  So, I have no other option but to accept whatever WageWorks has to say.
Sincerely,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]
I have followed up with wage works more than 50 times since 12-6-17,  to no avail.  When I called today I was informed that the information I was provided on 9-11-17, 9-12-17, 9-13-17, 9-14-17 and 9-15-17 ( my reimbursement form was received and being processed) was incorrect!  I've tried to resolve this issue for almost a year now.  The staff continuously provides false information they are combative, hostile, lackadaisical, and incompetent.  I have been compliant with their protocols  from inception.  The monies Wage works is paid comes from my check.  My employer has no baring on the funds that are extracted from my check, therefore my employer can't reconcile this issue!  I would appreciate an expeditious and viable solution.

Cordially,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am not aware of any next steps the business is taking to resolve my original complaint. I only received a call from a Wageworks representative to inform me that it was impossible for them to refund me my money due to IRS regulation and that they would return the money to the employer. I was asked why I had not received such a clear message when I called the call center the first time and the Wageworks representative on the phone apologized for any past miscommunication. if you recall, as per my original complaint, I had called WageWorks a number of times and spoken to a number of representative and NONE had told me I could not receive a refund due to IRS regulation. Indeed, they advised me to send the uncollected WageWorks check back to Wageworks (which costed me time and money) so that it could be credited back to my account and eventually refunded it to me. If we believe the last representative, then all other representative were either misleading or incompetent or both and they have caused me to waste precious time and money. Unless I am missing something, I don't see which "concrete" steps WageWorks has taken to either resolve the situation or compensate me for my time and money. The last call with a succinct explanation of why I could not have the refund I was asking for is certainly neither satisfactory nor enough in my opinion. Also, the representative was clearly not happy about my complaint and not nice either. My request remain for a full refund or at least a symbolic refund of $50 to acknowledge the failure of WageWorks callcenter to be clear from the start and a change in WageWorks procedures so that other employees in a similar situation in the future are not forced to forfeit their money when they change employer and forget to stop the WageWorks service in time. You can understand that changing employer or losing a job is already a stressful enough event and people my not immediately think about canceling or the job related services, etc..Sincerely,[redacted]

                                    Tell us why here...

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: You have not told me when you will be refunding my money back. I was unaware that you would take my from my paycheck, once I saw you did I call on December 30th to request that you stop. I walk through the cancellation processes ask you asked and submitted a claim. After four additional follow up calls I was promised a refund to be on my January 27th paycheck , it wasn't there. This brings us to the last conversation me requesting my refund and demanding proof that my refund was processed or to send me something in writing showing my refund due and when it's coming
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Wageworks has reneged on a promise they made to me earlier, this is my issue.  Anytime anyone has a complaint like this, all they want is one thing: resolution.  This standardized response gets me no closer to a resolution.  Did you reach out to [redacted] and [redacted]?  Likely not due to the automated nature of your response.  I am still waiting on those 2 to get back to me, but until they do, Wageworks continues to remain in a "they went back on their word" situation.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: You are trying to absolve your company of act responsibility in its relation to a devious policy resulting in huge monetary losses for customers and equally high payoffs for you.
The bottom line is, you are handling the balance of each account as it is sent off to [redacted] and NOT the actual customer or even his former employer. This is a bad practice as a whole. However, in my scenario, I was not even notified of this being the ultimate outcome upon my separation with WageWorks. Your steadfast manner to refuse to resolve this citing that this is your policy or legal jargon only further proves to me that your ultimate goal isn't user satisfaction but merely a desire to sweep complaints under the rug.
Please, reconsider how you run your operations and treat your customers. Until then, my complaint stands with you.

Thank You,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because when I complained to FSAFEDs before I was contacted by someone named [redacted] who does not return calls. I don't know how my complaint ended up with wage works when I filed it with FSAFEDs but I expect to be contacted directly by the right people who are managing my money. Their comment that "we promptly respond to all issues and strive to resolve every concern to employee participant's satisfaction" is a complete LIE. My issues were NOT responsed to AT ALL. When I posted on [redacted] asking why they sent 14 emails AT THE SAME TIME. I was IGNORED. When I asked the question again, the response was that someone was looking into but then no one ever answered my question. When I posted another [redacted] asking why they had sent a 15th email the same day I was ignored again and then blocked from sending them anymore [redacted] messages. WHY???? When I asked the questions on [redacted] I was also IGNORED. These people are completely unprofessional liars who DO NOT respond to every concern as they claim. They IGNORE them all and that is completely unacceptable!!! They still haven't even replied to the emails I sent in November that are supposed to be responded to in 2-3 business days!!![redacted]
