Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because this is a cut and paste of the last response I received which also did nothing to address my questions and concerns. This is indicative of the unpersonalized service you provide. I will continue to reject your responses until you give me a personalized response. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Wageworks has admitted that they wrongfully denied the claim in the first place.
Instead of clearing up the matter, they are now trying to wash their hands of it by citing federal laws and regulations.
Are there not laws and regulations that protect me from this type of unjust treatment?Sincerely,[redacted]

This is the same generic response they provide to every complaint and does not address my issue. I've contacted customer service numerous times with no resolution.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I've spent an hour on the phone with your customer service and the issue was not resolved, hence why I've asked for the support of the Revdex.com. Please do what's right, not what's business profitable. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have stated in the original complaint and then in the first rejecting response - I have attempted to contact your customer service on MULTIPLE occasions and there has been no resolve.  Please give me an update on how you are going to resolve this issue as I will continue to reject your general response to me as it is not addressing any of my issues.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is the same canned response as the previous reply. Please at least take the time to write an actual, thoughtful reply!Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because I have contacted their customer service center several times so far and each time, thy have either misdirected / provided incorrect information (as accepted to by them and recorded on their call recordings) including by agent's managers. To date, they have not provide a resolution to the problem and I have no other options but to report to Revdex.com since its is over 1 month pas due.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  This company continues to give a canned response that is not applicable in this situation.  This is a buiness to business claim not a claim by an individual.  No more words left to explain.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because the issue has not been resolved nor have I been notified by anyone indicating any action has or will be taken.  I am requesting a simple form letter required by my insurance company proving my COBRA coverage is expiring this month so that I may purchase medical health insurance without experiencing a lapse in coverage.  Without this, I cannot obtain insurance effective 4/1/17.  My current COBRA coverage expires on 3/31/2017.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have called customer service at Wage Works multiple times and have not been helped at all.  I do not understand how payment can be accepted for months for my health insurance but Wage Works will not issue a refund even though they failed to ever inform my health insurance companies that it should be reactivated so I was without coverage for 3 months.  I have called them so many times but am just told to call all sorts of other people rather than them taking responsibility for failing to do their job.  I am a health care provider myself and never wanted to be without health insurance and I have never been so frustrated as I was when dealing with Wage Works.  I even asked them what they would do if I needed a life-saving medication and all they said is "The update will take about 48 hours" and it still ended up taking weeks.  PLEASE look into this and hold Wage Works accountable.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

This is definitely not a resolution. They basically told me to call customer service, which I have spent countless hours on (which are available to review via recordings). I filed this case because of the fact that wageworks customer service refused to resolve my case

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/08/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I still have not heard of a resolution from Wageworks. My original complaint details the numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Wagework's customer service department without any follow up from their end. When examining the call logs, one can easily see that management has promised, but failed to get back to me with any answer after promising to do so.
I have detailed the information of the complaint in the original Revdex.com posting and await a proper response from wageworks.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I have contacted the 800 number, multiple times, for very long periods of time.  Everyone I have spoken with understands that they have my money, that it belongs to me, and promises to get it to me, and yet I still do not have it.  I have provided everything they've asked for. It has been well over 2 months, and my dollars have not been returned to me.  I have used the channels that they suggest.  I did reject one of their proposed resolutions that was unlawful to pursue.  Further, they indicate that they are working through my employer, which is impossible.  Additionally, it would be a violation of the very laws and regulations that they cite.  It also indicates that they are not familiar with the actual situation, or what their own company is promising to do.   They are not aware of the specifics of this case in their response, or they would understand that they could not contact my employer.  If this is not resolved in a prompt manner, I will be pursuing all legal recourse available to me.  I am very saddened and disappointed in how they do not care about their clients and would treat them this way.  There is a simple resolution. Sincerely,[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/06/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
That is a canned response they give to all the complaints on the Revdex.com site. That response doesn't resolve my issue. Per healthcare.gov Cobra coverage is to be the EXACT coverage at the time of the qualifying event. They told me I was not eligible for the wellness account, then after several emails and calls I was eligible for the account but NOT the wellness card that I had while employed. Now after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, Texas Attorney General and the California Attorney General they now say I am eligible for the wellness card. I believe they were attempting to commit fraud by first telling me I was not eligible. I wonder how many other people have just accepted what they told them and never got what they were supposed to be getting in coverage. I do not trust WageWorks and I do not want to deal with anymore. I believe they try and pull a fast one and then when you call them on it they backtrack. I let my insurance lapse because I was told I was not getting the wellness card and still to date do not know if I even had prescription coverage through Cobra even though I had it while employed. I was a full refund in the amount of $1658.62. That is the only resolution I will accept. I will continue to pursue whatever avenues necessary to get my refund. They lied to me and now are affecting my health by keeping my money. Why are they keeping it? I did NOT use any of the insurance.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2015/06/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
WageWorks did NOT resolve anything. I don't care if the monies have been forwarded onto the carriers, I did not get what I paid for and that is NOT my fault. WageWorks messed up and now they don't want to make it right. I will continue to pursue this until I receive a refund in full. Now they are jeopardizing my health because without that money I cannot get the adequate care for my diabetes that I need. They misinformed me the entire time and wasn't until I allowed my coverage to lapse that they then told me I did have the proper coverage but at first I wasn't entitled to it UNTIL I sent and email stating that Cobra coverage is supposed to be the EXACT coverage I had when the qualifying event happened. This is ridiculous that a provider for health services is treating a person with a medical issue like this and this was ALL their fault. I want my refund so I can see a doctor and get the care I need.
