WageWorks customers service is very poor as is the response to my compliantLong hold times, difficult language barriers and the refusal of the call center employees to escalate your concerns past a supervisorI am going cut my losses after three months of calling and getting misinformation from both the call center representatives and supervisorsI would warn all consumers to not use WageWorks and just pay your parking provider directly as they will not issue you or your employer a refund and you're forced to accept a credit you cannot use anywhereI appreciate the Revdex.com quickly handling my compliantThank you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I got a call from a manager there on Friday 2/about this caseShe informed me that the documents I submitted were incorrectI asked her how would I know this because there has been no communication from Wage works, nor the multiple times I have called their call center to inform me of thisShe said it was my responsibility to make sure these are correctThis company just keeps passing the buck and the communication is less than satisfactoryI told her if she could mail me something showing what dates were not correct I would be glad to handle this, however in the meantime my card has still been suspendedShe then informed me it would take another 7-business days to get this in the mail to meI will never ever use this company again and will be sure to relay this information about this company to family, friends and coworkersNo one should have to continue to jump threw hoops like this to get your own moneyAgain, passing the buck and trying to make this my responsibility when the communication with this company has been horrible since I started using themShe informed me she was pulling my calls to listen to her reps and I hope she does so she can hear how many times I was told everything is good and has been approved or when they do not know the answer and place you on eternal hold hoping you will hang upThere is no reason this should be taking more than months to get this resolvedSincerely,*** ***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There has been zero contact from the company despite what the response says, nor has there been any effort made by WageWorks to resolve my issueI have attempted to contact customer service, as the company response states, but that in and of itself is the catalyst for my complaintThey were unhelpful and dismissive
As for reaching out to my employer, why would they do that? My employer has nothing to do with a system issue on WageWorks sideI honestly think that WageWorks has zero intention of assisting me with my issue at this pointThey have been, and continue to be, non-communicative
