Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The response they sent does not resolve my complaintIt is the canned response that is received by every one of your complaints to themI am happy to work with their customer service representatives, but that is what I have tried on multiple occasions and my requests have been ignored or unfulfilledThere is no middle ground for this as I was asking for the most minimal effort possibleI am not asking for them to retrieve/return my money, I'm asking for a piece of paper that tells me how much I have to get from my previous employer
The closest I can come to a middle ground solution, is for them to provide me with a customer service contact that will actually take my call and act on itThere is not even contact information in their response

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
That is still not a resolution and it is still the canned response that is sent to every complaintI did exactly what they asked after receiving the first response and was told again that they cannot help me
I guess it is just lost money and the company just intends to stonewall the issue until I do not follow up any moreYou can close this - this avenue has been of no assistance

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/05/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They are giving you lip service, which they have done repeatedly to meI have done all of the things that they say that I should and still I have not been able to get access to the funds that they stole from my payroll checksI have been trying to get them to credit my account and issue me a corporate card, so that I can purchase a Metrolink pass *** March I have spent hours on the phone, I have called them over times and have spoken to *** (more than once), *** (a supervisor), *** (a supervisor) as well as othersThe result is always the same: they refuse to confirm that I have a credit on my account, which should be over $400.00, 2.They told me that corporate cards are issued by MetrolinkWhen I called Metrolink, I was told that Wageworks issues the cards, they told me that they would issue me a new card, when they cancelled my old oneAfter the passage ** about a week and a half I called back to ask where my card was and was told that they would not issue a new card because I had not placed a new orderThe problem is that if I place a new order they will start deducting money from my payroll check and I will never be allowed to use the funds that are already in my account
Additionally, I have contacted my payroll department and have filed a complaint about the problem and was told that the Wageworks representative would call me to resolve the problemMore than a week has passed *** I notified my company's payroll department and have not heard from WageworksThey also told me that they would issue a credit at the end of May and at the end of June, but they have not issued me a new card so that I can access the fundsThey are not operating in good faith and as far as I can tell they do not intend to allow me access to my fundsIn short, I have exhausted all of my options by calling them over and over again, by contacing my company repeatedly, by contacing Metrolink and now by filing a complaintThey need to be investigated for fraud because they are trying to purpetrate one on me and other consumersThey are hiding behind the Federal pre-tax character of the funds, the inability of the consumer to hold them accountable, misguiding the public on how the system works, lying to the public about what they are going to do and the confusing system that is in placeI am sure that I am not the first person that has gone through this with them and I am sure that they are holding onto to millions of dollars of funds that belong to consumers

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My employer knows nothing of a resolution to this problemI have not gotten any refund either yetI just want my money refunded

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The response I received from *** *** today was that Wageworks has a written policy that they do not get back credits from any providersHowever, I was provided incorrect information and was told Wageworks could manually deduct my refund from future payments sent to the parking provider, so I feel Wageworks is responsible since this was the only reason I felt comfortable switching to another lot under this advisementI just moved to a lot across the street and could have easily parked for another month in the lot instead of switching
*** did agree to reach out to the parking provider to see if the provider could provide a refund with an update to be provided on 3/17/17, so I will provide an update thenSo far I'm frustrated by Wageworks' lack of accountability and inconsistency in the information they've provided I'll be informing my benefits coordinator at my employer of this situation
Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Wageworks can say they are working to resolve the issue, but the only resolution is honoring their own employees' words last week, which I had shared with their reps on Tuesday As mentioned before, this past week, other Wageworks employees reneged on what they had said previously, resulting in a potential loss of income for me *** and *** are the people to reach out to.Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I have already contacted the customer support group at Wageworks, and they have directed me to this escalations group as wellThis action indicates Wageworks did not review my previous attempts to resolve this issue with them directly, and is now attempting to redirect me repeatedly between its internal divisionsThis is usually either a sign that the company is not aware of all of its communications with the customer, or a tactic to force the customer to make additional efforts to contact the organizationIn any case, I am not accepting the response of 'Go back to the group you contacted previously and try again', instead I want the escalations group to review and address my claim, since they took my money and did not provide the product we had agreed they would furnishI look forward to the escalation group's response
