I am rejecting this response because:*** *** from Ashley Called me after the first complaint I filed with the Revdex.comHe told me that they would send me out a replacement tableWhen they delivered the table the delivery drivers asked me to come out to the truck and look at it before they brought it inwhen I looked at the table I refused it because of spaced out gaps that were also very uneven on the table topThe delivery drivers called the office they said they would get back to me that was on 6/27/I emailed *** *** and on 7/7/I got this auto reply "Thank you for contacting me7/3/was my last day as a Customer Advocate. I am out of the office with limited, to no email access. Please contact ###-###-#### and we will be glad to help.Thank you! *** ***W: ###-###-#### | F: ###-###-####"I called the numbers that are their given and they are their customer service linesI have left messages for months and no one returns my callsI would like the dining set portion of my bill with Ashley taken off my credit seeing how the company is refusing me customer service. *** ***###-###-#### I did take pics of the table that they tried to deliver

I am rejecting this response because only half of their statement/ response is accurateWhile yes, *** has been working with me and finally got my headboard delivered the offered discount she initially offered has never reflected my account.My finance company still shows the original amount of $919.03 *** had original offered me a $discount on 2nd attempt of delivery off my financed accountWhen the 3rd attempt delivery was also damaged I spoke to her once more to coordinate a proper 4th deliveryShe also said during the call she had offer me a discounted price as wellNone of this has been reflected on my account
