gladly exchange any mattress sold by us containing a manufacture defect that has NOT been soiled or stained in anywayManufacturing defects are defined specifically by the mattress manufacture and our not subject to our negotiationEach customer purchasing a mattress is provided with this information in writing to be signed before the sale is written Our Craftsman has been to Ms*** home to do a mattress inspection and found that there were no body indentationsWe would be happy to send another Craftsman after days from first inspection to re-inspect, however, the Craftsman did find a small stain on the mattress which voids any warranty Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Sincerely, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: it was clearly a tear in the furniture which photos were sent in upon request before a craftsman came out and the friction that they claim was causing the noise never stopped even after wear on the leatherThe furniture could have been moved out as it was to lessen the friction that was being causedThe honey was collected from this company so I don't see an issue as tonwhy they aren't able to work a long with Montage on my behalf to get the refund issuedIf they work alongside them to have the plan purchased why are they unable to assist with getting the money back

Material manufacturing defects are defined specifically by the mattress manufacture and are not subject to our negotiation.
