I am rejecting this response because yes I did receive the correct mattress now, but I was forced to pay more to "upgrade the mattress " for the error my salesman didI never got an apology nor anything for all my troubles after being a long time guest of theirs.

***, Please re-open the complaint with ID ***. The complaint was closed because I did not respond within the day calendar period but this was because I was unsure how to respond. I submitted a question to Revdex.com on how I should respond and was sent an email confirmation of my question submission by *** *** at 1***. I never received a response from Revdex.com in regards to my question I submitted so I wasn't able to respond to the complaint response within the day window. I do not want to close out this complaint because I have not been contacted by the business or by the Home Delivery Link business they claimed to request assistance from in getting a resolution. hope I get it but Iif I don't then I believe that my couch should be either replaced or my money given backI haven't even had it for years and have been fighting with you guys since July Your company knows that the batch of durablend was bad and you can clearly see that my couch did not live up to what you as a company said would last for years to come.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your co- operationI don't know why their craftsman took a double standardWhile inspecting he told me it was a manufacturer's defect and so the company would take care of it but he reported the opposite to the companyThough I appreciate their offer but I can't pay $ for one hour labor charge as they saidAfter all it's a manufacture defect and I am claiming the one year warranty policy due to which I bought the items from them

We have been pushed aside by Ashley furniture on every level from store employee to corporate,
who is well aware of the ongoing issue and the numerous phone calls I have made to get this issue resolvedI have taken time off from work to receive the delivery that never came and then had a truck show up at 6:30pm stating they were here to pick up the defective couch onlyAshley furniture now has the couch in their possession and I still cannot get an answer from anyone on a delivery date, despite being told by a manager that the latest delivery date would be ***/I am willing to accept a partial refund of **% of the $*** *nvested to get this matter resolved and never have to deal with Ashley furniture again.

I am rejecting this response because: As of yesterday August 22, I still have not yet received my ottomanWithin this Revdex.com complaint they have given different dates aloneI have been verbally told different datesI have an email stating it was going to be delivered on the 15th yet I still have no idea when I will receive the productAshley's Furniture has very poor customer service and needs to work on communication skillsI do not like calling the store where I purchased the product to be told a manager will be calling me back and to date have never heard from anyoneThey say I was compensated, but I have no idea what I was compensatedYou would think someone from the corporate level would have called me to discuss this or to apologize for this mess in person

I am rejecting this response because: The response made by the Ashley representative is untrue. There was a call made the same day as my initial complaint to Revdex.com to Ashley Furniture customer care. (3/30/2016) During this call my wife spoke to a supposed
manager, *** *** ***, who stated that the defective replacement part was not going to be replaced as it was a different issue from the one that led to the replacement of the leather piece. He further stated since we are now at the end of our warranty this part, even though it is a defective replacement part, will not be replaced and we should have called sooner. This call was only days after instillation of the defective replacement part, and the replacement was done outside of the warranty period as their original technician sent lied stating the job would take over four hours. Also of note my wife was hung up on and treated in a most unprofessional manner. She called the store on this same day and spoke to *** who worked to have a technician scheduled to come on 4/9/2016. I am unsure why this representative responding to the complaint would not have found this information in the system, aside from their total lack of professionalism and attempt to again put the blame on the customer. Further more there was an email sent to *** attention oof the office of the president that detailed the complaint and situation. If there is a requirement of photographs then Ashley can keep the appointment made for 4/9/and take them on their own

I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by the third party delivery service are inaccurate. Ashley Homestore hired the third party delivery service so they are responsible for making sure the corrective actions were taken to repair the damage. The third party did contact myself and offered to come the next day in the middle of the day and offered no alternative time for repair. When I said that I could not be home at that time, they said that they would call back with other possible dates/times. The third party never called back and Ashley Homestore has not responded to any of the attempts by myself to reach out to them following the phone call from the third party
