I am rejecting this response because the Ashley Furniture sales associate specifically discussed how purchasing the MFS product would ensure any damage or defective item was covered (tears, burns, stains, electric motors etcetcfor years). Ashley Furniture provided the brochure which stated leather was covered, an Ashley Furniture sales associate discussed how everything the couch was made of was covered, and Ashley Furniture accepted payment for the productMontage Furniture already stated they are unwilling to honor the product sold and I have filed a complaint against them as well. Since the Ashley Furniture sales associate misrepresented the same product and accepted payment I request a refund or store credit equal to the purchase pric** If the manufacturer is willing to repair the couch that is equally acceptabl**

I am rejecting this response because:It's not the delivery problem I'm concernedIt's the way I'm treatedRegardless of the time I spent and calls I made, now suddenly I'm told it was delivered to the store in May, making it my mistake not picking it up? No one called or emailed me about any delivery notice or followup with this order, not to mention my continuous efforts through months trying to track this order and got no informationI'm requesting to return this rug with full refund and I believe it is reasonableAfter waiting for an order for half a year, I think it is better to consider it never purchased.Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I did receive credit back on my Credit Card I am disappointed that it had to come to the Revdex.com in order to get resolved I would like to mention that again Ashley tried to deliver the furniture to me and I finally spoke with someone named Tiffany All I can say is nice things about her She should become Manager She was exceptionally pleasant and definitely knows how to deal with people Thank you Revdex.com for your help in resolving my issues
