The Revdex.com has contacted us to let us know about the complaint you filed against Waste Management. I apologize that you experienced issues with billing on your additional container and appreciate the opportunity to address the problem.
After researching our internal records, you emailed Waste Management on 1/15/2015 notifying us that you did not receive the second container. You then requested to have the second container delivered again; the delivery is setup for 1/22/2015. A credit of $10.90 will apply to your April invoice for not having the container. Please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you called in multiple times to have the recycle container exchanged. When our driver arrived, he determined the recycle container was in working condition and there would be a charge to swap it out. Our agent Tonya reached out to our operations and had the container exchanged at no cost. She then contacted you and confirmed it was exchanged. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.
