have experienced.
In reviewing your service agreement, it specifies that if the container is overloaded there would be an overage charge. On January 10, 2017, our driver took a photo of the container before servicing to show that it was overloaded. We invoiced $85 dollars for the overage, however, your agreement states your overage rate is $50. We have entered an adjustment on your account for $45.48 and will be sending you a refund for that amount.  Please see attached photo and service agreement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The amount you provided is different than the one I received with negative balance of 85.69 (see the attachment). If the amount is correct, please adjust the statement accordingly. In addition, please withdraw the debt request from Receivable Management Service and make sure there is no negative impact on my credit history.The overall experience with WM is horrible. It took me at least 4 different phone calls to customer service and 4 months to retrieve the money I overpaid. Then, WM sent the incorrect refund amount to me. Without any communication with me, WM went to debt collector to ask the money back for more than I actually owned. Ironically, this time, it only took WM one month to react. Then, more calls with both debt collector and WM, still no one can figure out what happened.  I totally lost hope on WM and the way they treat their customers.

service experience. We take these concerns very seriously and will immediately take action to correct them.
Upon review of your accounts, a removal charge has been included as a regular charge to any existing account, unless otherwise discussed to remove.  This is a onetime charge, which pays for administrative costs associated with the removal as well as container preparation costs (paint, decals, repairs, etc.), driver time and labor, and vehicle operation costs.  The removal charge for your account [redacted] has been removed.  Your accounts [redacted] and [redacted] do have these charges of $186.65 each, which do apply.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I am quite happy to pay for service; however, my trash was missed on Friday. I reported the issue on Sunday (in case they were running a day late). The WM group received on Monday and stated that it would be picked up as soon as possible. It is Thursday, and as of this morning I still have a full bin, and my normal pick up date is Friday. So I have a houseful of trash from this week. I have 3 children in diapers, and two weeks of trash is not pretty.I just wanted service. WM didn't provide the service, and WM did not rectify the situation. Based on these two things, I wish to receive a refund based on a contract I feel WM has already voided by not fulfilling their service requirement or rectifying their error in a timely fashion. I pay for 4 pickups/month, and I have only received 3. Since they voided the contract, I wish to receive a refund of the unused portion of service.
