called on January 2, 2017, and spoke to Account manager [redacted], and you requested to cancel your account due to the price increase.  [redacted] explained the early termination charges and offered to negotiate and you declined, and requested to continue with the cancellation. Pinnacle Hair Gallery can still elect to cancel the Agreement; per Section 7 of the Agreement, will contractually owe liquidated damages for early termination. Please see attached Service Agreement and cancellation letter.
Pinnacle Hair Gallery signed a Service Agreement ("Agreement") with Waste Management, which took effect on October 1, 2014 for thirty-six (36) months. There are currently eight (8) months remaining in the present Service Agreement, which ends September 30, 2017.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Since WM took my over-payments for 4 years I believe there should be some restitution of interest on that money. If I didn't pay my bill for 4 years they certainly would have interest, penalties, etc. that I would have to pay. I told them over the phone today that it was not acceptable that they will not pay any interest. They didn't care. The fact that they never once sent me a statement showing this credit amount or emailed me or called me to advise me that I was overpaying shows a disregard for their customers and how they are now handling the situation confirms it.

I have established that our rates have been arbitrarily adjusted and irrelevant redundant fees added. These arbitrary increases and fees are part of the so called liquidated damages.
