Upon review of your account, I did not find any reported service failures until 6/1/2015, when Isaac called in to report the recycle was missed; a credit was issued. We encourage you call your local call center to report any type of service failures; at this time no credits are due on the account. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
Once again Waste Manangement proves me correct, instead of taking steps of corrective action they rehash the rules to charge me more, but they don't go into detail why their driver consistently misses picking up my garbage. How after complaints about their driver I became a target and started suddenly getting snap charges after years of not one snap charge at all. Waste Management fails to address the numerous times I have called and was promised a call back with no call back or further action from them to remedy the situation. Waste Management fails to address how they could leave bulky pick up garbage sitting there from December 22, 2016 to February 16, 2017 and no credit for that issue was given to my account. There has been no CREDITS to my account for the HORRIBLE service, but they will charge extra for their absurd money grab rules. I am going to call the [redacted] and I will find a way out of this horrendous contract so I can find someone who will service my garbage and do their job.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
My one request would be for the business to send me documentation showing my account balance as zero. Being my account is closed, I can no longer see my account balance online. I just want to be sure that their systems get updated appropriately. (If you can't pass this request along, I can follow up with them separately as well.)

Our records indicate you spoke with Oscar in our corporate department. Oscar explained per the route manager, your service included backdoor service however; you were placing your containers curbside. Your account now reflects curbside service and is being charged accordingly. I entered an adjustment for $75.62; this left you with a balance of $52.75.
